Pina coloda with strawberry was amazing. Coconut shrimp awesome as always. Lobster tail was over cooked and tough. Steak was good as well as bacon wrapped scallops

It's always a good experience when we go to Rwd Lobster. The service and food are Great!!! We went with 3 hours until closing and still got great service. We will be back

We came here after an unpleasant visit to Santo chayote the other day, and it was the best! Our waitress was phenomenal! Young lady, i didn’t get to get her name . She was so awesome tho. The sweetest. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed it so much, and the manager was great too!

I ordered almost a $80 order for the food to be trash…we never had any issue from this location but I was extremely disappointed to receive spoiled lobster! You could literally smell it through the bag, it’s like someone just put anything in my order and I refuse to spend my money at places like this. I will not be back

Was crazy to eat here again given I had eaten here as a child with my grandparents. We decided to eat here as a family today after my grandfather’s funeral. For a Wednesday afternoon, very quick service and support for a semi large group. The shrimp scampi, cheese biscuits, and coconut shrimp was all that I remembered it to be. Good visit! Usually I like to take pictures of the food and location but didn’t get to it today.

So we was looking forward to this all day we plan on getting the endless shrimp. Taking my daughter out for shrimp as it’s her favorite meal and we wanted to treat her for doing so well in school. My dad was ready to leave with in 20 mins of being there but I told him let’s wait and boy was I wrong 60$ still hungry we left with only one plate of shrimp which we wanted to order a few more try all 7 they have listed and we only got 3 because I watch our food set at the bar for 5 mins before she said I can’t take it to that table so someone else did! We never got a refill on our drinks after 55 mins of waiting I went and asked the manager if I can switch my order from endless to the pick 3 as we can even order more and haven’t been given refills on drinks and we have been out. Honestly worst time ever. And feel I wasted 60$ on dinner then had to go home and cook food because this photo was the only thing we got and plan on getting all 7. We had two adult one child in our group and got there at 6pm. Was not worth the money time

Been loving this location since I was around 5 years old. Last visit was the other day when I ate the All You Can Eat Shrimp with family. We had the best server/waitress.

I just purchased the lobster dip from Red Lobsters on McCain Blvd. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase due to the serving size. The portion is so small that it doesn’t fill the to go container half way full. This is what you get for $14 However, I would suggest if your into seafood trying Skinny J’s Crawfish dip. I purchased to go there as well and the serving size and taste was 5 stars. I wish I had a picture of their serving size compared to Red Lobsters.

After sitting at our table for almost 15 minutes without even having a waiter take our drink order we left. They were not busy at all maybe a third of the tables were occupied. This used to be our favorite restaurant. No longer. Probably won't come back. So many other choices out there that actually want our business.

If I spend $130 for two people, I expect FAR better service and food than what we received. Mozzarella sticks aren’t worth $1, much less $10. The margarita we ordered was so strong we could barely even sip on it. Our “waitress” gave my boyfriend his salad without silverware and when we asked for some she asked if we were okay with plastic. She then gave him the wrong order. For my side, I asked for “seasoned broccoli” (as stated on the menu) and it looked fresh out of a microwaveable bag. I ordered crab legs and chose “Roasted garlic” for my seasoning and they came so smothered in garlic that I had to wipe it off each cluster just so that it was edible. Finally, she came with our receipt and asked if we had a pen… we said no and she replied “Ok let me get one” and came back with a pencil… you cannot make this stuff up. We politely told her no thank you and she said that someone else had her pen so we had to wait until they were done; we did. We will not be returning.

We had to wait 40 minutes for a seat, but it was Saturday night, so it is what it is. It's very obviously short staffed as half the restaurant was empty. But once we got a seat, Destiny took great care of us. She was very friendly, kept drinks filled, and was overall attentive. My wife got a few shrimp options, and they were quite tasty. I got a side salad to start, and it was just okay. I also got the bar harbor lobster bake, and again, it was sorta okay. The seafood just didn't really have any flavor to speak of. The oysters were very fishy, which isn't how they taste if you get them fresh. But I'm ordering sea food in Arkansas, so I can't compare it to ordering on the coast. I wouldn't recommend that particular dish, especially for the price. But they do have other good options, so I'm trying not to be too harsh on food quality. The cheddar biscuits are always amazing. I'll probably be back.

Red Lobster provides some good seafood and good service, but their prices have risen dramatically over the last few years. A meal for two can easily reach $100 without alcoholic drinks on the tab. Also, the Red Lobster chain is now Chinese owned, so they are sourcing their seafood from Asian waters whenever possible. Overall they provide nice food and a nice experience.

Cornelius was a great waiter. I'd ask for him next time. Food good as expected. We split a feast and found it was plenty of food and saved us money. Will do that again.

This visit was late in the evening and we were seated in the bar area. Our waiter took our drink order (we both just ordered water) he returned with it six minutes later and took our food orders and left a basket of biscuits. It was 26 minutes before the food arrived. Both my shrimp and scallops were, at best tepid, and both overcooked. The baked potato, however, was still hot and the lobster and langastino bits were cooked properly and tasty. My granddaughter's steak was also overcooked and tough. At the time we ordered we requested a shrimp dinner to go. Our waiter had disappeared and had forgot the order to go. He took the credit card and that took another 18 minutes. There were no biscuits in the order to go which she had requested so he went back to get some and after another 15 minutes we gave up waiting for the biscuits and left. All in all this was not a pleasant visit and meal.

8-22-2023 I ordered create your own, I choose 2 items, Jumbo coconut shimp & walts favorite shimp. Looks like I received popcorn shimp & coconut sauce in place of what I usually receive is jumbo coconut shimp like 5 or 6 of them. Waitress says they has been hard for the restaurant to get jumbo shimp. If the restaurant didn't have any jumbo shimp she should have said so. What I got want good, but not what I was expecting.

I ordered the Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl. Attached picture. It pleased and delighted me. Excellent. Tasty. Nutritious. Not too expensive.

My one complaint is the $20 per person All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp dinner no longer includes a salad unless you want to pay extra. Want a loaded baked potato? That's extra too. I don't mind paying extra, but the prices for these extras are ridiculous!

Our son’s birthday he wanted red lobster. Our server Amy was fantastic and we loved that they sang Happy Birthday to him! The food and atmosphere was fantastic! Thank you for the great memories!

Food was decent small portions though the service was another story. Nothing against the waitress it wasn't entirely her fault but out of 7 tables in the entire restraint being sat at 3 of those 6 or 7 tables tickets were wrong due to the Kiosk used to check each table out great idea but tonight it DID NOT work correctly at all

It has been a long time since I ate at Red Lobster. Maybe 15 years. But this store reminded me what I had been missing. The North Little Rock Store. Not the Little Rock Store. The difference in the two is night and day. This location is the day store. So glad to have had a great experience

The service could have been a lot better for sure !.. food was good and made with a timely manner the 🍞 is always 💣 and fresh prices Definitely affordable!..

The wild caught fried flounder was really good. My husband ordered the berry sangria and REALLY liked it. We are definitely going back in the future. I got the lobster-topped stuffed flounder with a house side salad and steamed broccoli. It was really good.

Our server, Riley, was absolutely fantastic. We came in around 9:30pm and she greeted us cheerily. Riley was knowledgeable of all the specials and showed a high level of pride in her work by knowing the ingredients of several dishes when asked. Throughout the ordering process and meal, Riley was friendly, attentive and helpful. All-in-all, Riley impressed us greatly. Her service was outstanding and we genuinely wish our employees were as motivated and impressive as she is.

Very busy so we sat at the bar. The bartender was also in charge of answering the phone and handling takeout orders as well her own guests and drinks for the other servers. She did an amazing job. Our wait time for orders and drinks was low and we did not run out of anything. She was very nice, polite, and apologetic. There was nothing to apologize for. She does need some help however. There dishes at the end of her bar and another saw them and walked empty handed into the kitchen area.

Celebrating our 24th anniversary. The food was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Very good person. I had the Ultimate Feast. My ONLY complaint was I thought the lobster tail would have been bigger. Wife got the Seafarers Feast. She enjoyed it immensely. The speed of the food delivery was excellent. We weren't given the appetizers while eating salad, nor the food while eating appetizers.. Did not feel rushed. Atmosphere was nice until a patron two tables away put her phone on speakerphone and carried a conversation loud enough for everyone to hear. Would recommend going there. The floors and tables were clean. The music was soft and low. Had a good night.

We went on New Years Day. The service was amazing. Shelley has worked there for a long time. She is one of the best service workers that I have ever encountered. Wished every place I went had a person like Shelley taking care of me at dinner time. The food was hot and came out perfectly. She kept our drinks and bread basket filled. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for a rainy day. Best experience I have had in a while eating anywhere.

I ordered a crab linguini Alfredo. It looked nice in the photo on their site with nice size pieces of crab. What I received was nothing even close. Compare the photos. There was no crab basically in there. They don't even deserve this 1 star.
