Stopped in on way to Lake in Jacksonville to utilize a Buy 10 Get 10 Wings Promotional card I've had for 2 months. Placed card on bar while ordering 10 Medium Hot Wings (Bone-In).. When order came, only 10 Wings, the bartender notified me that the card was only good on Boneless wings. No problem I said. I ordered 20 boneless wings. 5 cajun for another quest, 5 Cajun for yet another quest and 10 Cajun for myself. Again, a misunderstanding? 10 came out and she placed them between the OTHER 2 quests. I asked for mine and she said she misunderstood. Then put order for my 'Free 10 Wings' in..While I watched the recipients of Cajun Boneless wings enjoy thiers.. Finally got mine and was a bit upset at the double screw up and the inattentiveness of the bartender (SHY). Remained calm, read my newspaper and spent over an hour and a half trying to use a coupon on a Quick bite to eat on way to the lake. I do not think my business was welcome or appreciated in any manner from start to finish. I made an effort to eat here, make an effort to serve me properly.

I have always expected the service at Hooters to be slow. Just a thing I expect but accept. We waited an hour and a half for our food and we were told the kitchen was slow. 15 minutes later my group and I went decided that if we didn’t get our food by the top of the hour we would leave. The waitress got us to stay with the promise that our stuff would come out in 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that we finally got some of our food. They forgot to throw fires in the order. We were charged full price for all our orders and the waitress kinda hovered for a bit to see what her tip would be, which was bothersome. TL;DR we waited over 2 hours for our food and we were charged full price even though sides were missing. Hit up the other Hooters in Little Rock. They might not forget you’re there

Absolutely horrible, and that's putting it mildly! Went in between 9-10 on a Friday night, very few people there so we were seated quickly...that's the only positive thing I can say about this experience. My fiance ordered wings, they had a very old taste to them, he didn't complain to the staff and remained friendly to the waitress. My waffle fries were cold and hard as soon as they were brought to the table. Once again, no complaining to the staff. It is what it is...we just didn't eat those items. A group of 6 guys came in and were seated at the table behind us. They were obviously friends with a couple of the waitresses. They didn't order any food, but 3 of the guys did order 1 drink each...I assume this is how they get around the "no loitering" rule. We ended up getting to-go plates because between the 6 guys and the 2 waitresses hanging out with them, we weren't enjoying our meal or the situation. Our waitress brought us our ticket and walked off. We went to pay and the 4 staff members standing around doing nothing said we needed to ask our own waitress to check us out. We stood around for quite awhile waiting on her to come back. As she's ringing us up someone threw a cup of beer at me. It came from the table where the 6 guys were seated. They were laughing and pointing at each other saying "he did it". And one of the waitresses was standing right there with them also laughing at me. So I'm standing there furious with beer down one side of my jeans and my shoes, and these customers and the staff thinks it's hilarious. Even though the food and service sucked, at no point were we disrespectful in any way to the staff. So for them to not do a damn thing other than to join in with their troublemaker friends is BS! I absolutely do not recommend going to this Hooters location. Bad food is one thing, but it's really an unsafe place. Those guys were looking for a response so they could start a fight and they have the support or the staff.

Last 3 times we have been in there we have had to wait to be seated due to no one being at the front. Once seated it took about 5-10 minutes to get waited on. Today we waited to be seated for a little bit. Once seated we waited about 5-10 minutes and no one ever came to our table. Wasn’t very busy at all, we ended up leaving and going to the LR location by BassPro

The food was decent. The wings were pretty dry and the flavor was just ok. The shrimp tacos were pretty good, but only had 2-3 small shrimp per taco. The service was mediocre. The drinks were never refilled and we were not checked on after receiving our food.

Whomever at corporate reads this, you need to. You got employees working there the best they can but you got to upgrade the place. Clients want to swing through but the TVs, air or lack of old old old are keeping people away. I personally switched to take out because we still love our wings and thankfully this location knows how to cook. The other location is newer and awful. Help those hard working folks out.

Just walked out the door. Sat at my table for 20mins, no one stopped by. The girls are too worried about that tip money and sitting with other patrons, rather than helping a customer that hasn't been served yet. 6-26-2023

Today was my first day at this Hooters location. I was visiting for work and decided to try it. I was led to a table by a host and was told someone would be by. I waited about 30 minutes with no acknowledgment of my existence. I saw my waitress glance my way multiple times but she never came over. I felt racially profiled being that I was the only person of color at your establishment. I will spread the word about this location to anyone who visits. First and last time with this location. Very dissatisfied

So many problems at this location. The biggest problem was just bad service. The food took a long time to come out. When it did, the wings were cold. The manager dropped off our food, no idea where our waitress disappeared to. Our fries arrived later and again, the manager dropped them off. This is after she walked by and we asked about our fries. Never got refills. The table next to us was offered a discount due to the food coming out so late, we didn't get the same treatment. The restaurant was not busy at all. I like Hooters, I will not be returning to this location.

I know why the guys go there...and it's not for the food. This was my very first trip to a Hooters and I probably wouldnt have pick it if my nieces hadnt of wanted to go so bad...🤷‍♀️ Place was clean, parking lot was a little tight, food was ok, waitress was....not happy she got an all female table. Overall it was not a bad experience.

In today's age, you usually wanta be more health conscious than not. Not this location. Bar worker let's some random patron cut up limes for the bar with a cutting board and knife. Didnt wash hands, no gloves, no attempt at sanitation. Same patron was dipping and drinking all night. Hooters staff goes delivers a lime cut up by this patron to a customer. How disgusting is that? Health department needs to get on this as this is likely not the first time as brazen is staff is to allow this in front of numerous customers.

Always enjoy the great service we get here and the delicious food. The nachos I had on my most recent visit were first rate, and those eating with me proclaimed the chicken wings some of the best they've ever had. Go when you can. You'll be glad you did.

Our server was friendly and attentive. We received our food very quickly and everything was delicious!

Food was okay, nice environment enjoyed the Baja fish tacos..

Excellent service and Brittney was so sweet! She was a great waitress and kept everything going smoothly. We didn't even have to ask for refills and the food was excellent as usual. The beer battered pretzels with queso are great too!

Excellent place to hang out with friends, watch the NFL, baseball or a soccer game. Ladies are very nice with customers

Went with a group of 9 to watch Arkansas football for their opening game of the season. Food was good, but the service and overall upkeep of the place was not. 1. First, their menus are paper copies that have been minimized to fit on the page. They are basically unreadable. When I asked for a "readable menu", I was told to use their website as "corporate hadn't sent them updated menus yet". 2. We ordered several food items, one of which was their Big John hotdog special that comes with fries. We also ordered a loaded tater tot appetizer. When the food came out, the hot dog didn't come with fries, and the server said it was because we ordered tater tots. That would have been ok, but they charged us full price for the tots and the hot dog special (no substitute or anything). When we asked, the manager did offer to fix the bill, but the server seemed pissed for some reason. 3. After ordering 2 doubles for drinks, the server told me she couldn't serve me another double. Apparently that is some kind of franchise policy. She did eventually serve me my drink, but the whole thing is ridiculous. If you think someone is overserved, stop serving them, but don't have some stupid rule to make you feel better. 4. We went on the patio to smoke cigars and watch the second half. There were five large TVs on the patio and at least 5 tables occupied-- only one TV was turned on. There were also several ceiling fans that were turned on, but missing most of their blades. Overall, I don't know if it was just a bad day for the staff, or if they just don't care about their customers and the condition of the place. Either way, I doubt I will be going back. I have been to lots of Hooters around the country; and this is not representative.

Awesome bar and right near the interstate for fast access. Plenty of TVs for NFL Sunday Ticket. The service is great. I was taken care of at the bar by Misty and she was outstanding. Thank you and keep up the great work.

A staff member came out the back office and said “That N word just called me a Bit$h “ at any establishment during anytime. This is unacceptable no matter the color of a person. (She wasn’t a Person of color to my knowledge). Then when we asked to speak to the manager he took his sweet time coming out. His response to the accusations let us know he did in fact call her a bit$h. And her response “but I’m Black” made it even worse. Hooters has to do better. We've called next step is corporate.

I love it here! The atmosphere is so much better than others I been too. The ones in Green Bay and Appleton, WI closed down for some reason yet to be discovered. Small place with great attitudes and friendly girls. I'll definitely be back!

Waited for a table less than a minute. Sat down. It was about 10 minutes before a waitress came to get my order. While three waitresses sat with a group of regulars at their table. All three got up at different times and walked about the dining room, never acknowledged me. As I was about to leave a waitress came and took my order. Food came out quickly and was HOT (fresh). Chicken sandwich and fries were great. Took several minutes before the waitress came back around to check, but food was delicious. So, if you don't mind waiting for up to 10 minutes before your order is taken, unless at the bar. The food here was on point.

$16 bucks for the worst curly fries I’ve ever had in my life & fried shrimp that tastes like 2/4 were reheated. Fvck off. *the girlies were nice, tho

Where to start. It was our 1st time to a Hooters, we were sat down with no menu's. When I asked a waitress for a menu she said to scan the QRC & the menu will pop up. Our waitress Amber was polite enough to get us some menu's. The curly fries were salty, the food was bland. We couldn't flag anyone down for anything. Only person that enjoyed it was our 14 yo son. But never again.

I give the 1 star because the cook did a good job!! Thank you. Now for the service… we have been to this location several times, tonight was bad again and I can’t say we will be back. It took forever to be seated! Once we were seated, she was prompt to ask what our order was, we assumed we needed to use the digital menu.. we requested fried pickles for an appetizer… yet we never received them. Our drinks remained empty thru our food. The waitress(haylee) asked us 2x after receiving our food could she do anything else, apparently she just asked because 2x she refused to get our appetizer(when we asked where the appetizer was) Then I asked could she just remove them from our ticket, she says oh they are sitting on the counter. Ok at this point we have ate and need our ticket. Why would I want a cold appetizer after our meal. U clearly don’t want to wait our table. I wish she would have just said, I don’t want to wait on you. That would have been nicer. We tip really well but tonight I was so aggravated with her service. The fact she past our table several times but clearly didn’t want to wait our table made this experience bad!!! Hooters in Clearwater Florida has always had great waitresses!

All of the girls serving are supper friendly and engaging the place is always clean restrooms are clean and stocked . More importantly the food is always hot and fresh shout out to the lemon pepper wings will be visiting here again next month ...

Food was good, server was nice and checked in often however food took forever. Many people were turned away at the door because of "short staffed". Actually saw a cook eating in the back while cooking 🤮 seems like bad management and or bad kitchen crew..

Our server was Jayla, she was a super polite beautiful young lady. She helped me and my father pick out stuff in the gift shop and put up with all our bad jokes very well. We really enjoyed her serving us and can’t wait to come back to see her again! Food was good as well but let’s be honest people don’t go to hooters cuz the food is great we go for the owls! 🤣

0/10. Service was awful, food was okay but incorrect. Server, Bre, forgot to put our order in and didn’t acknowledge that she forgot until an hour after us waiting, she never refilled our drinks. Told us after she forgot it would be 10 more minutes, then we waited another 30-40 minutes on our food, our server was on her phone the whole time and never brought us our food. We had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender for our food which actually had been sitting behind the counter and was cold and old when we got it. She never once said anything to us or apologized. Very terrible service and would recommend getting a different server if you do choose to eat there.

It was pretty good. Nice staff, cold beer and hot wings. They cut me off for some reason though. I was polite and minded my own business while I was there.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. I had 2 tall Michelob Ultra Light draft beers and was cut off by the bartender. I hadn't slurred, stumbled, or at all caused any scene. When I asked if I had done something wrong, the waitress tried to school me on how much alcohol my liver can break down. The bartender said I could have ALL the short beers I wanted, just no more talls. Makes zero sense. All it did was ruin my dining experience. We left immediately. The food wasn't worth to go boxes. I understand safety and monitoring. I'll never go for an event like a football game or fight. Who would sit there for hours limited to 2 beers? I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible experience.

Service was rough. Our waitress started out good but it all went south quick. We got our drinks kinda late but when our food finally arrived and we needed something else to drink, our waitress was gone for like 20 minutes. I just went to the bar and got a water.

Came on Friday at 8 pm with my son, there were several empty tables and nobody in front of us, the waiting time was 30 minutes! I told the host that were several empty tables she said that I still have to wait. I said that I will wait and the host did not even took my name or gave me one of electronic devices, I noticed that there was not a waiting list neither. It was just the staff did not want more customers despite the restaurant being half empty

Big thanks to Emily for the great service for the bachelorette party she did amazing! Food was just okay not very impressive but that’s just my experience.
