After several days of eating in the road across 7 states eating out gets old. When there is a 4 year old is even tougher to get her to eat. The waiter was awesome. He convinced our grandfather to eat her food. My mother-in-law & I both ordered fish and fries. We later learned that the kitchen prepared chicken for us instead. He asked us to give them 4 more minutes to get the order correct. The food was worth the wait. He even gave us the chicken to take to our room. My wife's steak was just the way she wanted it. We will return to this restaurant the next time we are in the area!

First time here and very impressed! Great value! My plate was huge and I couldn’t even half! I definitely recommend the mac n cheese bites and wings! Also my server was amazing, super sweet girl.. I WILL BE BACK!!!

My go to meal at Friday's. Don't forgot the sauce! So good!

I ordered a Whiskey Sampler. If I could give -5 stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves. We specifically requested this order be made fresh but was served old dried out precooked food. The chicken was OLD and burnt, the shrimp was like leather it was so old as was as the ribs. Nothing was cooked fresh. I will never pay to eat there again. I do not recommend ordering food from this location. Also this was not the first time getting old dried out food from them.

Came here after a concert we went to and it was one of the few places still open. The location is super clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and it had a good atmosphere. The blue raspberry lemonade is delicious, we ended up ordering many refills of it and even one to go. The spinach artichoke dip was really good as well. The entrees ended up being okay, not as much flavor but we enjoyed our time there and now I have a favorite drink.

What happened? I used to love going to Fridays!! Last night completely missed the mark for my family and me. For starters, we got sat In a very dark but still noticeably dirty section after one server was very open to the host about not sitting us in her section. Some of the staff were very loudly discussing how they close at 10:00 and they were tired of folks coming in. From what I saw, it wasn’t even that busy. The server we had was really nice. I didn’t once hear him complain about people coming in or being sat. The bathroom was scary. I had to take my kids and it was even darker than the dark section we were in and just as dirty. My pot stickers weren’t bad but I don’t ever remember them being crispy. Probably won’t be back.

We ordered curbside and it was such a horrible experience. We called multiple times and the staff kept picking up and hanging up on us. We decided to go inside and see what was wrong and they literally ignored me and another customer for 10 min before asking us how they could help us. When we explained that we’d been in the car waiting for curbside she had the nerve to ask us why we didn’t just come inside. Seriously? I ultimately asked for a refund and the manager processed the refund- without an apology or a single empathetic word. This is horrible guys. Get it together. We’ve come here for over a decade and never has service been so poor. The staff should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. Not a good look.

The last 3 times we have been to this place the food & or the service has been awful. We gave it 1 more try thinking maybe 3rd time is a charm. WRONG This TGI Fridays is like going to an over priced David's Burgers. Tonight we witnessed customers receiving real silverware when we got plastic, like what you get when you order to go. Had to remind the waitress to bring us items we requested-lemon, mayonnaise, ranch. She also inserted herself into our conversation. We heard her cursing when talking with other customers. Our appetizer was not hot. Our fries were cold. We ordered the same thing (Cheeseburger & fries) & my burger was 1/2 the thickness as my partners. The waitress commented about the difference. We will not be back.

One of my better chain dining experiences. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and a wide variety of apps, entrees and drinks. Wider variety than most other places I've been to but the menu never felt cluttered or too confusing to get through. My personal recommendations is the spinach artichoke dip and the whiskey glaze blaze burger. Delicious. The vibe was comfortable as it was only 1/3 full when we arrived. And the wait staff was incredibly kind and charming and helped me pick out a drink. 10/10

I was dining all by my lonesome again today 😔 ...lol but that's ok I do that often and it's not a bad thing. Anyway I decided to go to TGIFriday. I have not been here in ages. I found it kind of strange that it was around lunch and there was hardly anyone there. But I decided to go with something simple. I ordered the whiskey sauce sliders and fries with a side appetizer of cheese sticks and marinara sauce. Also had the brownie obsession dessert which you absolutely must order! It's warm brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with fudge sauce. All I can say is OMG!😍😋 The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I was sad to see that one of my favorites was not on the menu anymore, French onion soup. But that's ok because I didn't leave unhappy. If you want a stop to eat at, give this place a chance. They have a bar in the middle with tvs too, for you sports fans lol.

Me and husband were just at tgifridays for dinner. Once again we were disappointed. The hostess seated us at a table in the back and told us that someone would be over. We had been there for 15 min and nobody said anything to us. It’s been 3 months since we have been in this restaurant. It use to be out favorite place for date night.But if this keeps happening every time we come in. We will never come back. Please know. We do understand if the place was short handed. But some could have said something to us or even took our drink order.

We stopped on our way to MS and it was a Friday afternoon around 2 PM. The first thing i did was go use the restroom. The stall has no lock and the sink was spray residue over it. I wiped off the one I used and it looked better. So cleaning was the first issue off the bat. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, house salad, skin potatoes and sliders. The slider and fries was good, but the potato skins has a tablespoon of oil inside it, i squeeze my potatoes and a pool of oil came out. Tastewise, don't order broccoli soup or potato skin appetizer. The house salad and saltine crackers kept me sitting until check arrived. I hope they get a sense of how to improve the food. Waiting area was not on the server's mind when during rounds. Sit people when you see em and don't let anyone wait. That's loss of business. 2 stars is two things right from 5 things we ordered.

We went on a Saturday at 3:30pm thinking it wouldn’t be busy. They were short staffed and our 10 min wait was more like 30. Drinks got refilled once. Food was mid and tasted dirty if that’s possible. My plate came out with the wrong side and it took 10-15mins for it to come back out. Atmosphere was dirty. Had high hopes, but will not return.

Our food was great and the servers pretty good. We enjoyed the meal here. If you order the flavored tea make and a get a water glass as well as refills are hard to come by.

The food was not good at all. My son's Bacon cheeseburger didn't taste good. The Strawberry Daiquiri hardly had any rum in it. The only good thing on the appetizer was the cheese sticks and the pot stickers. All that said and done. The visit this time was not good at all. Chicken tenders and bucket of bones was fair.

The potato skins had great flavor but the sour cream was missing from my to-go order. Needed green onions also. UPDATE... Decided to give them another try. Got my sour cream this time but the potato skins were not fully cooked. They were hard in the middle, extremely flimsy and greasy. Unedible. Will not return to this location in NLR.

We ordered wings and they tasted burnt. Our appetizer took 20 minutes to come out. There were only 5 other tables in the whole building. Our drinks didn’t get refilled the entire time. Had to hunt our waitress down for the ticket. At least it was clean.

This restaurant is terrible and deserve negative 4 stars for the services that was provides. I've been to this restaurant several time and they did not complete my purchase correctly. Left off multiple items. When I return to let them know they left off part of my order. The employee was not apologetic for the mistake. I ask them if they could redo my meal and was told no. Just to come back home to find out more food was missing and I received items I did not want. So I had to enjoy a half cold incomplete meal. This will be my last time doing business with this company. Of course I call about it and I was not surprise nobody answer the phone. I stick to Outback better food and service.

I want to start off by saying that the food here has always been amazing there's nothing on the menu I can complain about. However I give the service and staff a 0 for many reasons.. I went on a Sunday evening And during this time the building was less than half capacity.. one side of the building was completely closed off. So there was absolutely no reason why I had to wait 10 minutes for a table. When I finally got to my table I had to wait another 10 minutes just to give my drink I had already made up my mind for food and the woman refused to take my order and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The woman smelled really bad and you can tell she was drunk. She did not apologize for the waiter anything.. As we waited for our drinks in alcohol I watched her wait several other tables in a very quick fashion. I have been a regular for years and I will no longer be returning and neither will my family qnd friends.

Waiter was excellent, drinks were good, and the cheeseburger was very tasty. And they are open later than other places!

TGIF has delicious foods and a variety of great drinks. This location needs a review of its management and waiter staff. The service at this location is unacceptable at times. I still enjoy going to TGIF and would like to see some improvements in the management and waiter staff. This visit was a necessary challenge due to the unprofessionalism of our waiter.

So, me and my husband came in it wasn’t busy at all plenty of people standing around. The front desk host was extremely rude and had her hairbrush up front brushing her hair. Not only that but she had these long nasty nails that she would not stop clacking together. Then she told us it would be a 20 min wait… ridiculous. 20 min go by and she calls our name. She turns around and races us to our seat sits our menus down and walks away before we even get to the booth. Then the server gets our drinks we order burgers. She tells us they don’t even have burgers which is about 50% of their menu! So we just pay for our drinks and leave. Completely ridiculous! No wonder it was so empty.

Waited 25 minutes to find out our name had been scratched off. No problem, they seated us immediately. Restaurant not 1/2 full but we had to sit in the HOT waiting area for what??? Waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks another 15 to get chips and salsa. Another 30 minutes to get our food. The mashed potatoes were so dry I couldn't swallow them. My 6 oz steak was about 3 oz of GRISSEL that was cooked to very well done instead of the medium I ordered. Barrett is a good server but with just a little bit of training he would be an excellent server I hope they understand that and are willing to invest in them. Everyone has a bad day but the manager needs to accept this and own it and correct the issues that are at hand in his restaurant. The family of four next to us spent over $100.00 to be served the wrong food, 10-15 minutes apart. When they asked for the manager, he refused to come out of the kitchen. Mgr, your presence is need in the resturaunt as much or more than in the kitchen. You CAN fix this!

This was my family's first visit to Little Rock and haven't been to a Friday's in years. Save your money and hit up McDonald's instead. After a 3hr drive and snacking, we were looking forward to a satisfying meal. We were a party of 4 and only 1 of 4 meals was worth a 1 star. Another star for the nice waitress but burnt burgers & not fully cooked wings. Road trip kill.

My experience with this restaurant was ridiculous. My server was kind but the wait was long. Which I can understand if they are understaffed for the day but I received my food and it was missing 2 key items I was brought them on the side one was queso and another was suppose to be a cheese sauce to go on my burger and was given melted cheese on a plate and a scope of i don't know what. I don't know how they expected me to put it on my burger. I will not recommend anyone eat here. When I completed the survey management contacted me asking if I know someone who needs a job completely caught me off guard. They didn't even mention the food quality 😒

The young lady that served us was very friendly. The atmosphere inside was very nice. Low lighting, good music, not loud. Lots of space and very clean. Only thing I can complain about, was the food. My niece ordered the classic cheeseburger and asked for it to be well done. She got it back and it was BURNT! LOL I got the Fridays Classic Combo (traditional wings, cheesesticks & potato skins) my wings were HELLA HARD & wasn't even cooked through. SMH the potato skins were hard and didn't taste fresh. Not to mention, they has a whole argument going on by the bar area involving one of the employees and 3 customers. LOL SMH yea, we won't be back after this. But, thank you to our waitress for being so sweet and friendly.

Worst TGI Fridays to go to!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Horrible management!!!! Complete all out horrible place to go to!!!! After a 3 hour family trip my husband, children, and I had the worst service and experience ever!!!! I asked for the Whiskey sampler no shrimp allergic to shrimp extra chicken instead the server Taylor stayed you can’t get that I nicely asked why she stated it’s a appetizer so I waited til my husband and children received their food and asked for a manager after I called 2 different locations to confirm that it was a way for my order to be place !!!! I told the manager I am allergic to shrimp she told me in response order something else that doesn’t have shrimp and walked away!!!! My husband ordered the full rack of rib that was so tough you had to cut it with a knife. He did not won’t them anymore the server Taylor refused to get a manager once we asked for the check because she was still trying to charge him for the rib when he couldn’t eat them!!! Then stated they will not take anything off because he ate one I told her can the manager come out and explain some stuff !!!! When the manager finally came out she tell the waiter oh you said he ate most of the food then tried to charge him for a refill saying I order it and I told the lady I wasn’t ordering anything because I am not ordering anything from here!!! I wouldn’t RECOMMEND MY DOG TO EAT HERE worst experience ever !!!! At this point this location needs to be closed down !!!!
