I had to give 2 stars because I just can't bear giving someone a 1 star, but this is one of the worst locations. They have zero training on any new sandwiches, so when you order one, they just ask you what you want on it instead of making it the way it comes. My wrap was ice cold and not made in the proper order it was suppose to have been made (and I know this without being a paid employee). I would go to the next sandwich shop if you're wanting a sandwich and pass this location. Highly recommend not eating here.

I asked if they had any sales and I was shown where I could save on a meal for me and my guest. Food still fresh as ever, just wish they had gluten-free bread and they would explode with new customers...

Vegetables were dry and wilted an extremely over priced for any of the sandwiches, etc.! Will never eat there again no matter what! Don’t go there if you’re looking for a good meal at a decent price. It cost us over $25. for two regular stubs! Ridiculous!!🤬😡

My family and I can to the JFK subway on 5-28-23. Wow! The food was really great. We love subway and generally have a good experience, but this one was worth mentioning. I had the teriyaki blitz. Hope carefully crafted the sandwich and was very patient with my requests to toast the onions, bell peppers and jalapenos with my sandwich. She and Susan then selected only the freshest vegetables for our sandwiches! I commented to my wife my sandwich was so well done they could use it for a commercial. Very well done Hope and Susan!! You both work great together and hold the Sunday shift down!!!

Came in to pick up an order that was worth alottttt of money but they swore up and down they didn't see it. They didn't even try to help me. But what goes around dang sure comes right back around

This was a good experience and it was a great time with my fiancee. I wanted something different and we were just getting done with visiting with a family member at the hospital and she was not ready for a nice evening meal for the reason that most women use. She wasn't dressed for it since she was at the hospital all day. I am not ready to get the other side of her so I said ok what would you like to get to eat. She seen Subway and being the Gentleman I give her the choice of where she and I was going and we were surprised with the two young ladies that were there and they were so freaking friendly and it was just what the two of us were needing. These are the ones that are a dime a dozen. Not only pro at what they do with making a sandwich for us, they were talking to us and they were not getting flustered but I think it may have made the sandwiches even better. The sub with twice the meat was not a option in the past but I'm going to be back to the subway in NLR on McCain and JFK. Just wanted to make sure you knew that. I don't remember what the two sandwiches were but I'm going to bet that if you happen to be in there and the two young ladies are the ones who are preparing your sandwich it's not going to be disappointing.

Worst experience! The lady who started my order appeared to be new which is fine but she was rude and short for no reason. The lady that cashed me out didn’t close the lids on my dressing so when I got back to work I had no dressing for the salad I ordered.

The front was dirty. They didn't have Hubert's Lemonade, but the worst thing was the employee was on his personal cellphone the entire time & acted as though I was really bothering him by coming in & even more so by ordering. I don't recommend this location. Gravel Ridge is best by far.
