The l3vel of service here is inconsistent. There are some amazing naail people (like Hong). Then there is a lot of bad nail techs. My last few experiences here have been less than great. I dont think I'll be back. Which is a shame people are nice there. Just the level of quality from person to person there is so vast.

My first encounter at POSH was a later appointment about an hour before they closed. Regardless of the time I came in.... Tia, Danny and Minh did a GREAT job on completing my set of nails. EVERYTIME I walk in, I am greeted with kindness and respect. ALL of the associates at POSH have done an amazing job everytime I am in there. They are patient and kind no matter how complex my request are. I have not always had that opportunity as all nail techs are not as kind. Keep up the good work!!

Never again!!!! I paid 70 dollars for these thick ahhhh nails my daughter said they look like veneers 😂 i don’t mean no harm but they definitely don’t know what they doing i don’t care I’m telling this man i want my nails this way he goes to getting frustrated and try to tell me that I’m wrong i was so irritated i told him to just hurry up so i can go ughhhh i definitely should have been patient and go we’re i normally go!

I love my nails every single time! Such good service and such nice work will definitely go everytime! They’re under new management so disregard all the reviews from years ago.

First time going here and these people were very nice. They made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job on my nails. I will be returning!!!

Horribly mismanaged. They have no sense of organization or time management and will 100% make you wait a ridiculous amount of time, even if you have an appointment. They’re not bad at what they do, but definitely not the best in this price range.

Used to be very good with Vicky as the owner. Not very clean and organized and my nail tech was very lazy with my dip manicure. Sadly I won’t be back.

Sister drove in from Southeast Arkansas so we could have sister-time while getting our nails done. Instead of going all the way to Bass Pro, I had been told about this little jewel. Sister and I absolutely L O V E the service we received from Kim and Pheng!!! We are thoroughly pleased with not only our nails but how great we were treated. We got dip removal and had an overwhelming choice of new colors to make our nails pop. I had 3 colors and one tip which cost a little extra but the look and applications were well worth it!!! Actually looking forward to our return to refresh our spring looks!!!
