If you black I would not move here bad place to stay they racist people

I currently live here and compared to anywhere I've lived before in Phoenix and NLR, this is easily the best place. Affordable pricing for people of all incomes, right near the freeway while not being very noisy due to forestation and foliage being in between, quick access to McCain and shopping , very lovely management and maintenance crew. I don't see myself leaving this complex anytime soon.

THIS IS NOT A RENTAL AGENCY. It is an apartment complex of rental apartments. I do NOT own these apartments, I do NOT manage these apartments. I do NOT live in these apartments. I was a guest of someone who RENTS an apartment here. The property very nice, it is wooded and shady, mostly pine. They have covered and uncovered parking. Exterior of the structures are of rock and siding. The multiple structures, connected by breezeways, form a rectangle around the pool area, barbequing area. Landscaped with evergreens , this area offers a peaceful and inviting park-like setting. The apartments have a nice floor plan and are finished with the latest trending materials: laminate, plank linoleum, carpet , paint color, etc. Very nice, clean, quiet complex. Very close access to I-40 WEST (W. only, half interchange) and subsequently I-30 West, to or a very quick commute to downtown Little Rock.

I lived here for a year and a half and I've loved it. The maintenance man Mr. Toby is awesome and Ms. Patty in the office is professional and helpful. All utilities are included and it's affordable. It's close to shopping centers and a lake and it's a short ways from the freeway so it's a straight shot anywhere you wanna go. My apartment was in pretty great condition and the bedroom windows are big. Bedroom closet was huge. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. And the grounds are beautiful too. I had a small kitchen but I didn't cook much so I didn't really mind.

I currently live here and i would not recommend this place! Floors are warped, something is constantly breaking/falling apart. Notified them of something that was broken when I moved in in April of 2018 & they never fixed the issue. STAY AWAY!

Great place to live. Utilities are included in price. Very convenient to evwrything

Beautiful courtyard and pool. Spacious units and all the amenities. Cozy and quiet.

Didn't go inside, so I can't give a real evaluation.
