    Employees are very rude. When I nicely asked for an iced coffee to be remade, she started shouting and arguing with me. She complained that we used the app to pay for it, and that we should we happy with what we got because it was free. It was disgusting, and not made right at all. The supervisor also began running her mouth, even after we sat down, and was real disrespectful, while they also pointed at us, and started at us, along with a couple other employees. The food is always old, cold, and not made right either. The sodas are horrible too. It's not a good McDonald's for many reasons, and we will not return here. The location on Markham is much more friendly, better managed, and in better shape.

    I came through the drive thru around 6:30 in the morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and the new peppermint coffee they were advertising. When I got to the second window the woman handing out orders tells me that the mocha machine is down, and asked if I wanted anything else. As I was trying to tell her I wanted an iced caramel coffee instead, she slammed the window on me as I was still speaking. She opens the window hands me this random black coffee and as I was trying to talk to her she slams the window on me AGAIN and refused to come back to the window. I don't know if she was having a bad morning or what but that is completely unacceptable behavior towards a customer. She was extremely rude, she seemed really high and was very dismissive. I will not be returning to this location because that isn't the first time I've dealt with a similar kind of rudeness here. I will be reaching out to corporate. No one should have to deal with this when they're trying to give them their business. I can not believe the management would allow this behavior.

    Slow service in the drive through for my order from the app, and they didn’t include all my food, and then I had to go back through the drive through because the lobby was closed and they made me pull out to a parking space. All told waited about half an hour just for two sandwiches and two pies and a half-filled soda. Absolutely ridiculous.

    This location is disgusting and filthy. Even the paypad was too dirty to touch. Totally understaffed and after 5 minutes waiting I asked for someone to take my order. I was the only customer (the cashier saw me a few times and fully ignored me). Everything was terrifying and I did not dare to use the restroom. Old, crooked but worst of all, disgusting equipment. Filthy brooms everywhere, even between a garbage bin and table right next to it. Where the heck is the FDA to shut down this place? My local Chinese restaurant's kitchen is a sterile room compared to this hellplace.this is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen.

    Just left your drive-thru 10 minutes ago. Not only did it take nearly 15 minutes to get in and out of the drive through, but I just got to where I was going to discover my food was wrong. I'm so glad I just paid a ridiculous $0.90 extra for cheese only to not get it put on my sandwich. Thanks for nothing, this place is a joke it should be torn down.

    Told us we had to have mask on and they had a sign so everyone put a mask on but two and the kids (one of us went to the car to get mask) then they came back to tell us to put mask on after already telling us. Then put in our order and looked in the kitchen and both male cooks had their mask down on their chins not covering their mouths or noses. Tables and seats and highchairs we're dirty. Wouldn't recommend this place if your in a good mood cause you'll be in a bad mood afterwards.

    We sat in line for more than 10 minutes AFTER placing our order. Then was asked to park and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for our food. No sorry for the wait, no have a good day, mostly we got attitude for spending our money with there establishment. I'll only return there in a pinch, you should do the same.

    We used the drive thru. The woman who took our order spoke so quietly we had to ask her to speak up repeatedly. After we were half way through ordering she totaled the order and said first window. We had to finish ordering at the window, and still our order was wrong. I wish I could be compensated for the hassle of all this.

    This location is trash!!! Literally every time i come here i sit in line for 10 plus minutes then have to wait even longer for food i ordered. They clearly do NOT want to work or have customers!!! Tonight there was a line around the building and they refused to answer the drive thru. My items were prepaid for and they never even bothered to serve customers multiple cars ahead of me and behind me all drove off. I had to wait way too long in the drive thru when i already ordered ten minutes prior to even pulling up to the drive thru with my code. This happens way too much at this location.

    Went around 10pm and didn't get our food until 1045pm. We sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before pulling up to the first window where we sat for 15 minutes. We then waited for our food for 20 minutes behind one other vehicle. Food was fresh but they gave us two random pies instead of the holiday pies we ordered.

    This McDonald's is the worst one in central Arkansas. It says open 24 hours, but if you go after around midnight, that's how long your going to half to wait in drive thru. Last night i ordered online, using the mobile app. Then waited 47 minutes in drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. If you need your food now, don't go here after midnight. Oh and our fries were cold, not warm but cold.

    Made a large mobile order. Got to the restaurant and was told they were not taking orders cause system was down. I explained that I had already paid for the order. She said well cancel it. The app does not let you cancel after you purchase and check in. So she told me I should just call my credit card company and dispute the charge. 10:30 at night and stuck here with a van full of kids showing them the app and that I have paid for it while a bunch of McDonald’s employees stand around laughing and joking with eachother. They were not kind about any of it. Just sucks to be you.

    Walked in and said good morning to cashier and was completely ignored. The cook popped around the corner and I said hello to him and was ignored by him. FINALLY the cashier came up and said "Thank you for choosing McDonald's, may I take your order. ???? Didn't you hear me say good morning??? I asked for the pancake breakfast with a large coffee. Cashier took my payment, and walked away. No cup. I asked another employee if I could get a cup for my coffee. She proceeded to ring me up for it. I showed her the receipt and she said the coffee wasn't on there and proceeded to charge me close to 3 dollars. The pancake breakfast includes a drink. This is by far the worst service and most racist place I've ever been. I'm a middle-aged white dude, very friendly.. and bend over backwards to help folks out. Very disappointed here, saddened that I was treated this way. I asked them to cancel my order, but my charge continues to be on my card. I know they didn't start the order because the cook walked out of the front door to take a bunch of drinks to a friend outside that wasn't in line.

    Took the drive-thru today, I unfortunately have to go late at night (2-3am) because that’s when I leave the gym. Was served by a lovely and genuine person today. I did not catch his name but I will most definitely be calling tomorrow to inform the managers of his excellent service.

    The cashier didn't ring up my sweet tea and for some reason charged me for a quarter pounder and also charged me for another cheeseburger which I didn't even receive. When I informed the worker I was missing my sweet tea I was greeted with the absolute WORST AND MOST RUDE customer service I have ever received in my ENTIRE LIFE. I really hope they get better workers because that was unacceptable and just ruined my day.

    Just left the drive through. The food is great, I LOVE the eggs. But the girl at the window had a real attitude! Definitely not customer service style. She was so rude, saying "what" and "uh" tone so rude. They should put on a smile or go home.

    They say they are 24/7 but they are not. They are showing to be open right now @ 4:25am and yet no answer yet. I do believe this location is a lie and most of the time you're order comes out wrong. Here we go again it's 9/27/22@ 3:34am and yet again they are not open even though the website says they are open and the sign outside says they are open and all lights are on but yet the people inside say they are not open and there store closes every night for 4 hour's.. If this is the case then you need to change your website and send everyone home that's here all night setting around bs with each other and not doing anything. What y'all are doing is called false advertising and it is illegal.

    Heads up! Their rating should be even worse than it shows. They are somehow getting poor reviews removed. I had an absolutely awful experience multiple times with them. Forgetting items, incorrect items, and incorrect toppings/sauces on items. I'd avoid this location at all cost.

    I have been working on the city's construction project in which the company that I am an apprentice for won a contract to build in the McDonald's site. I personally don't consume McDonald's normally, but I wanted an iced coffee and I knew that they had them on the menu and that it was the only restaurant nearby that had their doors open at that time instead of forcing everyone to the drive-thru. I ordered a large iced caramel mocha, and maybe I should've asked questions because the caramel flavoring was extremely strong, there was too much ice in the coffee and the actual taste of coffee tasted so watered down, it was like I was basically drinking sugar water. The service was okay and decent time wise.

    Great service and clean. I dined inside. Due to road construction it was hard to get into parking lot. Exiting parking lot was easy if you exit the back street and go to traffic light one block away
