    DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEY ARE RUDE and HAVE NOTHING IN STOCK!! We just went to order from the drive thru and the girl waited 8 minutes to say something. By that time we had 4 cars waiting behind us. Once she did, she immediately started laughing as she rudely listed the items out of stock. No introduction, no hello, no want to try this? When we began to order she had no clue how to operate the machine and kept asking us to repeat the very first thing we tried to order 5 (I kid you not), 5 times! Then she was so distracted by talking and laughing with the male voice in the background that she couldn’t understand our simple request for 2 soft tacos. Finally after waiting for her to input that for 3 whole minutes, we tried to order a Mexican pizza and they were “out of those too…”. The girl was as rude as ever and kept laughing at us like we were the idiots at the other end of a bad joke. We just said never mind and left. This is not the first time the service has been horrible and the store out of items. It is not worth wasting your time, money or gas. Just eat somewhere else, anywhere else!

    Talk about some nasty greasy sickening food I've ever gotten. Now let's talk about the help, no manners, no respect , attitude of "I don't want to be here much less wait on you" I didn't even feed their food to my dogs!! Whoever owns this store needs to shut it down. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend

    We went there today and the restaurant was dirty! Floors, tables, bathrooms, trash cans overflowing, sticky stuff all over the floor, just everything. We ordered our food and I had to clean a table and chairs for us to sit down to eat. When we got our food it was cold and not right. However the attitudes of the workers and the way they were hollering and cussing each other made it very uncomfortable to approach them about this. There was only one employee in uniform! The young lady in uniform just kept shaking her head at her coworkers.. I heard more racial slurs directed at customers ordering and at other workers than I have ever heard in a restaurant before. That is saying a lot cause I was in the food industry for over 20 years. The only thing correct on our order was our drinks!! We will not be back at this restaurant!

    Pretty sure the late night crew just doesn’t want to work. Pulled up around midnight on a Friday and was told “cash only and must be exact change.” I pulled off and placed an order through the app. Came back through and when I said I had a mobile order, I heard a very clear “F bomb” apparently after they thought they’d cut the speaker off.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! I don’t even know why stay open if you can’t actually have stuff in stock. Last multiple times we’ve gotten tacos here there has been little to no meat on the tacos, sometimes the tacos aren’t even made right, sometimes the staff is extremely rude and will wait till last minute to tell you if they are out of something, like tonight tacos were messed up, they are completely out of sauces. Honestly surprised this taco bell is even still up and running. This taco bell use to be good but it has went downhill in the past year.

    Horrible, order not right. Food looked like a complete mess. Call the restaurant back three times because I got hung up on every time while trying to explain the situation. These people should not be allowed to serve food in Maumelle. Should be shut down.

    While the place was clean and not busy my food was not accurate and not consistent. Order eight tacos got seven 5 barely had anything on them and two were full. I also ordered cinnamon twist dessert and didn't get them. This is the reason I stopped going there four years ago and surprise it has not changed.

    Worse Taco Bell ever. If it’s after 8 they will say the credit card machine is down and cash only. It’s to turn away customers. Very rude staff. They don’t even acknowledge you when you pull up to the window to pay. Customer service doesn’t exist in their world. Always out of things also. Just a terrible location. Edit: after going to the store the next day (same time 11:45 7/15/22) the nice lady working the window left a different impression on me. I updated my review to 3 stars because of her.

    Did 2 seperate orders and it took over 30 minutes. They almost forgot my order until I said something. Ordered the Mexican pizza and was given just meat on it. They smashed it in the box and when I got home the entire thing was leaking in the bag. Worst service I've had at a taco bell.

    I was belittled ordering from a picture on the drive thru menu. The item was no longer being offered but the picture was still showing. I guess they were tried of others asking for it. They didn't need to take it out on me asking for it. No way I would have known it was not offered any more. Corporate didn't send them an update he said. They could have taped a paper over it. I only come to this location every few months hoping different people are there. Bad service every time. I will not be back for a while.

    We dined inside yesterday and entered our own orders on the screen. We were missing half of the items including chips for the cheese and our freeze drinks. When we went to ask them for them they were rude and said the freeze machine was broken. She gave us a refund for the drinks, no biggie. There were hardly any sauces stocked and no forks. By the time we waited at the counter for a fork, 5 minutes had gone by. The food tasted as if it had sat all day. The fiesta potatoes were hard and disgusting. My 3 kids and I have been sick all night long ever since eating our meals at this location. NEVER AGAIN.

    All different time they said they didn't have beef, machines were down so couldn't pay with card, and no baja blast available (multiple times). Not worth going to this Taco Bell.

    It's really ghetto. the drive through people act like they don't hear you then tell you to pull forward while your not even done ordering. Then when you get to the window and you ask them if they got the order they give you smug faces then close the window and walk away. I say the employees need whole new training on customer interaction and customer service.

    I mean, it's Taco Bell, what level of service are we expecting? I wouldn't go to the location in Maumelle late in the evening... They run out of most items on the menu, and you can only pay in exact change, and they don't take cards!!!

    I don't normally review but this is the worst Taco Bell ever. Please read the other reviews, they are not exaggerating this stuff. I am visiting Arkansas and the state I live in has perfectly normal TBs with good service. This isn't it. There was literally an unknown hard red chunk in my Mom's burrito. They were laughing and saying "We don't know if this order is Alexandra or not" with the drive thru window cracked open for me to hear. I called them out on it and they closed the window in response. Missing food, smashed food, and the burrito with the mystery chunk. I'll pass.

    Giving it one since I can't do zero. That was the worst taco bell experience I've ever had. Some of our items they simply didn't have, and we were told sorry with no refund or offer to replace them. The floors were sticky. The food we did get was all either wrong or way too hot and tasted like we were eating oil from the fryer. If you moved the mat in front of the soda machine there was a visible layer of stickiness under it like there was spilled soda syrup. I was absolutely floored by this place. Do not suggest. We requested the food to go and it was given to us on a tray so we ate there.

    Who ever is managing this taco bell really needs to either be fired to looked into. No service after 1am ever. All orders have to be cancelled. Night staffer literally just gave me a list of things he was out of. Made me cancel my online order and place only what he would make also notated that there was only 2 people and I should be mindful to what I can order. I wouldn't review taco bell but being in maumelle, this if the only place open after 12am. But not always, sometimes the lights are on but no one answers the drive thru. 2 weeks ago, employee was just standing outside and smoking with three cars in the drive thru but no one answered or took orders. If you can't operate past a certain point, just shutdown early. Staffing issue shut down early. No one is asking you to open this late. I would stop elsewhere on my way home knowing you guys are closed. What's really intolerable is I come and 90% of the time, there is an issue. If there is nothing wrong with management, then look into your night staff.

    They have updated the ordering system inside the store to kiosks. I used one this time and my order came out correct! This is honestly the first time that I haven't had to return food because the order wasn't correct. Great job!

    Just like so many of these other reviews say, this is literally the WORST Taco Bell ever. Don’t go here. They will treat you terribly and your order will be wrong and thrown together without any care. I seriously don’t know how this place is still in business.

    Food was on par with what you expect from Taco Bell. Ordered at drive thru and was told the item I wanted was app only purchase so I pulled into a spot and placed my order. Got back in line to pickup and alerted through app as it instructed. While in line app updated and said your order is being made then your order is ready. Get to the window...we're getting thst together for you. 12 minutes later food comes out. It was two normal menu combos expect we wanted no sour cream on one. Positives...lady at window apologized for telling us it was online only. Also it took so long bc they forgot no sour cream on tacos so they had to make more without and left in the extras that had sour cream! Free tacos!

    the employees were loud causing a scene. my Soft potato tacos were wrapped wrong so everything was falling out of the wrapping. Burrito supreme was wrapped in the wrong wrapper as well n just gross. red sauce EVERYWHERE… I didn’t think I had the right order. Also Forgot cinmamon twists. Come on now

    This location is very clean and the staff seem to work well together. I was excited to get a Mexican pizza. However, I was a little disappointed when I made it home. The shell part seemed a little stale or something, and I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it. The tacos were great for my kiddos though. I will definitely go back to this location. Mistakes and oversights happen. Nowadays, it's rare to go to a fast food restaurant and the employees are pleasant and respectful. The young man Keyon was great and truly made us feel welcome.

    Went around 630pm there was group of kids outside was told not taking orders for the next 15 minutes okay cool had few things to do anyway. went back 30 minutes later there was group of kids again out laughing hanging out passing what seemed to be a blunt around. I went through drive through and was told not taking orders right now I asked how long this time I was told 30 minutes so I said to the girl u told me 15 minutes 30 minutes ago she didn't respond it was pretty irritating

    They need to update the Menu to relate current changes. Such as, adverting for Cheddar Chulpa box when Taco Bell isn't even selling them anymore. The food we ordered was decent but they were short staffed which meant slow drive-thru. The lady at the window was too busy being busy that she ignored our requests and just handed us whatever sauce she blindly grabbed out the bucket.

    Put in an order on my app, then went to go pick it up and I’m assuming they didn’t start it whatsoever until like five minutes after we got there because the wait was horrendously long and we were the only person in the drive-through. The girl could barely even hand out our bag because she didn’t put down her freaking cell phone. Most of the food was sloppy and didn’t taste that great, and the modifications that we made were not done. Then we can add I was ill for two days after, and I don’t want to know if that is all related…
