Food is very tasty, mostly very friendly employees, a bit cool for my european taste :) (temperature inside) I can recommend the pan-friend shrimp dumplings and the sesame chicken. I also heard that the Pad Thai is very good Enjoy!

I was a loyal customer for a few years but recently I had the worst experience of mi life in a restaurant of this “level”. The food was so bad, almost disgusting I order the honey crispy shrimp. It was not crispy atoll. It was worst than the lowest Chinese buffet. I’m really mad 😡 and disappointed, this is the last time that I order food or visit here. Also, The NY cheesecake was served without any decorations just plain, like it doesn’t matter.

Mom & I went today for my early Birthday celebration.I ate sweet & sour chicken & Korean Noodles it was excellent. My mom had the pork egg rolls & ribs she enjoyed it! I have gone to this location a few times every time I have enjoyed it! Yummy 🤤

We very often order Mongolian beef in your restaurant. But last time, in both of our order the meat was overcooked and very dry with a bitter taste, so we could not eat them. Disappointed ...

Normally, I would try to understand the struggle/stress restaurants go through during these times but there’s no logic when a chef cooks burnt food and hands it to the customer without expecting any backlash. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated. This is a result of pure laziness. Hopefully this reaches upper management and present this to their chefs during training as an example of WHAT NOT TO DO when serving customers. You would think it’s common sense to throw away burnt food. Cmon people.. let’s do better than this.. Also, this all went through Uber Eats. Order was placed at 11:53 AM on 02/03/22 Looks burnt, tastes burnt, smells burnt.

Very bad experience, lousy service. the waiter very bad attitude and without desire. We ordered appetizers and a main course, first they brought only 1 of the 2 appetizers then a main course, after complaining they brought the other main course and then the other two appetizers and the food was very poor quality

We ate lunch at the bar and Desiree was great! Very friendly and attentive. The manager Jeremy was also very professional and friendly. Great service, food and environment! The filet wontons aren’t on the menu right now but if you get a chance to order do it!!! They were delicious!

We usually love to eat there but the last time was very disappointing the kids was so hungry we waited over 35 minutes for the food everything took long time, we received one of our orders wrong and had to wait more. It was very bad and hard to be with small kids that are hungry for their food. The service wasn't very good overall very disappointed from the experience, we celebrated a birthday and even the cake took 20 min to arrive to the table. To much time.

Took a backseat after my last experiment. But glad I gave them another chance. Mongolian Beef all the way. First time having the calamari and it was delicious.

We had dinner yesterday at PF Chang's near Aventura Mall after doing some Thanksgiving Day grocery shopping and dealing with the holiday crowds. It was nice and relaxing at PF Changs with music piped in and perfect a/c temperature on. Our server, Gabby, was friendly and attentive. She never kept us waiting and magically knew when to fill up our water glasses. She also had some good food suggestions. We ordered the Mongolian Beef with the Flaming Filet Mignon Wontons. It was fun to watch her light up the Wontons and cook them in front of us! We also added the Chili Crab and Pork Belly Fried Rice and the Honey Crispy Chicken . All of it was very good, and we even had some to take home for lunch the next day. It was fun revisiting PF Chang's because we hadn't been here since before the pandemic. Parking was easy with lots of room for cars. Wheelchair accessability is available.

Mongolian beef costs 25$, it is not shareable size as it claims (it is small). Apart from that they serve it with mediocre white rice that is not even sticky rice, it felt like a reheated rice from home. The worst part was the beef quality for the Mongolian beef, it felt like it was made a while back and it looked like cheap beef from a store. Not happy with pf Chang and not worth it with their price. Price does not match the quality, this happened in other locations too so it is just pf changs overall quality. Pf chang, no wonder you're not full on a Sunday night like other restaurants.

I really have no words to thank and praise this restaurant for the attention and the delicious food in this place. My family has to be very careful with handling and preparing seafood because they are allergic. The waiter was very delicate and detailed in this regard, the perfect preparation was very delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy and exclusive. I thank Diego, the waiter, he did an excellent job and managed to meet our service expectations. Happiness and success.

Overall the experience wa great. Unfortunate the female waitress;(Jessica) continued to neglect us throughout our experience. The manager Carlos stepped in and saved the days he was phenomenal. Overall just make sure you have a great server. Overall food was ok. I won’t be eating here soon as it has not been the same for years. Waitress like Jessica make it better to just eat at home.

Awesome experience! I haven’t been to a PF Changs in like 10 years. Was in the area and stopped by. Rudolph was our server and he was very thorough, attentive and kind. Our food was hot and delicious- from the appetizers to the entrees- and the atmosphere was pretty upscale. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.

Everything was really good. Carol Sue was amazing with her service, she was attentive , friendly and knowledgeable on the dishes. Ordered some of the items she suggested and was not disappointed at all. Atmosphere was really relaxing as well. Will definitely be coming back thanks to the exceptional service offered to us!!

We had such an a delightful evening here at P.F. Chang’s Aventura. I haven’t visited P.F. Chang’s in a very long time, so I wasn’t quite sure what they still had on the menu. Our server Jake was so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and made our night so wonderful. He recommended us the most delicious courses and everything tasted amazing. I had previously read some reviews before visiting and wasn’t expecting the best quality, but they proved me wrong. Thank you again Jake! I really recommend him as your server for your next visit! :D

We were highly satisfied with our server Desiree. Our party included 17 for early dinner. She was courteous, efficient and had all our orders correct. We didn’t ran out of drinks! Time with family priceless having the best server money can buy, timeless! Food was great our party all enjoyed. Thank you Desiree for a beautiful experience.

Went back to this place, after almost 4 years and could notice the difference. Was looking forward to dive into the lovely tasty food served previously, but this time was a different history, while the food was served hot, presentation wasn't the best, taste wasn't there. We order some starters and after 8 minutes of serving them, came the mains, there wasn't enough space on the table to place all the dishes so waiter tried to take the plates from our starters without us even finished? It was a real mess that took the joy of the experience. Ended placing plates one on top of the others. Must of the beers on the menu were not available, so had no options than ordering a beer that tasted like water. Have to mention that the lady serving us showed no interest in accommodating us or giving a better service.

Came here on a Saturday night without reservations. We were put on a waitlist but didn’t wait long at all (max 5-10 min). However they did get my name wrong so when our table was called we didn’t know it was for us. The front desk did seem a bit chaotic and disorganized on arrival. Our server was timely and friendly. She did get one of our items wrong but it was corrected quickly. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, which was very tasty. A tad bit too saucy for my liking but still tasty. We also ordered the wagyu steak, sea bass, wonton soup and combo fried rice. Best thing was the sea bass. It was flavourful and tender. Our least favourite was the wagyu steak. The sauce they put on top was too sweet for us. Wonton soup was only ok, very different from your traditional wonton soup. Overall our meal was ok. We would come back but probably order different dishes. One thing to note, because this is a chain, don’t expect the food to be authentic Chinese, but for American Chinese food, it’s not too bad

I visited here with my family of six and, even with what appeared to be a full parking lot, we were seated within five minutes. Our server was incredibly attentive, and my gosh the food is delicious -- better than any other P.F. Chang's we've been to date. Chicken lettuce wraps are a great appetizers. At our table we had pepper steak, sesame chicken, lo mein, and chicken fried rice. We rounded out the night with cheesecake. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend.

The worst food I had so far by pf changs ordered the orange chicken and sauce was terrible the chicken was soggy and it was still hot! There is no more quality control in this establishment, I doubt they have a chef on the line because they would have never let these dishes out. There really isn't any excuse for letting out bad food I can't even eat this because of how terrible it tastes... My dog won't even eat it, that says a lot... Also the rice was so dry it made noise when I took a fork full. Don't order from this place when it comes to orange chicken they'll just ruin it they're frozen box version tastes better than this.

Food was pretty good, wasn’t fond of the QR code menu, since my family is of an older generation and didn’t understand. However, it was nice to have a Spanish speaking waitress to accommodate my family, decent experience overall.

PF Changs is a place that offers pretty consistently good food. My fave things to eat include the crispy honey shrimp, Mongolian beef, and several of the apps are tasty. My friend commented that the chicken pad thai was lacking flavor compared to more authentic thai restaurants. We got a bottle of Oberon Cabernet (Michael Mondavi, approx $45), it was their best cabernet wine choice and I wasn't really impressed at all with the wine or their Moscow mule.

The food was amazing even after the 15 min car ride, first time doing pick up and it went smoothly. James, the guy who attended me had a great attitude and catered to me very well. He went back twice for a few sauces i requested and still kept a positive attitude. Will be eating take out here more often!

My husband took myself and my grandmother out for lunch for Mothers Day and we had the most amazing time. Had a slight scare with mushrooms in our lettuce wrap(I’m allergic) but they immediately took control apologized and where attentive to the max. The food was fantastic from the shrimp to the honey and orange chicken and the desert oh yum yum yum it was to die for. The manager Carlos Cordero was so attentive and very courteous making sure all was well all the time. Will definitely return again to this Location.. if I can give them more than 5 stars they deserve it. Our waiter had beautiful blue hair and she was magnificent her attitude and charisma was undeniable. For a first time experience here it was definitely a memorable one.

PF Chang has not lost their efficiency, value or customer care....havent been since the pandemic started, their prices like everywhere have increased a lot, ..but their service remains top notch....
