The atmosphere is NOT what I expected. Many of the games are old/outdated, out of order, buttons on the guitar hero don’t work, slowed down my go kart, virtual games having technical difficulties, workers walking and moving with zero sense of urgency. At least the few virtual rides/games my brothers and I played were fun. Literally should’ve went with my first mind and went to Xtreme Action Park like I always do.

This was my first time ever coming here and I have to admit I don't know how I haven't been here before! Have everything from go-karts to mini golfing to rock climbing to a obstacle course and trampoline park the customer service was amazing bathrooms were clean and the place was all around a good atmosphere to bring your kids to have fun. I am a general manager and would definitely even consider getting a job at this place just because of how fun and how happy everybody was it looks like a great place to work and a great atmosphere you won't go wrong bringing your kids here to have fun go and check them out!!!🙌💯

We had a great time. The gocarts are So Much fun. We got a Groupon for 38 each. Like a 10 min ride on the carts and 100 credits. Got 1 for each person. Wow is the best way to say it. By the time it was done so we're we. Nap time. Great way to have fun and avoid the heat

This place had a great potential when it opened a few years ago. Unfortunately, that potential has never manifested. I took my kids there yesterday, the trampoline park area was dirty, especially around the shoe storage shelves, smelled really sour, the staff attitude was "I cannot care less", half of the arcade machines were broken, the drinks were awful quality and overpriced. And, on top of that our kid's Nikes were stolen while he was playing at the trampoline park, so he had to walk back without shoes.

When my daughter and I arrived we paid to use the trampolines we have been coming here for about a year and she loves the trampoline and has not had a problem. But this time after about 15 minutes of being there we were told she could not use the trampoline because of her height mind you she has been doing this for about a year they told us because of new management. I asked him why did they tell us this when we first paid they just shrugged their shoulders I asked for a refund but they said because we were for over 10 minutes they could only give partial refund I tried to explain to them there was no way for us to know this because we’ve been coming here for a year and you were waiting for us to be there for 15 minutes to tell us she cannot use any of the trampolines except for the ones that were for little babies which was not an option for us. This place is not worth the money the staff was not very nice we will not be going there again. And we were not the only ones with this issue there were two couples also speaking with the manager about the same exact issue and the same problem you have been here for over 10 minutes we can only give you a partial refund. Do not go to this place is a waste of your time and money

Absolutely amazing experience 10 out of 10..would recommend any kind of birthday party for children here they have the largest virtual reality park in America, arcades, rollerblading, go karts, trampolines it’s an absolute Wonderland!!! ASK FOR MAX, Jason or Elis, and the whole cleaning team great people!!!

The wait ain’t worth the experience. This place is a good rainy day activity when in the Miami area. However, when it’s rainy the waits are horrible. Took about an hour to get tickets to the different attractions, then when we went to the go-carts, that also took 40+ minutes before we were allowed to go for a 7-10 min ride. They could organize this place more effectively and it would be a great time. If you’re just doing the arcade, skip the line you can buy an arcade card in the arcade from a machine.

The place was amazing and the kids really enjoyed themselves! Also, there was one male worker in the jumping section, who went above and beyond with playing and assisting the little toddlers my daughter included in having fun! The only thing I would say that needs changing is that there should be more food selections for people who don't eat meat!

In general, the kids had fun. But as an adult - you can see that the staff is lazy and don't want to make the experience pleasant. The arcades are outdated, many don't work or aren't even turned on. The jumping zone constantly has sections closed off (but you pay full ticket price). What's most concerning - is that the staff doesn't make sure that older kids aren't jumping on the little ones. Someone always gets hurt! And you sign a form saying they're not liable. So if you take the kids here - watch them!!!

We celebrated my son's birthday here and the kids had a BLAST! it was a last minute plan and the staff was able to accommodate us with a table although we were a walk-in. While the kids were doing go-karts, the guys operating that area gifted them a free race because they were being bumped too many times by others on the track. Some of the games in the arcade was down, but besides that the kids got a lot of tickets from what was available and everyone left happy and tired! Thank you so much Johanna, Evelin & Brittney! Went yesterday to celebrate my brother’s 27th birthday & without a doubt this has been the best experience I’ve ever had celebrating an event that caters to both adults & their children. We had tons of family & friends with their kids having fun doing different activities! Every location was easily accessible for both kids & adults. We did gokarting, rollerblading, “sightseeing” the huge James Bond collection & photo ops, the arcade was exceptional, absolutely loved the fighting game additions & classic arcade like cabinets, pinball machines, newer/modern ones, you name it! I don’t even think I named everything we did, truly a wonderful experience! Also the food was AMAZINGGGGGG! Everything was delicious & all the staff were very attentive to us being happy the entire time we spent there! I’ve already recommended a few friends to come here & I also plan on hosting my son’s birthday parties here in March, see you then! :)

Top notch. My kids enjoyed themselves. We went early when they first open, which I find as the prefect time because it barely any people there. The place is huge. They have a bar and pool area for the adults so you dnt even have to pull up with kids lol. The only down side is they need more tables and chairs if parents aren’t going for a party and just want to sit there and watch their kids. Other then that we will definitely be coming back

My kids were very happy with the place. If you would like to go trampoline, you should bring NON SLIP SOCKS with you or buy one for each kid.

My son love it, the last time we went was really clean and fixed a lot of things. The only issues is the customer service at the front, some employees are nice and some of them have an attitude. We love the arcade all the games are working really good.

Terrible customer service and staff. They interrupt my son’s birthday and I couldn’t have fun with him playing games and laughing like to expect it to do in a normal birthday, they were pushing me to pay at that time when I supposed to be having fun and making memories with him. I payed more than 1000 usd to be poorly, aggressively and disrespectfully treated. Please save your money or pay to a different place, with more educated staff. Everything there it’s ghetto

Had my family birthday party at dezerland action park, we were about 15 kids and 20 adults and had the time of our life's. Got to say one of the most memorable one yet. I was't aware that they had a whole Virtual Reality room, it had car, flying, sown skying, roller-coaster, frist person shooter's and more. That's not even were my party started. They have this area called the ninja lounge and that's a whole other world. It's filled with wall climbing, an obstacle course, an area for just 5 year old and smaller, and another are for the bigger to jump, play dodge ball, basketball. After we moved upstairs where we ate this amazing food platters and cut the cake. From here we go to play in they're massive arcade room . Then we found the roller skating rink. Thinking that we where done we were shown the by Debbie that they also had a indoor Pro Go Karts area as well. At this point we all got excited and Finnish the day with that. This was a must go for fun time, family night or even date night. Let's not forget get the staff. They had a big part in making all this happen. So many name to write that it's better to say that they all worked as a team to make to it was a remarkable experience. Thank you dezerland action park will be seening you guys soon.

The kids loved it. It is super active and the staff are awesome and super friendly with kids. They encouraged one of the kids to climb the high poles and the climbing rocks course. The trampolines were amazing and they had a toddler play area and a play area for babies. They also had a ninja course that I think is amazing because it gives the kids a fun activity to do. The high course was absolutely amazing. The roller skating rink was super amazing and the arcade was super nice and fun. The photo backgrounds was very funny and cool. The French fires were amazingly delicious and they were hot and perfectly salty. The go karts we’re super fun and creative a nice touch to the place also the train was very soothing for the infant that I had with me. Overall it was a very nice and good atmosphere for kids to play when it is summer or it is raining.

I like this place because it is never overcrowded but service of anything is not great but we enjoy it anyways. They have Go Karting, Trampolines, arcades, roller blades, theme rooms to play, kids bowling, obstacle course, rope course, plenty party room, and a bar 🍸 wirh good drinks and pool tables

Super kool spot for kids and adults they have a cool sports bar for adults that serve food and strong drinks

This place is equally fun for childen and adults alike. I can't believe so many folks haven't heard of this place! There is lots of room for improvement but, overall it's a fun and safe place.

We really had fun with my friends here last 2weeks. Definitely coming back. Did the indoor karting and trampoline and rolling skate. The entrance is just a little bit confusing. Overall was very fun

They were good.. but today they implemented 45 inch minimum height for almost everything.. that is stupid.. my daughter 5 years old only allowed to use facility for little kids!! And that happened recently.. never experienced that here before. And in Urban Air she is allowed to do almost everything .. even use climbing wall 20 feet height! I was here 6-7 times.. newer comeback here again My daughter was so upset

Huge place! is divided in sections. A jumping and ninja Course. Skating that can hold like 80 people. Arcade ( very good) a virtual reality on the second floor. Karting. And for toddlers 1-3 years a dedicated castle with slides and obstacles That is big. I recommend going early .

I previously would have given this place 5 stars. The layout is amazing with limitless things to do. They have tons of under utilized area so it never feels crowded and the staff are nice. Overall the place is chill for a kid outting. However they are under new management and they have instituted some changes so we will see. One of these changes are that they took all the adult beverages out of circulation (besides the separate adult bar which is only open on weekends, which kids can’t go to). Previously they had a couple beers at the cafe which would suffice to sip on while reading a book while kids were playing. This definitely saved any parent who were subjected to birthdays with lots of kids or even a prolonged day with your own. Definitely not a parent friendly move especially with the millennial generation as parents.

This is a great place to bring the family for an evening of fun and adventure. It can be quite costly depending on the activity you chose to do; but over all it was a great experience.

I have been going to the place since I move to north Miami. The place was a great place to take my 3 and 6 year old until they changed policies and no longer allowed the littles ones in the trampolines. Mind you, I recently went and was not told about this change until after I purchased the ticket and my child was told he could not play. I went to ask for a refund and I went elsewhere. I recommend any other place but this one due to the staff and management lack of communication.
