Clearly that is not how you make a Big Mac!!!!! Bacon double quarter pounder with cheese had NO BACON! This place is absolutely horrible and not just this one time it's been every time we go this was an issue before the new building I don't know who is managing this place but clearly they are doing some things wrong this is just ridiculous we stopped going to this McDonald's after this incident and we were not offered anything when we drove all the way back to get our correct sandwiches done right.

Waited 25 minutes with only 6 vehicles around. To then get told to pull off to a waiting spot to then GET COLD FOOD THAT I WAS SUPPOSEDLY WAITING FOR TO GET DONE COOKING. This location is a$$ from start to finish. At least the guy who brought me my food was cool.

Paid $3.99 for a Double Bacon Cheeseburger…with 1 piece of cheese! I’m a General Manager of a local fast service restaurant..and I get the rising cost of product. But, a double cheeseburger should have 2 burger Patties, 2 pieces of cheese. Don’t rip people off to help make a profit.

I honestly come here every day to order food and door dash food is always hot , but it always one item missing. I mean everytime too that not making much sense on what going on but just check the bags one extra time then y'all doing, besides that y'all doing y'all best so that all that matters

Pretty good, very inconsistent. Sometimes soggy fries sometimes crispy or they are hot/cold. I have also gotten the wrong order and when I came in they were very rude to me when I tried to get the right thing I had on my receipt. They tried saying I took items out the bag because it was the manager who packed it. Yeah it wasn't that deep FYI managers can make mistakes too. Anyways besides the frequent mix ups and inconsistencies it's good.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, just cheese on purpose hoping to get it fresh. Nope I got 2 cold cheeseburgers everything on it w/stale cold fries. It’s always the same thing w/this McDonald’s. Stale cold food. Going to start driving to the other McDonald’s from now on by meijer there food is always hot!

Two lanes open. Wanted one drink. They legit took 5 cars in the other lane before mine. Unreal. Don’t have two lanes open if you don’t know how to run both. Absolutely terrible service these days. Backed up and left.

went in there for a bite to eat- Most of the locations around Muskegon are awful, especially the one on Holton road. We will drive from Twin Lake to this location though- they have it all together! Ate inside and was there long enough to tell the manager was getting on the employees hind ends- as she should have been! I’m not sure of who her name is, if she’s the assistant manager or general manager but man she was whooping those employees into shape it was hilarious! They need her down at the Holton rd location! Food was served in a fast manner, was fresh and the employees were friendly. Finally, some good service from a McDonald’s!
