Thank you for your attention to detail and your caring help. I will be forever grateful for your help with my urgent health needs. I was in a lot of pain and even though the insta care was packed on my visit. You were extremely caring and thorough. Your ability to zone in on every detail that was needed made the difference in saving my life. Thank you for going above and beyond in making sure I got the urgent surgery that I needed. You are a true example of a great doctor.

The moment you walk into a clean refreshing air-conditioned facility. You are informed of covid mask which is given if needed. The wait time to check in was not a problem at all. The receptionist was polite and friendly a plus!! Information was up dated if needed right away to avoid future or further problems. Waiting was not anything of a hour it took about 10 min till they called my name faster then waiting for taxes roadhouse seats on a Friday!!lol the ambiance was nice quiet and settle. The NA that took vary well care of me was so polite and full of energy. The Dr. Was amazing and informing and personal to be able to find what needed to be treated. No time waisted waiting for him or her. I felt safe the whole entire time there. And now a day after I have medication and my wound is practically healed. Thank you so much I recommend everyone to go to this facility for anything of health issues. This is the one!!!

Dr. Barraclough was very attentive and allowed me to explain my situation completely before jumping to any conclusions. He was thorough and reassuring, and I felt calm and taken care of throughout my entire visit.

The doctor was awesome. I just wish I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg in copays to get everyone screened for strep throat.
