I love that you can make appointments. The staff is very friendly and professional. This now has become my regular "go to" place. Andy does an amazing job on my nails. He fully paint my nails, corners and all. My polish doesn't chip and they last a long time even though I go faithfully every two weeks. My nails look really nice!! Andy is stuck with me! Lol 🙌🏼💅😍

I come back for Mei mostly, but how welcoming the place is too. Everyone is so friendly and kind! Mei is so inspiring and all around amazing at what she does. Thank you all for being an amazing and reasonable nail salon!

I sent my daughter here to get acrylic nails, French manicure with nail art. My daughter was charged $124.20. The prices that she asked for were not posted. I went up there to try to get a refund of some sort and they refused when she had an appointment it took them over 35 minutes to call her and then it was almost 2 hours before her nails were done and she had an appointment. I would never recommend this place just because the service sucks and you try to talk to the owner and all they tell you is it with inflation that’s why it was charge so much that it should’ve been $108 I said OK will go ahead and give us the refund then for the difference and they refuse to do that as well. I’ve never paid more than $80 to have what she had done.

Received 2 services. For whatever reason the polish bubbled up on my toes before I left. I was told there was something wrong with the top coat🤦🏾‍♀️ then why use it. I had already been here over 2 hours I opted to come back the next morning to have my toes repolished. The place was busy and I did not have time to wait longer. Rhiyah and her brother serviced me and were accountable they both apologized. An aplogy goes a long way I am understanding that mistakes do happen. The owner on the other hand NOT so much. She did NOTHING to help the situation other than offer for me to come back the next day at 3pm which I declined such a late appt time. After looking the owner says oh just the big toe when clearly ALL toes had bubbles. Owner offered no apology. The owner lacks customer service. Her demeanor is uninviting, unfriendly and unprofessional. This is not the first time I've had to return to have a service corrected/fixed. When I arrived this morning just before 10am the owner says he'll (the brother) would be with me shortly I was the first customer in the salon this morning. The many customers that walked in after me all received friendly greetings from the owner. All customers were seated and starting their service as I sit waiting to be serviced although the agreed upon time was 10am. I have been coming here for a little while now however I think its time to move on from here. Its a shame though because the salon is close to home. Mistakes can be corrected, the owners lack of basic customer service skills need work. The fact that I even returned prompted an immediate apology. After leaving this morning, still no apology nor a simple thank you for returning.

All in all: My nails look fantastic and I will be going back. I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead of time but when I got there I sat for quite a bit after I signed in. No one seemed to be prepared for my appointment and they were frantically running around trying to squeeze me in it seemed. However, like I said, my nails do look great and I enjoyed Maggie as my nail artist.

Look this place is absolutely amazing the people are great, but the woman who did my nails could have done a bit better they are crooked and most of them go to one side and it was really upsetting, like I said don’t get me wrong this place and the people are awesome I just wish she would have taken a bit more time to fix them, it was my first time getting my nails done so I was kind of sad when I looked at them

The spa is great. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. Everyone is so kind. I am always impressed with their artistic talent with nails. If you're looking for a "new nail spa home," this is the place to go to. You will not be disappointed.

My first time going there was a great experience.. my second time not so much I took my girls in to get mani/pedis and I felt like they were annoyed because my girls weren’t exactly sure what they wanted I got my acrylic nails filled in and the gel polish peeled off like dry Elmer’s glue and all my nails popped off like they were press ons. I have never had these issues with my nails before at any other place I have went to. The nail techs are all friendly and it seemed like a great new place for me to go but after this last experience I highly doubt I’ll go back

I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I've had almost everyone in the place do my nails. They are all very friendly and personable. Everyone greets me when I come in and it makes feel special. Mei and Rhiya are absolutely amazing at the art they do. The wait time can be 30-40 minutes from time to time, even with an appointment. However if you have patience, it's 100% worth the wait. I've been to numerous nail salons over the years, there's a reason why I've settled on this one. The environment and the way they treat their customers is top tier!

I came in on a Fridsy and they were behind which was fine but I didn't have time to stay for polish. I showed them a picture of what I wanted but when I left I noticed that they were not even close to what i wanted. I started to polish them at home and noticed that the filing was very off so I went back in on Sunday ro have them fixed and filed to my desired shape. The gentleman filed them Coffin (I wanted square) and filed them even more. They were already thin so then I noticed a large Crack in my thumb nail. I asked him repeatedly if that crack would break and he kept saying no. I was so fed up I walked out and polish again. Thumb nail broke this morning. Now I'm stuck with a thin broken set that looks horrendous. I had no other issues with this place I loved it before this issue.

I had an appointment. Everyone seemed to be so confused. Even though I called a month ago and made an appointment and had to confirm my appointment the day before my appointment. I went in for a pedi, fill, and design. I was told it would only be around $76. When the pedi was done, I was taken to the front to let them dry but I questioned when were my nails going to get done. The lady looked so confused. She said 'oooooooh yeah nails...' then took me back to her station. Told her what I wanted and she was very hesitant on doing them. I told her I had an appointment with Maggie and since it was my first time there I didn't know who I was with. (spoiler alert, she was not Maggie) She didn't say anything but started on my nails. When it was time to pay she added everything up and it came out to be $96!! That was BEFORE tax. She mentioned to me that there was a $5 nail trim fee. Which she pointed out, but I was never told about that fee until it was time to pay. It was basically $5 per nail because now it went up to $96! from the $76 I was quoted. Never in my life have I ever paid $103 for my toes and fingers. Never will I ever return.
