For
whatever
reason
the
polish
bubbled
up
on
my
toes
before
I
left.
I
was
told
there
was
something
wrong
with
the
top
coat🤦🏾♀️
then
why
use
it.
I
had
already
been
here
over
2
hours
I
opted
to
come
back
the
next
morning
to
have
my
toes
repolished.
The
place
was
busy
and
I
did
not
have
time
to
wait
longer.
Rhiyah
and
her
brother
serviced
me
and
were
accountable
they
both
apologized.
An
aplogy
goes
a
long
way
I
am
understanding
that
mistakes
do
happen.
The
owner
on
the
other
hand
NOT
so
much.
She
did
NOTHING
to
help
the
situation
other
than
offer
for
me
to
come
back
the
next
day
at
3pm
which
I
declined
such
a
late
appt
time.
After
looking
the
owner
says
oh
just
the
big
toe
when
clearly
ALL
toes
had
bubbles.
Owner
offered
no
apology.
The
owner
lacks
customer
service.
Her
demeanor
is
uninviting,
unfriendly
and
unprofessional.
This
is
not
the
first
time
I've
had
to
return
to
have
a
service
corrected/fixed.
When
I
arrived
this
morning
just
before
10am
the
owner
says
he'll
(the
brother)
would
be
with
me
shortly
I
was
the
first
customer
in
the
salon
this
morning.
The
many
customers
that
walked
in
after
me
all
received
friendly
greetings
from
the
owner.
All
customers
were
seated
and
starting
their
service
as
I
sit
waiting
to
be
serviced
although
the
agreed
upon
time
was
10am.
I
have
been
coming
here
for
a
little
while
now
however
I
think
its
time
to
move
on
from
here.
Its
a
shame
though
because
the
salon
is
close
to
home.
Mistakes
can
be
corrected,
the
owners
lack
of
basic
customer
service
skills
need
work.
The
fact
that
I
even
returned
prompted
an
immediate
apology.
After
leaving
this
morning,
still
no
apology
nor
a
simple
thank
you
for
returning.
