Very small cramped store. The majority of the clothing is small sizes and the staff is too busy with themselves to notice you or even ask if you need help. I had to wait for 5 minutes for the girls to stop talking to each other to get help with my order. I did spend over $100 on clothing for my daughter that she loved, but next time I will go elsewhere.

Every time I visit this location, I feel so welcome and always find something great. The staff is so friendly and kind, especially Icarus! :)

The lack of lighting really helps make you feel better about purchasing an all black outfit. You deserve it.

I had a great time shopping at this store. The employee working (Icarus) was very welcoming and helpful even though I came in close to closing time. I will be back

meh, its still cramped with less stuff and even higher prices. 1 tshirt 1 funko pop after 30% off was still $50. they have become a joke

There only thing bad about this place is that they don't have a bigger space. Associates were very welcoming and very willing to assist and engage with you. Alot of big box department stores could benefit from Hot Topic's example. Will be returning.

My daughter loves this store. I have yet to take her there and not find something she likes. It looks chaotic but is actually well organized given the small space of the store. Cool place to visit.
