Long
story
short,
Crossley
Fitness
is
a
great
gym
and
their
personal
training
programs
yield
results.
Here
is
the
long
version:
I
came
to
crossley
fitness
by
referral
from
a
friend.
A
year
ago
I
weighed
273
lbs
and
was
able
to
shed
35
lbs
on
my
own
over
the
course
of
one
year
and
felt
like
I
had
taken
it
as
far
as
I
could
on
my
own.

such,

had
never
done
before

so

will
allow
me
to
maintain
my
weight
moving
forward,
and

importantly,
live
longer.

in

of
my
life.

The
gym
itself
is
large,
it’s
clean,
and
has
all
of
the
necessary
equipment.
The
people
working
out
there
range
from
serious
lifters
to
novices,
and
even
older
people
just
trying
to
stay
fit.
It
is
not
pretentious
at
all.
There
is
even
a
“kids
corner”
where
they
watch
your
kids
while
you
work
out.
Lastly,
both
the
monthly
membership
and
personal
training
packages
are
reasonably
priced,
and
worth
every
penny.
