Went to dinner this past Friday and the service was good. Not to busy for around 6pm. Tried this salad they had on the menu it's called the Avo-cobb-o salad. It was really good, refreshing, had just the right amount of stuff on it (even though I wish there was more avocado on it) but it wasn't a deal breaker. Also got the bacon cheese fondue with a side of there signature fries. Definitely can't go wrong. They were out of their lemonades which was sad but again it wasn't the end of the world.

The food is always good. Love the stake fries. We traveled 65 miles just eat here. Was a problem with the rewards card, but Emily fixed it. Great customer service 👍. Try the sweet potato fries and the pepper relish on your burgers.

My experience at Red Robin was very good. Our waitress/team member (Alexandra)was very courteous and pleasant. She checked on us often. My mom had a bacon 🥓cheese 🧀burger 🍔, with steak fries 🍟. I had a specialty burger "Burning 🔥love 💘" with steak fries 🍟and a side of "Bacon fondue", which I shared with my mom. For dessert we shared a "Mountain High Mud pie". The meal was delicious. We split the check ✔, and she paid $23, and I paid $22.

Service was excellent and everyone we came into contact with was friendly and polite. Our food order was correct, prompt, and delicious! Our server was appropriately attentive and made us feel well taken care of, even though the place was fairly busy and I know she had a lot of tables.

Our appetizer (fried pickles) were burnt to a crisp. The server refused to apologize. We asked for no lettuce, tomato, or onions and all of that came on my burger as the server also refused to put the order additions into the system. She said she would refill my empty water and had the food runner come bring it out after my entire meal was finished. If you want a nice burger, don't waste your time here and go down the street to Buffalo Wild Wings or literally any other restaurant anywhere with burgers.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were very busy. Waited 20 minutes for a table. The server was nice and the food was food. The booth are pretty rough looking. Could use an update. We ordered pizza and salad. The salads are endless which is great and the pizza is Donatos which is one of my favs. Good experience. Little short on staff, but a solid 4 star and we will go back for sure.

Always a good experience at Red Robin. Their burgers are top notch and you can’t beat the bottomless fries. We had the bbq chicken sandwich, fish and chips, and a bacon cheeseburger and all were very good. Their garlic fries are absolutely epic, don’t miss them. The waitress wasn’t the greatest but that happens.

We went on a Monday night and there were maybe 5 or 6 tables seated, so they were not busy. We had to ask for our one and only refill we got on our drinks, as well as our only additional fries we received. 2 of us ordered our burgers with no pink, and they came out rarer than the one who had ordered theirs with pink in it. After sending them both back to be remade, there was no apolody from the staff. The manager came to drop off fries and did not apologize or offer a way to correct it, he only asked on his way back if the burgers were remade better the second time. Nothing was taken off the bill and this was by far our worst experience at this location.

food was good and came out fast.. our server was horrible, the worst we've had in a long time. she told her lifestory to the table across from us, VERY LOUD as it was a sad story with drug abuse and death, great dinner conversation...our how's the food was yelled from across the floor as she waited on another table, I had to ask the mgr to get us a box. thank goodness for self check out from the table. I Will Not Go Back to North Olmsted RED ROBIN

Red robin is the burger spot! And In all honesty serving up donatos pizza is slowly becoming the pizza spot! Even the takeout is top tier which is hard to find sometimes.. can't say I've had a bad trip here. It's well worth it

The food here isn't as good as some restaurants in the area, but you can never go wrong with a good burger. The decor is mismatched and ugly but hey, atmosphere isn't super important as long as it's clean. Service was REALLY good and snappy.

The food was what you'd expect but they keep the place unbearably cold. My kids were shivering with sweaters on. Finally they offered us a different table after other people left and we could bear it. Our server was fine, but she told us that there's nothing they could do to adjust the temperature. The facilities are controlled remotely. Maybe other patrons have different experiences, but to me, Red Robin has become a coin toss, not only at this location but others as well. When i load up the family for a meal out, the absolute bare minimum expectation is to not be unbearably cold or hot. They wouldn't seat us outside, literally right outside the door where we were seated. More and more I'm leaning towards other restaurants.

It was memorial day, and they were short on servers. However, the hostess and the server were fantastic. Also, the manager came to our table to ask how everything was. The burger was delicious! Excellent meat.

I went to this Red Robin with my husband and two kids. It was my husband's first time at a Red Robin. It didn't disappoint! Everything was fantastic, from the service to the food. Yum!

Sat in the bar area and the bartender was our server and she was upbeat, attentive, and a complete joy to be around with her great attitude and how engaging she was. She made us feel like we were the only customers and the area was full. I don't recall her name but she was amazing!!! If all food service workers were like her, going out to eat would become a regular basis. The food was great too!!!

Been going here for almost 30 years. Went last night, will be my last. Service is awful, our server spoke like he had a mouth full of marbles. Never took old dishes or appetizer plates away. Prices awful. Sat people on top of each other despite 3/4 of the place being empty. Almost $100 just for 4 people. My kid loves going here but sadly, we won't be back.

The staff is very nice and attentive. The food prices are pretty high for a burger if you ask me. I ask for no Red Robin Seasoning because typically it is too much and makes everything very salty. The milkshakes are soooo good. Nice place to take a family. Kid friendly and plenty of highchairs and booster seats if you need. Crayons are given out so you the little ones can color. They used to have zucchini fries and I loved them but they don't carry them anymore. If you want a healthier option, you can have a side salad with the dressing on the side. The have a few vegetarian options as well, the veggie burger with quinoa is pretty darn good.

Got the monster burger, quute good. Endless broccoli couldn't have been fresher. The server was great, I think Louis was his name. Had 2 birthday girls at our party. A song was sang, and ice cream was had.

It's changed its look since I was younger but the food and how the people were was still the same. Hands down the nicest people that work there. I'm older now but the buzz clucks and fries with poppy seed honey mustard will always be my go to. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try of you haven't. 10/10

I'm going to keep this one short, dear Red Robin, as a man of Caribbean decent, when you advertise a burger featuring the scorpion pepper, with jalapeños, I am expecting my mouth to be on fire as I devour this delicious burger, this is the only reason I removed a star! I was duped! Extremely disappointed but hey it was still a great tasty burger. When I come back I expect to have a tall glass of milk waiting for me after my first bite.

Not my favorite Red Robin experience. Went for my birthday burger. Our food came out warm. Service was pretty good from our server. My favorite part was my girlfriend's pizza. It was delicious.

I was not happy with my experience at this location. The building is in serious disrepair, torn booths and seats, and very dirty in the front lobby and dining area. There was also a vile scent right outside the front door. I'm not sure what it was but it was disgusting. The service was terrible. We were never offered refills on fries and only offered refills on drinks when we asked for our check. I like Red Robin but would not recommend this one.

Just dined in yesterday. Had a well done burger As I was eating, I thought I tasted mold (probably the bun). I continued eating thinking I was tripping and I didn't taste it again. Came home and got a massive stomach bug. Felt really sick. 🤢 I know it's from this place since I didn't eat anything else all day. I don't think I'll be back...

We did Curbside and per usual waited over 30 minutes from time suggested live close got home food was just fair wrap cold and the sauce tasted as of it was sitting for awhile before food was brought out, it was too blended the flavors. This is a usual go to for family take out, last couple times food has been fair. Workers always very apologetic and friendly.

Burgers and bottomless fries are always delicious here. I always get the Banzai burger, so flavorful. My son likes the Royal which has an egg on it. These are our favs and we'll definitely be coming back! Our server did check back often and our drinks were never empty and the fries are bottomless!

We had a great experience here, our server Chase was friendly, fast, and attentive. My girlfriend got a burger with no bun and it was the best presentation she ever had. Great experience! Updated experience: When we arrived we were told they could not seat a table of 7 because there wasn't enough kitchen staff. But they could seat us if we split our group into two groups in two different sections with two different servers or did our order as a to go. That makes no sense, if the kitchen is short staffed, it's still 7 orders. How does splitting the group or doing it as a to go make a difference to the kitchen? (-3 Stars)

From New Orleans, while visiting our daughter at Case Western Reserve University, she wanted to eat at Red Robin. The service and waitress were excellent. The appetizers, drinks, and shakes came out quickly. The food arrived on time and was exactly like we ordered it, even with the extra items and changes. We were very impressed with how friendly and on point, they were as a team. This location was well managed, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend a visit to this location, and we plan on returning.

So so good. The Whisky BBQ burger was fabulous! Comes with bottomless steak fries that were also very good. We got the pretzel bites to start and those were super tasty. Very helpful staff.

We normally love this restaurant, but were very displeased with our carry out order. I called ( I feel terrible complaining) and the manager was quick, efficient, and very polite. I know the restaurants are short staffed and are having a hard time getting products. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I just received. Feels rare these days. Thank you to the manager in North Olmsted. We will give you our business again because you very quickly righted a wrong.

The burgers were delicious. It has been some time since my last visit, but it was worth the wait. The endless fries were good too, could be better as the fries didn't seem to be just fried. The temperature of the part of the restaurant we were in was a bit unregulated.
