Made an appointment twice and they never bothered to deny or confirm appointment. Most professional places of business will at least let you know if it would be canceled in order for you to not plan your day around them to be wasted.

Outstanding service! The doctor even called me the day after our dogs new patient appointment to follow up. I am very impressed with the service provided and so happy we transferred our dogs care here! Dr. V genuinely cares for the animals under her care.

Do not even brother calling here, I just called asking for a new patient appointment for my cat, and straight off rip, Rochelle cut me off saying the doctor is not accepting new patients. Horrible way to treat people.

We’ve been searching for a new vet for a little while. Came upon Bretton Ridge because they had a cancellation and were able to get us in same day. I usually don’t write reviews but I owe it to them to do so! This place was honestly the best vet I’ve ever stumbled upon. It is beautiful, welcoming and very clean. Staff is beyond knowledgeable, helpful and not trying to over charge whatsoever. My puppy was happy and calm and the vet was very sweet with him! Already made a follow up appt!
