Dr Patrick Cargo did an extensive redo on my husband's aorta. He is top notch. Very caring. My husband felt at ease once Dr. Said he liked to work on the aorta, and that he could definitely give him a good outcome. He certainly did. We are very pleased.

Horrible experience. Nurses and receptionists are rude and no help. Needed an MRI and no one will help if there is an issue. You have to do the leg work for them. I would never recommend this hospital. It may be #1 in the world but my experience is it is lack luster at that. Rescheduling a simple MRI to a place local to me that is on my insurance has been a 2 week nightmare that i have had to take care of and setup. I am not a doctor or authorized to do the things they are requesting. You are just a number at this hospital. I have scheduled an MRI with a company not affiliated with Cleveland Clinic as it is local to me and less expensive. I have that right. The receptionist and nurse have been rude to not only myself but the company I have chose to get the MRI with. They did not call my insurance to get authorization for the MRI on the first round and did not on the second attempt either. I would have expected more out of the #1 rated hospital...Very disappointed.

They saved my husband's life. They provide stellar support and understanding. They are at the cutting edge of medicine. I would trust him to no one else. Dr. Thamilarasan is an outstanding cardiologist.

Very first time I went to Cleveland Clinic, I’m amazed of Cleveland clinic’s building and architecture, and various artwork displayed inside of their buildings. Great perks for employees and public is having Starbucks and Panera bread inside, convenient location serving food and beverages. 😀 Cleveland clinic has a beautiful landscape and artwork! Amazing ! I always recommend Cleveland Clinic to anyone. Cleveland clinic is rated #1 in the nation, one of Great hospital systems in US. They work very hard and use the latest evidence-based findings implement into their clinical practice to make difference and improve both, the patient lives and patient care outcomes.

Excellent drs. Nurses, etc. Had a major surgery. Could not have had a better experience. They are all excellent up at Cleveland clinic. If I had to have another surgery, this is where I want to be.

Loved our visit to the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular center. Each employee took care of my wife like she was their relative. It was perfect. Such an amazing experience. Such a wonderful Healthcare institution

This has always been an amazing institution however I am beyond disappointed. Numerous calls and messages unanswered concerning a safety recalled pacemaker which has been allowed to remain implanted TWO years beyond the advisory to have it replaced. My life was in your hands and this patient definitely didn't come first.

Dr. Gillinov and team saved my hubby's life. No brainer. About as perfect as a scary situation can be. Blessed doesn't cover it and our appreciation for these talented and dedicated folks is immeasurable.

I had called for a virtual apointment with cardiologist doctor bhargwa( Indian American). They scheduled October 27 and then they rescheduled for Nov 30 and then I call them 27 Nov and they said no appointment was scheduled. The name Of the lady work in office was Jessica. Later I call scheduling department they said we will reschedule and they said the next available appointment is April 2024. They hold on me and and then they said we don’t do virtual. It is heart broken for me as I look at this hospital as my last hope. In simpler words I would give one star to this hospital. The doctor Bhagwa office staff treated me badly and waste my time and heart my feelings.

Every time I have an appointment, I have to wait hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. J2-4 just waste your time. Don't tell me to be there at 8 if you're not going to see me until 10.

Cleveland Clinic maybe number one, but the staff in Cardiology are so rude. I had a Carotid ultrasound. The Tech Robyn Leska has the worst bedside manners. I will never return to Cardiology.

Loved water fountain and yes it is easy to get lots, more I keep coming back and it will be a lot easier for me to find where I to go. Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is my Second home and love employees who work and when I'm there, always said good morning or afternoon to everyone rather employees or patient
