Really a pretty wonderful group of ladies at Best Cuts North Olmsted. A really nice salon with great people, clean and always a great experience where no matter what technician you go to they want you to leave feeling wonderful about your hair. Caitlin is a great manager and not only do I go to her, but she is the only one that both my husband and mother will go to. I have observed her with her stylists and also with other customers (people not so happy, children, etc.) and she really is quite awesome with people and serves in her position well. I do love now that you can make appointments as with my busy lifestyle, it sure makes it more convenient to lock-in a time whether scheduling for myself, my husband or mom. I am a business owner and appreciate GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE each and every time I visit Cost Cutters North Olmsted. All the gals there in addition to Caitlin (Becca, Cathy, Gabbie, Michelle and Ngok) are all friendly on the phone when calling to make appointment and make a customer feel really special when visiting the salon. Decided that since I turned *ahem* 60… it was time to cut my long hair. I've known April for years, and she's always tried to convince me to go short, and knowing her for years I trusted her not to do me wrong. She did a great job, the shop was clean, and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend the Great Northern location.

I have been going here for 5yrs. Ngoc is the best stylist. She is always professional and does an exceptional job. After referring several friends to her, we are all happy with great hair.

This salon is very warm and friendly and exceptionally clean. I've been going here less than a year and I won't go anywhere else. Nicole cuts my hair and does a superb job. I highly recommend going to Nicole for any of your style needs. She is excellent and listens to what you want done with your hair. Nicole is very friendly and personable and a sweet young lady. My boyfriend asked for a 0-1 fade with an undercut and a little bit off of the top and Nicole botched it. The cuts not even, it’s not even close to being a fade and it looks like a bowl cut. Never coming back!

Ngoc does a great job everytime. She always cuts ny hair and trims my beard. She is professional yet super friendly. Guys do yourself a favor and ask for Ngoc. You won't be sorry.

I scheduled 5 hours in a advance my appointment to get my hair cut at 6:15. My mom and I walked in at 6:11. The lady looked me up and down and said can I help u in the most rudest way possible. She said I’m busy so have a seat and I’ll be with you in a few minutes. It was 6:30 when I walked out for the rude behavior. Never going back. That was completely unnecessary and I was gonna say something. I wish I had gotten her name.

Hair cut was nice just not enough product put in afterwards.

I took my daughter yesterday around 5:30 for a blow dry and the stylist M was not too excited when she sees my daughter’s hair as curly. All what she did is dry my daughter’s hair half way and star using a straightener. She never used even one clipper to sort her hair. It was a horrible experience. I had to redo her hair at home . If you do not know how to do a curly hair don’t pretend you do and charge customer for it. The lady was a nice person, but has 0 experience with blow drying hair.

Michelle listened to what I was wanting done with my hair so the end results …..hit it right on! I will return.

Way to expensive, was charged extra long price for a trim and straightened. Hair was not curly hair was straight just needed a little more help to be completely straightened didn't take any longer than someone with shoulder length hair.
