If I could put a 0 star review I would. I purchased a spa in May of 2018 from the North Olmsted location. While I was there with my wife we were told everything we wanted to hear and was given what we thought was a great deal for the spa we purchased. This purchase also included chemicals and a lift system for the spa cover. We were told the salesman has had this system for years and never had a problem with it. Well less than a year after owning this Spa the cover is starting to tear at the seams and on the top. After contacting Litehouse about this issue we were told that we must be opening it wrong.... So we called the manufacturer of the spa lid and they told us it is not their problem due to the fact that we have the a lift system on our spa. Once again talk to Litehouse and was told by the salesman that it must just be normal wear and tear... So nothing has been resolved about my spa lid but now my breaker has been tripping, mind you this tub is one year old and is still under warranty. I agree to pay the 90$ fee to have a maintenance guy come and take a look he finds the problem pretty quick but low and behold it is not covered under the warranty. (Even though I called the store to make sure it was covered and even went back into the store posing as an interested buyer and asked is this specific part covered and was told of coarse it is) After letting the salesman know that it is not covered because I own this tub and just had a tech come out he had to go look it up. So just realize they will tell you whatever you need to hear to make a sale and then you will be left high and dry when it comes to getting anything fixed. I know this was posted after the one year mark of buying this spa but the problems that have started with this unit were still within the one year warranty on the cover. The problem is the store kept saying they had no information yet and dragged it out for weeks.

I’m deleting my critical review, it’s been 5 years. A lot can change in a month never mind 1 year or 5. It’s a shame you can’t just leave a message. Please have an awesome day whatever you choose to do. Be kind it’s not worth the alternative.

This is where I ended up buying my hot tub. I bought the Nordic 110 retreat. They had the best price and it was available. It took about a month to ship but we were well aware of the wait time. I am very pleased with my purchase. The hor tub exceeded my expectations.

Be careful on the cover they provide with your hot tub. My cover was made in Mexico and was tearing at the seams after a few months. They would not provide any warranty and never even got back to me about options. After 3 years it is completely waterlogged and needs replaced. I purchased top of the line Artesian elite Island spa and this is the cover they are providing. Purchased my spa at the north Olmstead location.They told me to put waterproof tape on the new cover So be careful on the cover they are providing with your spa.

I will NOT go back to the North Olmsted store. One employee gave me false information and when I spoke to the manager I did not appreciate the way I was talked to. They made a huge mistake and acted like I did something wrong. Which I 100% did NOT!

After receiving the incorrect replacement bulbs twice from another Lighthouse store, Rich saved my Christmas tree. He took the time to figure out the correct universal bulbs I needed and explained exactly how to repair the section of lights that were completely out. I purchased my tree in 2011 and was told I would always be able to get replacement bulbs and Rich was able to come through. Love my tree. Well worth the money. Thanks again Rich. Happy holidays.

Had what my family was looking for at an awesome price. Female cashier wasn't too friendly though. Both male employees were very helpful.

We really find Bill to be very helpful! We were torn on what hot tub to get, and ultimately purchased a floor model from another lighthouse ( they didn't have this specific floor model available at this location). But, of the 3 lighthouses we went to, he was far and above the most knowledgeable and honest sales person.

Got a artesian tropic seas rio elite April 2023 and can't be happier with the service, dealer, and all my trips in store to get my water levels good since had no clue what to do and everyone is always ready to help me. The hot tub was delivered within a few weeks and set up less than 1 hr and cleaned everything up and pulled the boxes to our tree lawn for bulk day for us. I truly love how it has a blower filter opening at the bottom of this tub that constantly blows air with the 24 hour circulation pump and the debris at the bottom may get in but blows it up and around so eventually goes through the filters so I don't have to vac out. I actually see reviews on forums for all brands talking on this so I thought I'd mention but not sure on all the tubs. I also am tracking my kwh usuage not cost since rates are higher than last year and I will post updates . Only wish they did new hot tub owner class to show all the what to do, etc. So then don't drive dealers bonkers or service with so many questions.. thanks to all in North Olmsted location for your help.

I went to Lighthouse for light bulbs for a candelabra from at least the 1960's. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. If you're for trees 🎄 and lighting that is more modern, this is the place.

We did a lot of research and Sandy was very patient with us. Sales wise, things were great. I’ll say more after installation.

Just left Litehouse Pools and had a "Wonderful Experience Again!" I called on the phone first to make sure they had in stock (a pool cover & closing kit) that I'm going to need in a month or so. Jacqueline, the Young Woman that assisted me, was Extremely Helpful, Personable and Friendly! The prices are more than reasonable and the products are/were just what I needed. When you find something that works, and works so well (Litehouse Pools)... You Stick With It! And Jacqueline was the Perfect Person to Assist me! Thanks Jacqueline!! Wonderful Customer Service!!! And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Store Manager, Joe, who was Equally as Helpful, Personable and Friendly!! People like Jacqueline and Joe are why I will always give my business to Litehouse Pools in North Olmsted, OH!!

They have everything you can possibly think of when it comes to pools/spas and maintenance. Picked up a tub of their 3 inch chlorine tabs and their frog test strips. I have to say their chlorine tabs are perfect, they dont cloud the water and the chlorine doesnt fade in a day like most chlorine tabs I have used. Im using less tabs for the same length of time. Thanks to Ben Hall, hes a wonderful manager and made my experience there a breeze and not feel like a chore. Thanks again for your help and recommending the chlorine! Definitely buying from here again

Joe Silva is the MAN! He doesn't sell pool and spa supplies he educates his customers on how to maintain what they have. Phenomenal teacher, super patient and has a great support staff as well. On your visit ask for Mr. Silva. He'll treat you like family.

This post very easily could have been no stars due to the struggles in communication with the warehouse. BUT, and that is a rather large but, Joe and Rich came to the rescue after countless calls, emails, and visits to the store they were able to get our pool heater delivered. Their combined efforts helped assuage the lack of communication from the warehouse which never responded to any of our four calls. The duo at Litehouse North Olmsted went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and delivery. While we understand that a pandemic is in place and innumerable aspects of many businesses are struggling to keep up with supply and demand, the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer relations from the warehouse is, to put it nicely, very frustrating. Thank you again to Joe and Rich for helping facilitate our delivery to their store.
