So
I'm
not
from
the
area,
much
farther
south.
And
there
isn't
a
Baskin
Robbins
close
to
where
I
live.
So
as
I
was
out
getting
food
I
saw
they
were
still
open.
As
soon
as
I
walked
in
I
got
a
super
rude
glare
and
was
asked
to
hold
on
a
minute.
No
problem
as
it
was
almost
time
to
close.
A
different
employee,
a
young
man,
was
more
than
willing
to
take
my
order.
I
told
him
it
was
my
first
time
there
but
I
was
going
to
be
quick
making
a
decision
I
just
wanted
to
try
their
ice
cream.
He
was
pleasant
and
patient.
He
got
the
two
scoops
for
me
and
I
asked
if
he
could
put
fudge
on
it.
When
he
asked
the
other
employee
where
it
was
she
snapped
and
said
we
don't
have
any
hot
items
we
are
about
to
close.
He
gave
me
an
apologetic
look
and
I
assured
him
it
was
no
big
deal
I
understand.
Now
because
I
work
at
an
ice
cream
shop
I
get
it.
It's
closing
time,
you
want
to
leave.
However
I
also
know
how
simple
it
is
to
grab
a
couple
scoops
of
ice
cream.
I've
never
been
rude
to
a
customer
for
coming
just
because
it
was
close
to
closing.
There's
a
way
to
treat
people
and
a
way
not
to.
That
really
ruined
the
experience
for
me.
If
it
wasn't
for
the
young
man
who
took
my
order
I
would've
only
gave
it
one
star.
Hopefully
some
staff
can
be
trained
better
at
customer
service.
