Used my 20 percent coupon and got some really good deals. Got cans of friskiest cat food for .51 each and got pouches for only .40 cents. Got all laundry booster for sensitive skin for $4. Love their rewards bonuses you get.

Big lots has a lot to look at. Prices aren't to bad. The furniture was really nice..I think you would enjoy going there and just looking around..People are friendly as well. Go check them out.

Absolutely the best Big Lots ever!! It's really clean and they have great deals on stuff. They sent me a 20% off of anything coupon. So I picked up a few things. Replace if you're in the mood for some junk shopping.

They have a lot of things for a one stop shopping trip.

Went to pick up a couch that said they had it ready for pickup online. The worker told me that they had one but was holding it for a customer who didn't put any money down and as far as i know this isn't big lots corporate policy and i won't be shoppin here anymore.

Dirty store with staff who have Zero personality or Customer service skills.

They have lots on at pretty low prices, if someone is good at repairing minor damaged furniture you could also catch good deals. If you really look at it it's a win win either way on deals. The some of the furniture that has minor damage is wood so, A little sand, wood putty and stain and it's like new. Have a great day 😊!

I went to Big Lots for light bulbs 💡 for a candelabra from at least the 1960's. Hoping that they might have something that would fit since they're all about closeout and discontinued items. But to my dismay, they didn't have what I was looking for. 😣😣😣

Online said it had what I was looking for in stock. At the store they’d never seen it and don’t have it. I would have done 0 stars if I could for the wasted time and gas. Useless website, useless search for products in stores. Useless

Purchased a recliner from Bog Lots in North Olmsted. Andrew a store associate was very helpful. They didn’t have the exact color on the floor and Andrew went to the warehouse to get one for us. We chose a different color and brought it home the same day. Andrew went above and beyond, Thank You!

Brandon, the furniture manager that helped us out was seriously outstanding. He said he was relatively new to Big Lots, so I don’t know where they found him but they definitely stole some talent from somewhere! You just don’t see customer service like that anymore and we greatly appreciate it! Thanks again!

Big lots is doing what it can to stay afloat during the pandemic. I feel like it's a best keep secret though. You can find inexpensive home goods, baking goods, and Christmas decorations here that are about the same quality as Target (it reminds me of a Target overstock or close outs store at times). It's rarely crowded and they have good discounts. In fact, I saved nearly $50 on a $199 item because I could apply two discount codes online. Nice. Overall, I'd recommend.
