    We had a really poor experience last week. I dropped our beetle off late Monday afternoon for a 7:45 am appointment on Tuesday, the check engine light was on. Mid day Tuesday, I got a call telling me they found the problem and had the parts in stock and would call me when the car was ready. I texted on Wednesday asking if my car was ready, and I got a text back reminding me they would call. I texted Thursday, and did not receive a reply.I called Friday and left a message with the service manager asking about the delay - no reply I called Saturday and spoke with someone who told me my car was ready. I asked why didn’t I get a call- no response When I picked the car up I asked why I didn’t get a call and was assured a call had been made , but when she’d looked it up, there was no record of it And then they couldn’t find the paperwork, nor could they print it This particular car is a beetle, which is pretty irreplaceable, so I was beginning to wonder what happened to my car On top of that -we were without a car for 4 days, which meant juggling schedules to make sure everyone got to work

    Ben was really nice and super helpful! I am only 22 and he was really respectful, took me seriously, and talked to me like an adult, which is something that a lot of people have trouble with. I also absolutely love my new car! Highly recommend buying a car from Ben :)

    Had an extremely positive experience purchasing a car here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and they listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Reese was who accompanied my test drive and she was very patient. Terry Maxson compiled my paperwork and he helped to get me a great rate. Will definitely come back here for any future questions and would recommend to everyone.

    I have leased 3 cars from this dealership for the last decade and can say my experience has been favorable every time. Thankfully I’ve not had any major issues with my vehicles but whatever the complications the staff and management team has been very helpful and responsive to support. Highly recommended by me.

    Everyone at this dealership is so incredibly committed to not only customer satisfaction, but retention as well. This is my 3rd lease with the Ganley Family and I’ll never go anywhere else. No matter what member of the Sales team I deal with, they’re always so friendly and personable. I’m going through a tough time trying to find a new job so my funds aren’t where I would like them to be, and Doug and Dylan made sure to get a deal that worked for me in order to keep me as a customer. There’s no dealership that’s better; they’re truly in a league of their own.

    I have never had such consistently good service in my life. Ive taken my car in for various issues (a broken clockspring, an oil issue) and Chris is always efficient and professional with great communication without trying to upsell me. I bought new tires there and got a flat six months later. They got me in that day, fixed it free of charge, and washed my car. Another time they suspected my issue would be covered under warranty and gave me a free rental just in case. I would highly recommend.

    Dealing with the service department for the past 3 weeks has been disappointing and is leading to work for my VW not being completed on site. when I booked my 6/9 appointment i chose to stay with my car and wait since I was quoted 1 hour for diagnostics. Upon arrival, I was told it could take upwards of 3 hours and was not able to complete the appointment that day. When I called and rescheduled, I went through nuances with the terminology between a rental or a loaner car since at my appointment I was told I would get a loaner with having to reschedule, etc. The woman I spoke with on the phone was not service oriented to answer concerns and kept saying that “loaners aren’t policy we only do rentals.” I arrive for my second scheduled appointment on 6/16 with no issues and get the loaner. When called with the details of my car, I’m informed I have no warranty and it expired 2 months ago. The inconsistency in communication between phone calls and in person conversations has been enough to send business elsewhere for these repairs.

    The office is very clean and well managed. The staff is very polite and helpful. I had a wonderful experience with Amanda Meadows she is very knowledgeable and honest. She helped me pick out and purchase my vehicle an make sure it was the right fit. I will definitely be coming back!

    I came in late 5:50 pm with the car acting up and found the salesman still working. He was so kind and helpful, even after he was to go home. It was fixed in 2 days, which was great, considering I didn't have an appointment. I was really thrilled and to be under the warranty to boot. Thank you very much

    We had a great experience, everyone was friendly and knowledgable! Originally came in with a specific pre-owned car in mind after researching online, took it for a test drive and loved it. While getting an estimate on our trade-in, our salesperson, Yassir, showed us a quote on a brand new vehicle that was still within our budget that we wouldn't have thought about otherwise. Very happy that we decided to take that opportunity! The process of buying a new car always takes a long time, but we were well taken care of throughout the process.

    I did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership but I did have the pleasure of working with Amber and I cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond to help me in my search for a loaded Taos. Amber is knowledgeable and so friendly, truly passionate about helping me find my dream car. She took the time to understand my needs, personal situation, and showed me options as they came in if they fit my criteria. All of my interactions with her, and Doug were stress free and enjoyable. At the end of the day I had found a deal that was unbeatable, at another dealership so I did not have the honor of closing this deal with Amber. I highly recommend this dealership and Amber as a salesperson. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

    The VW service department is the worst. I dropped my 2020 tiguan off for a coolant leak. They never called me to tell me it was done, I had to call them. Then I picked it up and noticed on the paperwork they said I declined the inspection. I didn't decline it, they never asked. So I called and told them I wanted it. They rudely told me to bring the car back. My wife dropped it off and they ignored her while she stood there waiting. Finally she said something and they helped her but were rude. So she asked for a manager and everyone said they didn't know who the manager is. She had to call in and ask for a manager because apparently no one at the dealership knows who their boss is. Now it's been 2 days and once again no call saying if my car is done. I called, no answer. A simple repair has taken a week, at least 7 phone calls, and if I ever find out my car is done, 3 trips to North Olmsted, which is a 30 minute drive each way. I'm actually in the market for a new car as my lease is up, but I'm definitely not going here.

    Ganley service was excellent. Brought the VW in for service and arrived about 1/2 hour early. They took the car in for service right away. All issues were handled promptly and completely. Impressive. Also like the inspection report that was given. This lets me know of potential service needs. The expertise makes a big difference.

    Purchased a VW through the business I work for. Good experience. Paperwork was a bit slow but it all worked out great. Overall good experience. The car I initially went in for was already sold and still listed on the website. Minor but kind of a pain. Would use them again.

    Extremely happy with the service I received for a repair on my Volkswagen Tiguan. Jasmine provided thorough and frequent communication on parts delivery and estimated repair time - best experience I've ever had with a service department. Once the parts came in, the repair was completed quickly and my car is brand new again! Thank you to the service team!

    It is an authorized VW repair shop (and dealer), so you know you will pay more. The quality of service was great and I feel secure in their work. I had to have my timing chain and camshaft replaced. They were thorough and honest through the process.

    I'm not from the area and I've been looking for a specific configuration VW, but they're not always available at the most reputable dealers. I found the perfect fit with Ken Ganley and called. Matt Geraci from sales has been very helpful, patient and made sure to answer all my questions from buying out of state. Its hard to take delivery on a vehicle a month out and in a different state, but working with Matt has helped me feel confident about the process. I have not dealt with finance just yet, but I don't think I'll have any problems. Definitely recommend this dealer!

    Kyle was my salesman at the North Olmsted location. Talk about great communication. Kyle always answered any questions I had, if he didn’t have the answer, he would find out and get back to me. Always quick to respond and get back to me and transparent as well. Very efficient with his processes and friendly. Genuine guy who really just wants to help make the process as easy as possible for you so you can get the car you need. You need to talk to Kyle if you are looking for a car. I would recommend Kyle to family and friends.

    The service department listened to my concerns that I had and proceeded to go over the car as needed. They were very communicative once they knew what was going on and gave me options on how to proceed. Very good experience, and for all the work I had done, a very good price.

    I had my son bring in my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE because the key was getting stuck in the ignition. Likely it needs a new ignition lock cylinder. However, after three hours inspecting the car, all they had done is look over the car and created a list of "upsells" that would have cost more than the car is worth. None of these things had anything to do with the safe operation of the car. They were just trying to soak me for more money. Needless to say, we didn't have any of the work done and we will be going somewhere else for all non-warranty/recall work from now on. BTW, I had all the upsell work quoted from a local German car expert and their rates for both parts and labor were dramatically lower.

    This is the best dealership I have ever worked with! Carlo and his team were easy to work with and never pressured me like I have felt at other dealerships. It was their goal to get me what I wanted and was comfortable with. I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department as well.

    My experience with Ganley Volkswagen North Olmsted was exceptional and beyond my expectations. I had had an unfortunate bad experience with another dealer which left me without a car. As soon as I walked in the door , and explained my story, Steve the GM at Volkswagen hooked me up with Chris in sales, and the two of them found me a car that day!!! They made sure the car had everything I needed, and within my price range. They made sure the car was certified, and detailed. The service department went over the vehicle from top to bottom,and the car drives and looks like it is brand new. Jasmine in the service department was great to deal with !! I truly felt like I was not just a customer looking for a car...but their most important customer looking for a car . Thank you so much for turning what was a nightmare, into finding a car that I love . You have a customer for life, and I will certainly be sharing this with all my family and friends .

    Having never purchased a car at a dealership I was a bit hesitant going in. Matt Geraci and his sales manager Carlo were incredibly welcoming and had a wonderful no nonsense approach to the sales process. They made it easy to relax and enjoy the car buying process and worked with me to advise me of the best possible choices. They treated me like old friends or co-workers. It was a super-fantastic experience.

    Very detailed oriented when calling for service. Was able to accommodate many appointment opportunities and not just say 2-3weeks for an oil change. Have clear pricing and I felt fair for VW maintenance. Great attitude with customer service.

    I am usually very happy with my service experience, however, I am very dissatisfied with my most recent experience!!!!! I called a week in advance to schedule and was given incorrect information about the service required for the car. I was told there was an open recall on the vehicle- but it was simply a system upgrade. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, I arrived about 8:45am and was told the service would take about 1.5 hours, I left the car. After not receiving a call (as promised) I finally called the dealer at 12:57, after asking about the vehicle, I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at the dealer, it was still not ready. I went to run an errand and the vehicle was finally ready at 3:00pm. When I reviewed the paperwork, it stated time promised 1500 hours - which is incorrect. When I take my vehicle to the dealer at 9am, I do it so that I don't have to spend the entire day without my vehicle. If the service is truly taking longer than expected it would be more appropriate for the service department to call the customer to advise. The price quoted for the service was $247.41 ~ the price paid was $265.28. My complaint is not about the price - it is about the overall service or lack of good customer service. I have purchased 3 Jetta from this particular vehicle and will think twice before purchasing another. service advisor is listed as Chris Wheatley.

    My experience here is always fantastic. The VW dealer I bought my car from did misdiagnose my vehicle twice and at one point it sat for 3 weeks because I didn’t feel safe driving it. But that all changed after this dealership took a look at my car. Drives fantastic and found the issues all times I had a concern. Will continue to bring my car and and all other VW purchases.

    I didn't end up buying the vehicle I looked at, but will definitely keep them in mind for my future purchases. They bent over back wards to give us what we asked for, and everything was upfront, open, and easy to understand. Greg, our sales person, was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure, just info. we asked for. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

    I called first thing in the morning and I spoke with Carlo the manager. Carlo was so friendly and told me to come in right away and he sent Greg out to help me. Carlo had the car I had requested waiting outside for me. and asked what station I liked and had that playing when I got in to test drive. I left with a car I absolutely love and Greg was able to get me a price in the range I had requested that included all the additional coverage I wanted. (a better price than Brunswick VW had quoted me)Greg also took me over to do a drawing out of a huge stocking which I won a 50$ Best Buy gift card! I couldn’t be happier with my new Tiguan.I also sat down with Terry to sign papers and he was just delightful to talk with. I honestly had such a great experience thanks to all 3 guys!!!

    Was very pleased with Ganley Westside Volkswagen from start to finish on service recently performed on my Atlas. They called me and reminded me on a factory recall and set the appointment at my convenience that also included an oil change and all other services required. Due to the warranty repair and other service time needed, I was offered a loaner which allowed me to maintain my days work schedule. Work was finished on time and service staff was friendly, thorough and efficient explaining everything that was done.
