I
am
usually
very
happy
with
my
service
experience,
however,
I
am
very
dissatisfied
with
my
most
recent
experience!!!!!
I
called
a
week
in
advance
to
schedule
and
was
given
incorrect
information
about
the
service
required
for
the
car.
I
was
told
there
was
an
open
recall
on
the
vehicle-
but
it
was
simply
a
system
upgrade.
My
appointment
was
scheduled
for
9am,
I
arrived
about
8:45am
and
was
told
the
service
would
take
about
1.5
hours,
I
left
the
car.
After
not
receiving
a
call
(as
promised)
I
finally
called
the
dealer
at
12:57,
after
asking
about
the
vehicle,
I
was
told
it
would
be
ready
in
15-20
minutes.
When
I
arrived
at
the
dealer,
it
was
still
not
ready.
I
went
to
run
an
errand
and
the
vehicle
was
finally
ready
at
3:00pm.
When
I
reviewed
the
paperwork,
it
stated
time
promised
1500
hours
-
which
is
incorrect.
When
I
take
my
vehicle
to
the
dealer
at
9am,
I
do
it
so
that
I
don't
have
to
spend
the
entire
day
without
my
vehicle.
If
the
service
is
truly
taking
longer
than
expected
it
would
be
more
appropriate
for
the
service
department
to
call
the
customer
to
advise.
The
price
quoted
for
the
service
was
$247.41
~
the
price
paid
was
$265.28.
My
complaint
is
not
about
the
price
-
it
is
about
the
overall
service
or
lack
of
good
customer
service.
I
have
purchased
3
Jetta
from
this
particular
vehicle
and
will
think
twice
before
purchasing
another.
