Goodwill used to be one of my favorite thrift stores. Now, I barely bother even walking in. The way they're pricing items is outrageous! I've seen clothing items from Walmart on their racks priced higher then the original price from the store...brand new! I'm sorry but paying $7-$8 for a used faded shirt is insane! I've included some example pricing in the pics that I took at the North Olmsted location. But I've been to a few others in the area and they are all pricing this way.

My husband and I was shopping there today a elderly woman went up to an associate on the floor and asked her what the price was for the item since there was no tag on it, the associate said we cant sell it for 24 hours since it has to be retagged. She said can you take my number and call me? No said the associate, can i talk to a manger a red headed shoulder length woman came over told woman the same thing. Yes i know that this is the policy but that lady didn’t understand she was soft spoken and very nice to the two associates. I rounded the corner again just when the elderly woman was walking away the worker turned to other worker and said “she’s a fu——- bit—- i said what dis you say? She said do you work here? I said no but you do and you don't talk to customers like that. The red haired lady said i have this I then spotted the red hair woman again and said are you the manger? She said no i said who is the store manager she said we don't have one. I said what is your name? Said you don’t need it. We shop at all goodwills and donate i have never witnessed such behavior . I told that lady she don't need to be working with customers talking to them that way

This store was recently remodeled to accommodate a new large electronics section. Not a good idea, as every time I have been to the store since the remodel this section has had no one perusing it. Most people are aware that buying an overpriced three year old computer is a poor purchase decision. The store could have doubled the amount of large household items it carries and done it's clientele a better service. This particular Goodwill used to be a go to for a great selection of books at very fair prices as well, however, they have raised the price of all their media by up to 300% depending on what you are purchasing. Still, a hardback book for less than $5 is far better than retail and there's no shortage of great titles on a given day. I have always found a great variety of collectible kitchenware and dishware in this store. Due to the area, the items are often vintage and fun finds. As with most Goodwill stores, there is a color tag on each item. The color of the week is 50% off and rotates starting on Sunday. Clothing items with the new color discount go early in the week, but there are always more than enough low priced pieces to purchase without being half off.

Usually I have a great experience when I donate (which is why I’m not leaving a 1 star review) however, yesterday was not a good experience. I came by later in the day with 4 large bags to donate, the man took them out of my car and said bye. He didn’t hand me a receipt so I asked if I could have one. His demeanor completely changed and started to complain to the other man working outside, right in front of me. I could hear how much he hated donation receipts and why can’t people just donate without them. He continued to complain as he was giving me the receipt. Very rude and made me feel like s**t for donating. I will be donating elsewhere in the future.

A clean goodwill with plenty of things in stock, mostly clothes but good furniture and glassware as well! The staff was friendly and checked us out quickly!

Laurie is the sweetest! She was very friendly and wanted to help me as much as she could. But on another note, I knocked off 2 stars because of pricing, and the regulars that shop here are very out of line. They wanted $30 for a used Betsey Johnson purse that was very small. Some customers are creeps that have followed me to my car/ said inappropriate things to me personally and made me very uncomfortable, and some are obnoxious and scary when they yell, scream, or get angry for no reason. My advice, shop at hours no one is there, like Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, etc.

This goodwill store is my favorite thrift store in the area. They separate clothing by size, which makes it actually possible to find clothes. I don't like when places sort by color because then I can never find something my size so it's just a waste of time. The prices are impossible to beat, extremely reasonable plus they have tons of specials and on sale items every day. There is a collection of other stuff besides clothes for sale that I always browse and more often than not find a hidden treasure (even if it's only a treasure to me!). I will continue to shop here regularly.

They always have great selections. Unfortunately today my experience was terrible from the cashier. She was very rude, rolled her eyes & scoffed at my daughter & I as we asked a question & she threw my daughters items across the counter with out folding them. I always donate here & shop at this location but after today’s experience, I won’t be back.

Ok place a bit on the pricey side, I like to come and look at the computer stuff and glass cases once in a while to see if there's anything interesting and if there are empty computer cases. it would be nice if there were barebones systems that had no Operating system and Hard drives that weren't 80$ to 120$ like the ones that are set up Just a suggestion.

Worker's are very nice ..but i don't think they realize that they are a donation thift store...I did not see not 1 top in women section for less then 5 dollars..furniture was way over priced...50 dollars for a broke down rocking chair...I understand that making money is important.. but isn't also to keep pricing reasonable..... way over priced..toys 10 dollars or more ...definitely not for me.... Shoes also 16 dollars few for 10... People go to thift stores for the decent pricing...but this place was way over priced...definitely not worth it..

I'm so distraught coming in this store every single time. I try and stop in here weekly and everytime I give this place a chance, there are HOLES IN EVERYTHING. Especially infant clothing which is completely ruined due to their tag locations in the clothing. As well as overly priced for disgustingly stained items. Price tags should be placed in the inner seams or on the clothing tag itself so the fabric isn't destroyed. Extremely disappointed in the carelessness of employees.

Another EXTREMELY OVERPRICED goodwill. Broken vcr=$25 CD player =$18 T-shirt $8 stains included. They also have a "computer section" you can buy obsolete computers for the price the were brand new...The point is everything in here worth buying isn't worth it because you can buy it cheaper online or in the store it came from originally and BRAND NEW at that. Goodwill gets everything donated so that people in need can afford to buy DECENT stuff not to meet a bottom line or beat online prices. STOP IT ALREADY! The store is also FILTHY🤮

Sometimes I find a bunch of stuff, sometimes I find nothing. Prices are usually pretty reasonable. I do find it ridiculous they don’t have shopping bags.

Very clean store! Everything is organized nicely and staff is helpful. Didn’t pick anything up yesterday but found many cute treasures! Once of the better goodwill locations!

Run of the mill thrift store. Huge selection of women's clothes. Not so much for the men. Electronics section was pretty sparse, but kitchenware and art were abundant. Decent prices. I frequent this location. Would recommend.

This goodwill has the highest turn around of items. They are constantly restocking the shelves. My favorite goodwill in a 50 mile radius. All the employees are always nice. They also have a very large media center with tons of second hand computers.

This location has an excellent selection, but is notably more expensive than other Cleveland area Goodwills. Prices here make Savers look cheap, which is really saying something.

Went to donate a box to this location (mind you I’ve never been to this location & was in the area) and the experience was negative. The man that came out to grab what I had, had a rude/ disrespectful attitude. Seemed like he hated his job and life kind of attitude. Handed him what I had and he yelled at me asking, “WHAT’S IN THE BOX?!” And did so two more times. Evidently “home goods” was not a good enough answer. I’ll never come back to donate here nor step foot in the place.
