The burger was good. One comment would be the bun. Its why I didn’t give it a 5. It’s kind of airy if that makes sense. When you get a good bun it kinda sticks to the roof of your mouth or it’s grilled such that it adds flavor. This one was like it was just taken straight out of the bag. Pizzookie is always good. It was half price so you couldn’t go wrong. What I don’t have a picture of is the potstickers. Those were good too. So overall a good meal, not great. Service was awesome though. Antonette was very nice and responsive.

My first time coming here was yesterday (12/02/23) and I absolutely loved it! Heavenly food, tasty tipsy snowman drink. My server Traci K. made the experience even better for me by being such an angel. Thank you again for making my first time here so memorable and wonderful. I look forward to my next visit, whenever that may be. -- Today was Tuesday, February 27th. My server for the night was Anthony, and he was BEYOND awesome. He was super fun to talk to and his service was wonderful. Overall I'm typically happy when I come here. Tasty food, chill people, excellent and personable service. Thanks again BJ's, and thanks again to you Anthony 🐈‍⬛🌟

Bj's has a great Prime rib weekend deal. The portion size is very generous and was cooked to specifications. Also, loved the lavender lemonade cocktail. Our server Melissa was delightful.

This was my 1st time at this BJ's. It was very nice. Our waitress was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely attentive, answered all of our questions, and made good suggestions for us. The food was pretty good, too. We basically only ordered apps and drinks, but they were good. No complaints. We got in and seated right away and beat the crowd, so that was pleasant.

We went for dinner and it was not too terribly busy. We wanted to order cheese curds for an appetizer but were informed they were out of them and mozzarella cheese sticks. We ended up not getting and appetizer. Our food came out in a timely manner. My boyfriend ordered the Tri Tip and Chicken dinner, I ordered the BJ's Brewhouse Philly. A food runner brought out out food. My boyfriend was missing his mashed potatoes and barbecue sauce. The meal specifies 2 pieces of chicken. The waitress asked if he wanted chicken thighs or grilled chicken breast but never told him that if he got the grilled chicken breast, there would be only one. The asparagus had no flavor/seasoning and the Tri Tip was rubbery and fatty. When we called the waitress over to let her know that he did not have his mashed potatoes or barbecue sauce, she just said..."anything else?" No apology or anything, just anything else?? My Brewhouse Philly and fries were very good. The coleslaw was a but chunky for my liking. When the waitress came to check on our meal, we express the disappointment in his meal...to which he said she would get the manager. Still no apologies for anything. The manager never did come over but he did take his meal off the bill and gave us a free dessert.

The hostess was great! I asked if they had gluten free options and she showed me two menus that I could look at. We decided to dine in. I asked our server if she could suggest any appetizer that would be gluten free, she just pointed at the symbol and said to just ĺook for that because she doesn't know. We just ended up getting the pizza and the veggie burger. Both were outstanding! She did check on us several times.

I loved visiting BJ Brewhouse again. They have amazing food and beers. I just wish that their selection of BJ beers was a little bigger. Their nachos, avocado egg rolls, BJ and Buffalo chicken deep dish pizza and pizzokie trio was fabulous.

This is one of the most dysfunctional BJ’s I have ever been to, and today the behavior of one of the managers likely confirms I will not return. Today is Monday and I had my wife meet me after work and pack up the 3 kids to meet me for the Monday pizza special which they choose to advertise. We finally get situated and order a large pizza and server has to check and they are out of large deep dish pizza. Stuff happens no big deal and ask the server to check with manager on what can be substituted which would have been fine, however the manager just says no and it’s half price night. I let him know the situation and reminded him this is BJ’s problem not ours, but he expected us to just pay more because BJ’s is having a dough issue and ran out of their daily special item. I told him we were leaving and he literally could not have cared less and said sorry to which I told him he wasn’t or he wouldn’t have wasted our time. What frustrated us even more is when we are leaving the manager Kirk who was unwilling to do anything to make this right watched me walk by and didn’t say a word but he decided to wait until my wife was walking by to say sarcastically “have a great night”, clearly he intended to be rude and sarcastic but wasn’t brave enough to say it to me. I realize you likely don’t make money on half price pizza night but your choice to advertise this not mine, what it really costs you is all the business you lose from a family who primarily eats at your restaurant on regular nights with no specials involved. Funnier part is we intended to pay with a courtesy card a manager gave us for our prior bad experience when we selected curbside pick up and I had to wait outside for 25 minutes then go in even though I left a tip for someone to walk my order out to my car. What seemed like should be a pretty easy solution to come to ended up being one of the worst experiences ever. Hate coming to this location even though the actual food itself is typically good if you can get past the bad service and unprofessional behavior from the manager Kirk who’s looking to be a jerk to a mother in front of her kids. Too many other places you can spend $80-$100 (or much less) to feed a family of 5.

Went a little after lunchtime, which they were surprisingly busy, but we still got seated within 5 min. Friendly staff and great service. Food took a little longer, but we were a bigger table...everything tasted delicious.

Sat at the bar seeing how it’s roomy and spacious . However on this evening I was at the bar for more than 15 minutes before anyone greeted me and asked if I wanted a menu or a drink. The funny thing is there were three employees at end of bar just talking instead . I was handed a menu I ordered my drink. I didn’t even get to open the menu and the bartender/ server came back with my drink and says do you know what you want to eat? So now not only do I feel unimportant enough to get service for 15 minutes but now I’m being rushed. This is appalling and so disrespectful. Not to mention I ordered a salad with tuna , there was no lettuce or greens like is says and I got five little slivers of tuna. I have ordered this salad in the past and it was a lot better and not so skimpy. I’m I being treated this way because I was dinning alone? Forgot to mention was never asked if I needed anything else or how my meal was.. ( Well it was very disappointing if you even care.) Overall experience I would say this was not worth the money!! Will not be returning to this establishment any time soon I can say that ..

My visit to BJ's restaurant in Cleveland was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The quality of the food, particularly the steak, was far below expectations, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the overall quality of the remaining dishes also fell short, indicating a lack of consistency in the kitchen. Another negative aspect of the visit was the level of service provided by the staff. Their unfriendliness and apparent inattentiveness to customer needs, as you mentioned, can significantly impact the overall dining experience. Having to repeatedly request items or assistance can be frustrating and inconvenient. Furthermore, the pressure to donate and tip excessively can detract from the dining experience, making it feel uncomfortable and pushy. In summary, based on your feedback, BJ's restaurant in Cleveland does not appear to be recommendable due to issues with food quality, service, and the overall experience. It's disappointing when a dining experience falls short of expectations and doesn't deliver value for money.

This is a regular spot for me. The food is always good I mean ALWAYS. Beer is obviously good and they have a huge selection. Can't say I have ever been let down coming here, the staff is super friendly, atmosphere is amazing, I mean what more can you ask for.

The food is delicious. The menu is extremely large, so many different choices are available. The desserts are unique. I would even visit just for the dessert

First time visiting and I was very happy with my meal! Despite the long wait to get a table, the staff was friendly and quick. Food came out super fast too and everything I had was good (pictures are of the Mac and Cheese Balls and thr Kickin' Chicken sandwich)

This was our first visit to BJs and were impressed. Our server Deshon was very polite, attentive, and gave great suggestions. The chicken potsticker appetizer was delicious. I got the Smokehouse burger, hubby got brisket burger. Both had great flavor. I tried the featured Espresso martini he had a margarita. Again, no complaints. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying other items.

Just went for drinks and dessert and and highly satisfied! Margarita flight was delightful, white peach being my favorite. The pizookies are never a miss! Strawberry shortcake is my favorite!

This was our first visit to BJ's. Met with out-of town friends for a very pleasant late lunch. The selection was outstanding and the food and service were very good. The weather was very nice and we were able to sit on the patio and enjoy a long lunch, a great meal and a super desert.

The service was excellent. The spinach and artichoke dip was just ok. It was kind of bland, and I've had better at applebees. The prime rib sandwich was ok. It could've used some provolone or any cheese. The au jus was way too salty. This is my third time trying this place. I dont think i will go again. The food is way too inconsistent and not worth it to keep trying.

This location is so good. Food was good, service was even better! They were so sweet to the kids. Brought them a small appetizer of fruit and bread and so many employees said hello and engaged with the kids. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back thank you team 🙏🏽

All of food was good and plentiful. The ambience was nice. But I left with a sore throat after trying try shout over the very loud noise level. We were there for dinner and it was extremely loud. If I'm back in the area again, I would only attempt another visit for lunch, preferably midweek.

Great service under the circumstances. It was busy and few restaurants are fully staffed with people who care. Our server, Amanda, and her manager went above and beyond our expectations after a medium rare prime rib was delivered well done, if not burnt. They deducted the prime rib from the check after delivering another one cooked to order and 2 desserts as well as a gift card. Any one of those would have been enough for us, but to receive it all shows how much they care. Everyone else at a table of 5 had no issues with their food, which was good. I really appreciated Amanda asking if I wanted mayo on my burger, because I'm not a mayo fan and hadn't noticed it listed in the description. The churro dessert was good, but they should consider adding a dark chocolate drizzle or sauce on the side.

Went out with a group of friends on a busy night. The tall waiter with curly hair was exceptional(didn't catch his name). By far his attention to detail, humor, and honesty made our night great. It was a very busy Friday night and I appreciated his service and the food.

My husband and I regularly dine there. We have tried many items on the menu. The tavern pizzas, burgers, Nashville chicken, ribeye, and the salmon are some of our favorites. Service was always good and friendly, especially Melissa. The only complaint we have is the restaurant tends to be too cold.

  • 1/5 Ash Madison L. 2 years ago on Google
If you’re looking for a disappointing restaurant that over-cooks your food, consistently misses items that you pay for, and over prices menu items far passed their quality and worth, then this is the place for you. Our food has never been cooked properly, is always cold when we do pick up (and that’s getting there 15 minutes before it’s supposed to be done and we live 5 minutes away) and items are always missing from our order. I’ll give one star for the pizookies though, because I do like those.

  • 3/5 Michael P. 2 years ago on Google
Great server - knowledgeable and attentive, good beer selection, meats sufficiently prepared, limited sides. Should remove broccoli from the menu. Great company made a big difference in the experience.

  • 2/5 Elise K. 2 years ago on Google
Dined in Sunday. Food was mediocre at best. Asparagus was the best thing on my plate. Avocado egg rolls disappointing and sauce does not go with them at all. Husband’s burger over cooked a lot. Take home pizza was terrible. Hardly any toppings. Asked for extra extra tomatoes. Hardly any tomatoes. Used to be our favorite pizza. Pizzookies ok. Over baked. Strawberry shortcake cookie waaaaay too sweet. Our waitress was great. Restaurant and bathroom clean. Take off menu items not available. Our first 3 app choices unavailable and from the other reviews, this wasn’t just a one time thing. Bummed. Really used to enjoy this place.

My fiance,, his parents, and I went here the other day and it was really good for it being my first time. I got a Titos lavender lemonade, house root beer, garlic knots, the Atlantic salmon, and one of the pizockis. Everything was delicious.

First time there, and I loved it!. The people were wonderful!. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome and appreciated. Full disclosure, I have a family member that works there, but that wouldn't make me give them a review that wasn't honest. I just wouldn't give them a review at all. Try it yourself you will be amazed. What they do is they have a great combination of bar pub food with really good chef quality dishes as well, streaks, pasta ,wings and a lot more that you wouldn't expect in a place like this. I went there with wifey and the 12yr old granddaughter and we all found something that appealed to us. You don't see that everyday 😉. There's not a seat in the house that doesn't have a view of a screen somewhere. So if you want to keep tabs on the game on the down low while you take the family out this is the place. They have the sports bar thing combined with a beer pub vibe that is better executed than anything I have seen before. Now I am not worldwide traveler guy, I can only tell you about what I've actually seen. And what I saw here is that they have a great operation. Everyone there seemed as though they were there to help the customers have a great experience. Now on to the food, bring some glasses or flashlight if you want to read the menu ,My only complaint was at least at where we were seated was I had to use the flashlight on my phone in order to be able to read the menu. Now of course I'm older ,your mileage may vary. I suggest maybe a little spotlight that you can turn on and off in the booths(where we were seated). Part of their thing is fresh brewed beer on tap. They have an astounding selection of beer on tap. Check out the attached pictures to see what I mean. If that is your thing you're in the right house. There are several in my area, I've only been to one but if this one is representative of the others I can't wait to try them all. I HIGHLY recommend them for your casual or date night destination or as a good spot to meet some friends after work.

Ribs where delicious. Service was great. Meals in the 22.00 to 26.00 dollar range per person. At least the ribs / steak / chicken and or combos. Included two sides. An absolute abundance of beers and a complete bar. I had ice tea.

Amanda the server was amazing!! Very helpful and sweet. The cook on the other hand was not the best. The manger was really generous. He took off one of our meals, gave us a discount, and also a $50 courtesy card for the inconvenience! Now that’s how you make up for the bad experience! Thank y’all.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and great beer. Their Atlantic salmon was amazing, and my vegetarian wife loves their cauliflower quinoa power bowl. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and we hope to come again.

Great night out with my gals from work. Our waitress was amazing, but forgot her name. Will edit when I find my receipt. Food was very fulfilling. I tried the cauliflower bowl. Wasn't spicey at all. A nice blend of beans, vegetables and chicken. Nice full menu to choose from. Nothing on the menu is under 12. Bar mixers start at $9+

Ordered delivery for the family meal directly from the BJs website and barely got any rice to feed a family of six. The most we got was salad.
