I’ve shopped here a few times and love going here. The people are always so friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit higher than I like but the quality is pretty great. It’s nice not to feel judged by how you look when you walk into a store. Update: 3 years later it’s still awesome and friendly

Had to drive out to North Olmsted for my order because I made the mistake of ordering it to the wrong Mall however the ladies there were wonderful and even let me walk out of the store with the bra that I had purchased on well worth the wait however it would be much more convenience if they had size f in stock at the store with a variety to try on and take home rather than waiting 3 weeks to get it. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase and the discounts I had received to manage to use my $75 gift card for Christmas although I am definitely begging to have that size in store to try on rather than waiting for so long in the mail.

The ladies inside were very helpful. My daughter is a 40h and that's just not a common size .. they double checked helped me look through and ordered them for me thanks ladies ❤️

I've been going here off and on since high school! I've recently been going back since Torrid clothes are awesome and yes pricey however it's quality clothing and being plus size its crucial to find quality clothing. The store is always clean and Emily is fantastic, her personality is just awesome and she's so helpful i alwas feel comfortable shopping there and everything pretty much that's online they have in the store!

After the horrible experience I had at Lane Bryant, I decided to come into Torrid & was instantly made to feel as though I was welcomed. The superior customer service, helped me relax & feel comfortable. Shout out to Elizabeth for being absolutely wonderful. I also enjoy their selection of patterns for bras & panties, as well as their clothes.

Thanks to the amazing employee that assisted me finding clothing that suits me shape and size (short & boxy) She made me feel at ease trying items on outside of my comfort zone. I normally feel defeated and leave disappointed, not today! I purchased staple items to add to my wardrobe. I will return to this location in Great Northern Mall. Location was well stocked & tidy.

I love Torrid I can only shop when they have a sale their so expensive...

Emily was amazing and helped me and my friend in an uncomfortable and tense situation in the store. I seriously cannot say enough how amazing she is. She deserves a raise!

I was trying to browse at clothes yesterday and I said “just looking” when I entered the store. Somehow I ended up in a fitting room with jeans I didn’t intend to even try on. But I felt bullied by the store associate with purple and missing hair. She even demanded I meet her at the register to look up torrid cash. I was just looking!!! Then when I left without jeans she demanded to know why I didn’t buy them. I normally would come out with something, but I was so disgusted and uncomfortable I just wanted to curl up and hide. I nervous rambled in the store and everything because I was so uncomfortable I panicked. Aggressive used car salesman tactics are horrifying. I won’t be coming to this location for a long time.

The team was SO KIND to my 6yo which I really appreciated. They helped me as well find what I needed and understand all the specials going on. It's my favorite branch. They all work so well together and always find the best people.

I love the fact that they have plus size employees working in a plus sized store! They understand plus sized struggles and you don't feel judged. The selection is wonderful but if it's not on sale then it can be too pricey. They do need to work on more reasonable pricing.

They don't have as much trendy stuff as they used to. I used to be able to find sassy gear here but now it's almost all old corny lady clothes. Sad about it

They got nice stuff here but it's a bit pricey you have to really be making money to shop here
