The most horrible exp I ever had at a dental office. Wouldn't pull my broken tooth, was broken all the way to the root. Dr wouldn't even tell me, they sent the med asst in to do it. They said the other Doc wouldn't only pull one tooth, which means he's greedy and wants more money. Wouldn't even give me pain meds, only ibuprofen. Don't go here!! The North Olmsted one!! They just sent me on my way!! The only reason I'm putting one star is it won't let me post without - how Corrupt!!

Unbelievably terrible. They couldn’t care less about their patients. I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment, was seen by the dentist for 30 seconds and then told I would have to come back for a cleaning because the hygienist was at lunch. When I told them I had two small children and had to get a babysitter to even come today, no one cared. Unfortunately this is the only dental practice that my insurance covers so I don’t have a choice except to go there. I have never once been seen on time and I’ve never once had a positive experience.. If I could leave in zero stars, I would.

The absolute worst. We will never be back. Such rude employees, they apparently lost my sons file because suddenly no one has a treatment plan for him anymore, they have called and rescheduled an appointment for my son to get a tooth pulled twice now, only hours before the appointment. The office manager has never called me back or reached out to me regarding the multiple concerns I brought to her attention...these people just genuinely do not care about other human beings and they should not be in Health Care.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews , because I work in service industries! But this was just ridiculous i was a new client and I had an appointment today at 1 pm I was told to come 30 minutes prior to my appointment to be able to fill out my new patient paperwork so I arrived at 12:35pm filled it out the waiting room started to fill up everybody was coming after me getting called before me ! I waited 2 hours from my arrival time went up to the front desk lady seemed angry that she was busy ! “She said your paper work went to the back your gonna have to hold on so I can go check on it “ so I sat back down 10 minutes didn’t even see her get up too look , or even move just kept taking appts ! Then another lady got called ahead of me and she arrived after me ! So I got up and left seriously unprofessional and not a care for the new patients ! Especially somebody that had a set appt ! But if I was late they would’ve canceled or made me reschedule!

Absolutely horrible! Now I am looking for a new dentist. They need to retrain the hygienist & clean & sanitize the stations where patients are. I have never left during a dentist appointment in my life until yesterday. They also take all these X-rays that are literally unnecessary. They just want to bill the insurance so they add in more. I’ve had X-rays before they never do that many.

Very unprofessional My son was to get his wisdom teeth taken out and the morning of the surgery they called an hr beforehand to cancel. We had already taken off work and school for this to be done. They rescheduled the procedure but every time I called it was a different story on what teeth needed to be pulled. First all four, then the top two then the bottom two. It is very unorganized. I question as to why he was only being numbed for the procedure as I had never heard of this. They said he would be fine and wouldn’t feel anything. He was in so much pain during and after the procedure that’s days later he is still bleeding and has not ate. I asked for a doctors note for school and she said she would only excuse him for two days.. I don’t think you can tell me as a mother he only needs two days to recover from having his wisdom teeth removed while still bleeding and not eating. Please find a reputable Perodontist.

After reading all these horrible reviews, I will not be returning to Bright Now Dental at any location I've been too. I've had appointments that I waited for hrs too. No one was rude, but I'm living close to this North Olmsted office. I'm definitely not going to use there dental services only to get upset and irritated.

I don’t recommend Bright Now dental at all. Their staff was rude. One of their hygienists was scolding me like I was a child about an issue that was occurring with my teeth. I also had insanely long waits for nearly every visit I had here. They insisted that I needed 2 deep cleanings and then after the second one, they were already talking about a third. At this point I became suspicious because the deep cleanings were $200 out of pocket each time. This is hard for me to afford so I got a second opinion at another dentist. Sure enough, my teeth were fine and the deep cleaning wasn’t needed. It’s been over 8 months now and my teeth are still fine. That whole situation struck me as being very fishy. On top of all of that, Bright Now compromised my personal data with their lack of security measures. My name, ssn, address and other sensitive information was leaked because of them. Please learn from my mistakes and don’t go here. If you find yourself considering Bright Now, please know that there are other options in nearby areas (even if you have bad insurance like me). Bright now will be an unpleasant experience from start to end and I can almost guarantee that.

Was a new patient waited almost 2 hours , took everybody who came in after me before me, just to be told to reschedule for a cleaning and was seen for the dentist for 30 seconds. This was the worst place. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life and on top of it when I was told to reschedule for my cleaning, the front desk lady who seemed overwhelmed because she was by herself, told me to go sit down after I had just been waiting over two hours and she’ll get to me to reschedule. I’m never going back .

Called in to ask for an emergency extraction. Was told I could come in at 2 pm for the extraction. Showed up at 2pm, they took Xrays, and then refused to remove the tooth. Instead, they said they are in the business of saving teeth and not necessarily removing them. The truth is, this is a business and I'm not dumb. What they can charge my insurance for an extraction is much less than what they can charge my insurance for a Root Canal and any other miscellaneous things they decided they want to do to me, But last I checked, they are my teeth and if I want one extracted instead of a Root Canal, that should be my choice. It is not right for a dentist to turn away a suffering patient and ask them to come back in a MONTH while I have an exposed nerve in my tooth. It is not right for a dentist to exploit the pain of their patients for financial gain. Before making the choice to come to this Bright Now location, think long and hard. Do you want to be told what is best for you due to the profitability for the business? Or do you wish to see a Dentist who cares about your pain, your suffering & supports your personal health decisions? Think twice about this place......

The front desk gal was super sweet. The employee that took my X-rays was so kind and gentle. I have a autoimmune disease that causes problems with my teeth. The dentist says well we will pull all your top teeth?! Even the good ones! Made no sense she made me feel uneasy. I went in with pain and left with pain. Sorry just because I have caresource and not top of the line insurance it doesn’t give you the right to make me feel not worthy of great dental care. Definitely will be getting a 2nd opinion. The only thing I understood since she made it very clear is all the things my insurance doesn’t cover!

3 out of 3 visits were not great. Forget the long wait times & cold employees. As a single mom rushing to make sure im not late to my appointment, i get called back 40 mins past my appointment time. As im laying back in the chair with a needle in my mouth getting numbed up, the dentist is making remarks about my teeth. “Your teeth are so yellow, did you not brush today? Why would you even come here if you aren’t going to brush your teeth!” I start to cry, feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed, i cant even answer her cause she is injecting medication, as tears are streaming down my face she then asks, “am i hurting you?” Takes out needle i told her how i was concerned about getting here on time, am a single mom with anxiety about being late. She says “theres no point in doing your fillings if your not going to brush” and walked away. I complained to manager…. She blamed me for being so overwhelmed with life that this must have been the thing to throw me over the edge… I will take my $1,749 for my crown, and get my fillings and cleaning else where!

I had the worst dental experience at bright now north olmstead. The orthodontist recommended I get my permeant retainers removed and get a removable retainer. I took their advice and they overfiled my teeth down taking them off. My bottom teeth are so thin and sensitive now since they overfiled them. It took months for the retainers to finally come in after appointment after appointment of them not fitting properly. They offered me a metal retainer finally after months of them ordering bad fitting clear aligners. I was left with a $900 bill and was given the bad fitting retainers to take home with one metal pair. They overcharged me and should have only charged me for the pair that fit. I left crying and they didn’t care. Do not get retainers here they will not fit and you will be left with tooth pain and a crazy bill. I wish I never went to this dentist. My teeth are ruined because of them.

Called to make an appointment and expressed that the last place I made an appointment said they took my insurance only to find out upon arrival that they did not. Was assured Brite now dental accepted my insurance by the receptionist. Only to again be told after filling out my paperwork that they do not accept it. Clearly lazy employees who don't care about wasting people's time.

They left my wife in pain for 2 &1/2 hours until she literally got up and was ready to leave before seeing her. They then demanded payment before doing anything. After leaving we discovered they had prescribed 0 pain medicine although she was in severe pain after the procedure. Will never return there. As far as dealing with people they have much to learn. They likely do better with animals.

I've been coming here for so many years, me and the kids. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. After these last few months, of last minute cancellations, and needing work done that is time sensitive, now they "can't find" my insurance approval. The same approval that took forever to get, and that they called me to notify me that was received over two months ago. I cannot believe that they turned out to be such a unprofessional and uncompassionate company. We certainly will not be returning. And based off of the demeanor of the office manager here, it seems like that was her goal. This is the first bad review that I've ever left for any company. I truly tried to be patient and understanding, but this is unacceptable.

I have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is good. However lately the wait time is incredibly ridiculous! About a month ago I called to say I was running a bit behind because my daughter's bus left without her and I had to take her to school before my son's appointments. We arrived maybe 12 minutes late and we were told they would not be seen because of this even though I called prior so both my son's missed school time for absolutely no reason! About 2 weeks ago my husband made an appointment for a wisdom tooth that had broken! We arrived about 15 minutes prior to his appointment time and ended up waiting for over an hour before even being called back! They did X-rays and an exam and said he needs to have his remaining wisdom teeth removed(one of which is the tooth that is broken) but they wouldn't be doing it that day that he had to come back again, so basically the appointment was pointless because he went for a tooth that broke into pieces and was expecting it to be taken care of not simply looked at and told to come back! Just yesterday I finally got my boys back in for the rescheduled appointment, or appointment time was 3:30 and we were not called back until after 5:00!!! This the my entire evening off as I had things for work that needed completed by 5:00 & 8:00 pm which were both late due to the excessive wait time! I'm extremely disappointed and am strongly considering switching dentists for my whole family!

Well I recently had some work done at this location, everyone was nice as far as my situation, all the employees in the back were very helpful and professional and were able to explain my situation in detail, I personally never had a problem with scheduling, although may I recommend possibly providing your employees with more up to date tools in regards to dental work, the current tools are old and damaged wich can result in harming the patients it also makes it difficult for the employees to properly provide the right care, after all better tools=happy employees=better patient outcomes and satisfaction = more customers =happy and successful business, The main issue is that trying to understand how your company is accusing my family of owing you money for treatments they never received , for instance my mother came in for treatment and was denied because you claimed she owed money for treatments she never received. After resolving this issue your company claimed it was a computer issue and fixed it. Now fast-forward to my father trying to schedule an appointment for cleaning but again you denied him treatment because again you claim that he owes money for treatments hed never received, the same amount of money you claimed my mother owed which is confusing, fast-forward again I'm trying to resolve this issue with your office manager only for her to claim that now my father now is no longer active on his medicaid and therefore cannot be treated, so I make a call to his medicaid and come to find out that in fact he is still active , till this day your office has submitted claims to my father's insurance for treatments he's never received and was never there physically in for , so now Im curious if this happens often to not only my family but other vulnerable patients who don't have anyone to speak for them! Because in the words of your office manager this happens to HUNDREDS of patients which makes me think how many paid for treatments they never received, very interesting process 🤔, these issues will most likely bring attention to top authority's who will want to find out more about these situations and what is really going on, well best of luck in the future, FYI no need for a response I've already heard every excuse in the book.

Very poor service. Wasn’t called back for X-rays until a half hour after my appointment time. Then sat in a dental chair for another half hour waiting on the dentist. Nobody said a word to me that whole time. Finally, I let one of the hygienists know I had to leave (it was already over an hour past my appointment time) she just said “ok”. I left without even being seen. My time is important too, I will take my business elsewhere.

The most unpleasant experience I had in my life. Waited for two hours and zero results! Please don’t waist your time. This is my second visit with Bright Now Dental at North Olmsted. 25102 Brookpark rd.Let me start with something positive. My appointment was schedule first thing in the morning 9 am on Monday, September 13 2021. Both ladies at the front desk were very sweet and willing to help and answer all my questions. My next stop after one hour and thirty minutes of waiting in the waiting room was ex-ray. No complains at all. Clean room, lady who was taking my ex rays were trying her best to make my experience pleasant. Then came the Doctor - very knowledgeable, answer all my questions. After that all my experience with you services got into nothing just a nightmare. Linda Prophke ( not sure about correct spelling of her last name) came to work on my teeth cleaning. After checking my mouth offered me a deep cleaning and left. 45 minutes later of waiting on her chair I ask for help. A very young woman came and said that Linda don’t have time today to clean my teeth. How unprofessional, rude and mean. Forget about waisting of 3 hours of my personal time. What kind of attitude is that “She does not have time for you today.“ Could she come and talk to me? Could she explain? Could she communicate in a nice, different way? And this is a second time that she canceling my appointment after I am seating in the chair after waiting for 2,3 hours. Is that how you run your business and communicate with people. If she did not want to see me as a patient why did she schedule me for her appointment for a second time? Very disappointed, very sad. This was my last visit with this location but I want to catch you attention and fix this problem so it won’t happened to other people. This is not right, not nice, and people should not be treated that way.

Let me preface this by saying that I am terrified of dentist offices. This location in North Olmsted made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire visit. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, I was so satisfied. I went in for a painful toothache that had been bothering me for days and they found the cause of the pain so fast. The dental assistant, whom I was told her name is Bara (I hope I spelled it correctly), was the best ever! She kept conversation flowing and was very personable. The front desk staff were so pleasant! Overall, I am pleased with this visit.

I told them when i scheduled I wanted an annual check and a cleaning. They said okay and booked me a few weeks out. I went to my appointment, they spent 10 minutes taking x-rays and told me I had to make a new appointment for a cleaning and that they never do it in the same appointment. It would be another month at least. Nice people but absolutely an insurance cash grab. I wasted a day off for them to tell me to come back to do what I made the first appointment to do. Avoid.. Companies like this are the reason our insurance premiums are so insane. Frivolous appointments and superfluous charges. I'm going to report them to my insurance company for fraud.

Very disconnected dentist office They appear to outsource their phone for scheduling appointments to somewhere in Texas. I think is why we had a sad experience Called them, said I needed a cleaning by the end of the year. They told me they will evaluate my teeth and I should ask them to clean my teeth and the Will at that time! Well, turns out they book cleanings three months out. Either the folks in Texas don’t know this or just wanted us to drive to this location and just say ok! We arrived and completed 4 extensive pages of medical questions and then sat for 45 minutes waiting When they took me back they said they needed X-rays and my insurance would not pay, I told them I could have requested my X-rays from my old dentist from Texas while I waited if only the front desk people would have ask for them but, nope the front people only cared to lock in the insurance and get those docs completed Also they talk to their clients right next to the waiting area and while we sat for 45 minutes we heard a couple of folks dialogue their bill and treatment plans I think this could be a HIPPA violation Very disconnected A waste of time Called a dentist in Brunswick who had a cancellation and took me in right away, guess what I provided the X-rays and they took a panoramic X-ray that was covered by my insurance So, maybe the Bright Now folks didn’t even check my insurance Again more disconnects I hope that Bright Now listens to our experience and considers working on these issues to be a better dental office

I have been consistently satisfied with the care received from the North Olmsted Bright Now! Dental Center. Becky does the most thorough cleaning that I have ever had. The bonding procedure that was performed to address the erosion occurring on some of my molars was done quickly and without the need to numb me - that's a real plus! I am very happy with Bright Now!

Dr. Nouneh did quick extraction based on old X-rays. I asked the doctor about my missing tooth, he referred me to his male nurse who didn’t say much about it. The nurse said it will be $4,000 to 5,000 per implant for one tooth

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Every appointment I have made with them, they always make me wait in the waiting area for 1 hour or more. I wouldn’t recommend here at all, they have poor time management and appointments get canceled/rescheduled all the time.

  • 1/5 Emily G. 10 months ago on Google
If you like frequent dental visits, go here. Every time I go they give me several x rays. They filled my one and it chipped very soon after. They were very willing to give me pain medication for it. It still hurts but at least I got an hour of relief :)

  • 1/5 Latiana S. 10 months ago on Google
IM highly upset with this place. Because first of all the lady that I was talking to was very rude and nasty to me. I explain to her when I first called here and I told her that I need to see Dr. Nouneh because I broke my tooth in half and she go ask me again what did I need to see him for and I just told you when I start talking to you wasn’t you listening? Any way to make a long story short she tells me that he will refer me out to some one else witch doesn’t make sense because i need my tooth pulled. I know you might not care in all cause it’s not your tooth that’s hurting it’s my tooth. He should not refer me out any where I wanted him to take the tooth out. I don’t know why you all are so lazy but you need to listen carefully to patients when they call. I have a dental emergency and I’m tired of people giving me the run around. Some body go have to take this tooth out. And then you wanna sit there and get an attitude with me when you was giving me the other place name because I didn’t hear you the first time. Don’t get no attitude with me. Screaming at me you all lost me as a patient because no body wants to help. My tooth is hurting and I broke it in half it needs to be taken out. So who ever looking for a dentist I would not recommend this place to no body. Why should he have to refer me out why I don’t understand?????

I've had great service over the years but lately I feel there is no communication from the dr, as in issues, updates, options or what could, will, or can happen, ya know those sorta things. I just find it weird They just lay you back do work you on your teeth and you dont know whats going on, I don't like that.

Horrible experience. Rudest people I have even spoken with. Did not follow through on anything that I was told. Submitted to insurance and when denied did not care a bit and basically told me to get bent and deal with it on my own. Will not be going back here AT ALL!

DO NOT TAKE YOU KIDS HERE. We seen the pediatric dentist this morning and she was probably the rudest women to not only me to my children, I had a 8am apt and all three people before me walked out frustrated with wait times, services & commutation. I was told and scheduled for a specific service over the phone and when I got there is a pediatric dentist told me that take absolutely could not accommodate my daughter. After taking off work and driving a distance. Please save you time and money my child is traumatized

Went to get a filling redone that had fallen off from the work of a different dentist. The dentist numbed the left side of my face and erroneously gave me nerve damage which was the worst pain I've ever gone through. I was lucky enough that it wasn't permanent and only lasted a week. Last time I'm going to a dentist.

  • 1/5 Jordin 1 year ago on Google
Wouldn’t recommend for children to be seen here. My daughter kept telling the lady she was hurting her mouth during an xray as she was crying and she kept trying to force her mouth opened until I said something. Then they decide to cancel appointments or not take insurances anymore whenever they feel like it. On top of the front office staff being rude for literally having to do their jobs. Definitely don’t recommend.

  • 1/5 Neil W. 1 year ago on Google
This place is horrible. They were supposed to call me back to schedule something that had to be done. Also when I took my son there the one lady was really rude she yelled at me and even referenced my weight I am an overweight female but that didn't have anything to do with anything. Everyone else was really nice I think they felt bad. And like always i didnt say anything i just let her insult me. Then went out to my car and cried. We will not be back.
