I was a patient of this dental office for close to 5 years now. I trusted this office with my dental work & up until this summer, they had been pretty reliable. in the past the customer service was exceptional. I mean top tier. Some how things have changed. I've recently documented more of my interactions with the employees at the front desk. After failed attempts of trying to understand the billing situation & being patient with the staffing dynamics, I decided today was the last day I would receive their services. I've tried to be understanding & kind through the changes. But as a customer I've incurred more billing concerns than i had in all my years of having dental insurance. I don't think I deserved the rudeness I received today from Angela. Thanks to her poor customer service Aura dental has lost a patient and any recommendations to my co-workers to this office.

The best dentist and staff I've ever been too! I felt like family after the first 5 minutes! I was cared for so patiently and everything was thoroughly explained! Search no more, this is the dentist for you!! Thank you AuraSmile! I wish I found you YEARS ago 🥰

The lady’s here am very warming and welcoming.I felt very comfortable though out my entire visit. The doctor completed my treatment and the entire process was nearly pain free, I honestly didn’t even feel the needle while being numbed up.This was my first visit however this will be my new dental home. I highly recommend making AuraSmile north Olmsted location your “go to” dental office as well.

Dr. Gregory Voiers is the nicest dentist I have ever had. They work with you and explain everything from beginning to end. The whole office from Denise, office manager to Karen dental hygienist are a group of angels!!!! Everyone is professional, courteous and understanding. I appreciate their understanding nature of my situation. I saw 5 dentists before Dr. Voiers. He is a gem! Thoughtful and caring! Amazingly talented and great intelligence in his fields of dentistry. He listens to his patients needs. He doesn’t dictate what you should do. We worked on a plan together. It’s important that they give information and listen to your hesitations. As far as money goes, they don’t think about money and payment. They put you as a patient first. Give them a call! ****** stars from me. Thank you so much!!! I just wanted to add that when making new dentures, there’s always a chance that mistakes are made. As long as the doctor is accommodating as Dr. Voiers, and the staff is accommodating as well, and they go out of their way to make sure that the situation is rectified in the patient best interest. Love my hygienist Tatyana at Aura Smile. She always does a great job on my teeth and is a pleasure to see. The office is also very accommodating around my work schedule.

I wish I could provide a positive review but my recent negative experiences with AuraSmile have far overshadowed any positive initial interactions. I was a happy and loyal customer until the Cleveland AuraSmile location closed. At that time things went downhill fast. No clear communication was provided to customers about the closure, leading to lots of confusion. I proactively reached out to the the North Olmsted office to transfer there but no one answered my contact form submissions or phone calls. So I found a different dentist BUT the story doesn't end there. Apparently, I had an outstanding balance with the Cleveland Office which was NEVER communicated to me in person or via mail/email/phone. I have dental insurance and always pay my copays and outstanding balances at the time of my appointments. So where this outstanding balance came from I have no idea. But that wasn't the problem. If they would have communicated the outstanding balance to me, I would have paid it immediately. Instead they transfered the debt to a third party collection agency! Who never contacted me about the debt either! The collection tactic was to just attack my credit history and score. I only discovered, I had an outstanding balance when my credit monitoring service sent me a account default alert. That's right, the first time I learned I owed anything to AuraSmile was from my credit monitoring service which I then paid immediately! Unfortunately, the damage was already done to my credit score. So in summary, AuraSmile doesn't know how to communicate with customers, instead they go out of their way to attack their customers' credit scores. I am not one to give negative reviews lightly, but this treatment of their customers demands it.

Multiple cancelled appointments, then rescheduled our 6 month only to be cancelled again. Orthodontists horrible, used all my insurance benefits but wouldn’t see us for follow ups. So now we have been forced to pay cash out of pocket for services that they were reimbursed for yet never provided! Update: left a message 1 month ago at the number you provided. Guess what…. still waiting on that call back!

Awesome, caring staff, gentle dentistry. Dr. Derek worked with me and let me make decisions on my course of treatment that fit my schedule AND budget! Christina was a joy to talk with during my cleaning, and front ofc staff is knowledgeable and kind. There are no surprises in billing either!! Would definitely recommend them!!

Dr. Arnocsky was amazing along with his dental hygienist. I had a tooth extracted and I was quite nervous but they put me right at ease. I was very grateful . Their receptionist was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Their professionalism was apparent and their kindness was appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! I have never enjoyed a dentist appt in my life but I left there in pure amazement. We loved everyone there especially our dental hygienist Tatiana! She was just incredible especially with my son. I’m so glad we came here

Virtually impossible to talk to a real person. Tried unsuccessfully a dozen times over 3 weeks to schedule an appointment via phone, email and their website. I no longer have any interest in allowing so inefficient an operation to work on my teeth. Extremely negative experience.

Charged me for a 'periodontal disease cleaning' when it was just a regular routine cleaning without x-rays. Overcharged by more than $100. Will not return.

Absolutely excellent !!! These folks know what they are doing and they have all the slick cutting-edge space-age jaw-dropping high tech tools as well. Amazing they can scan your tooth and mill a crown on the spot and put it in your mouth all in one visit ! But saying it is one thing but seeing them do it and showing you the computer rendering of your tooth and doing on-the-spot on-the-fly editing of the image to "tweak" the shape of the to-be-made crown to better fit in your mouth I thought was very impressive. And they really have to mastered multiple disciplines of expertise such as the software tools and the milling machine needed to do all this. Also very impressive was the pen-like scanner they had that could image and digitize your tooth. I just felt like I was walking into the future when they made my crown !

Good luck getting an appointment. They NEVER answer their phones. Ever. And when they do they say please hold anx never come back to the phone. I have left 3 messages to try to schedule an appointment bc it said to leave message and someone get back with you shortly. But they never do. I am changing dentist. That is just beyond ridiculous . If I could give negative 100 stars I would.

Received a bill for $500+ for service over 15 months later. Completely incompetent billing associate first does not even return my call and then proceeds to explain how they "fell behind" on billing but this is now my responsibility to pay ASAP. I was completely unsatisfied with my liners (Invisalign) in the first place, but I had moved and didnt want to deal with going to appointments so far away to fix. I would steer clear if I were you, sub par service and horrible business management.

I was DREADING having two crowns put in. However, Dr. Voiers made the entire procedure painless. He even made the crowns for me while I waited after my procedure. Dr. Voiers & his staff are very professional & friendly. I’m so glad that I‘ve entrusted my dental care to Dr. Voiers & his team. If you’re looking for a very good dentist, I HIGHLY recommend him.

AuraSmile is the best dentist I have been too! The staff are SO friendly, it is so clean and I always feel comfortable. My hygienist always answers my questions and is so genuine. I HIGHLY recommend the north Olmsted office!

This place used to be great and looked forward to my visits. Last time I visited I scheduled for ortho work and when I showed up they told me insurance would not cover and I would have to pay out of pocket. I had to decline service because I couldn’t afford it and now over a year later I received the bill for the work I declined and the description says I did not show up for that appointment. The bill shows they reached out to my insurance however when I called my insurance they never received the bill from this dental office. This place has turned into a scam. the staff is not welcoming or understanding.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Jarus and his team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The doctor and hygienists are very thorough and genuinely care about patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care.

The worst dental experience in my life. Not only are the dentist and staff extremely rude and unprofessional, they upcharge your insurance and overbill. What they are doing is illegal. I don’t know how they are getting away with this. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
