don’t buy from here! Save yourself the frustration and hassle. We had an issue with an item and they offered to replace it which we appreciated. They just “replaced” our item and gave us a sectional that is worse than the original! The trim work on the sectional is AWFUL too (see pictures) The delivery team could it get it assembled and they just left without letting us know. They didn’t ask for a signature after delivery either (but it says we signed for the delivery so if there is a signature then they faked it). They also left a trail of garbage between the truck and the door which wasn’t appreciated. And they put all of the other delivery garbage in our garbage cans, which they stated they would haul away, so now we have a full dumpster for the week. We paid over $200 for “white glove delivery” and this was how things went. Also we now have a sectional with three pieces that don’t hook together! I called customer service, sat on the waiting line for 45 minutes, and the customer service rep told me to “just text their automated line”. So much for a customer service report line. Buy from elsewhere and save yourself the frustration, hassle, and disappointment.

The location in North Olmsted is phenomenal!!!! I had the pleasure of working with the friendliest and most accommodating young professionals ever in a sales environment. Corey was exceptional at providing the type of service that deserves raving about. He was very knowledgeable about the products. And he was upfront and honest about what the store provided and made some very good recommendations. The store manager Connor was also very pleasant and helpful. I thank you both so very much for representing yourselves and your company well. I definitely recommend shopping here and I personally will be returning again for future furniture purchases!😊

Very critical comment about customer service: I bought Charleston Lay Flat Power Recliner. The left arm broke by minimal pressure on the arm when I stood up. The wood is garbage cheap. Paid over 1k between recliner and the insurance. When I submitted claim to insurance they declined it referring me to warranty. I have spoken to customer service numeral of times. Robot is what you get answer from. Drove me nut. So insane the amount of time it required. Finally a technician came. Full of Marijuana smell. Spent 5 minutes looking at it. Barely moving his butt. Said he will recommend replacement as it can not be fixed. I knew that nothing will happen so I asked him about the report to be sent to me so I can keep record. He promised he will send it and that is it. Writing this comment 7 weeks after his evaluation and nothing happened. Called again and i am asked to so same process. Always robot answering. I hate this company. Don't spend a penny on this product. Every time I set on the recliner I get a surge of anger from this treatment.

Our experience with Bob's has been less than ideal. We wanted a specific sectional couch but were told that it would not be available for over a month. So we decided on a different arrangement that was said to be available in 1 week. Over a month later and we still have not received our order. The delivery date was pushed out 3-4 different times. Why give a delivery date if you don't care about meeting that date? And the issue is not with availability, it is my impression that our order is ready to ship, sitting in a warehouse. I find it very hard to believe that no truck has been able to bring our couch to us in this time. I give 2 stars because they do have a nice selection and a good team but I would recommend that if you are going to purchase something from there, don't pay $250.00 for the shipping. Try to figure out another way to get your order

I’ve been noticing many ads on my social media feeds lately for this business. Today, I visited in person and was blown away by the treatment I received. Michael A. was my salesman, and greeted me the moment I walked through the door. He was super friendly, accommodating, and he spent probably close to two hours with me building a wish list and showing me pieces that he knew were going to be exactly my style. I also met Connor and Clarence who were just as friendly and welcoming. They all did a great job explaining everything in detail. I’m so glad I decided to go “frolicking” here today and I can’t wait to see all of the beautiful furniture Michael helped me pick out in my future home!

I don't know if I'll ever shop a Bob's Discount again, but I do know I'll never shop the N. Olmsted store again. Besides not having been greeted by employees standing at the entrance half the times I've visited, I found a couch in the outlet I was all set to buy, paid for it, and called the mover they recommended, because the other service they recommend is Uber for furniture (and I was not even slightly excited that it cost as much as the professionals, and was going to likely deliver my furniture in a pickup in a Cleveland January). He was not able to coordinate with me until the following Saturday. I called and talked to the store manager, explained the situation, and he basically told me they would rather process a refund than have the couch in outlet until the mover could get it. (Actually, he said "you can't get a truck and come get it?") I told him he can just refund it and he sent my call to the office, who told me the funds would be back on my card in 3-5 business days. It's been over 10 and Bob's still has not processed my money. I currently don't know if I was lied to about the return time, or if they just didn't process the return, because corporate has a half hour hold time, and I'm "waiting for a call back". There are plenty of furniture shops selling better quality furniture, and I won't be wasting any more time or money here. Update: the store cancelled my order and did not process the refund. The only solution their corporate office has is a check that will take another 2-3 weeks (a total of up to as many as six weeks waiting for my money back), and I cannot call the store without it going to a call center. I do know if I will ever shop any Bob's Discount again.... Wow, update to the update: the store is now telling me that they did not cancel the order when I spoke to the store manager, customer service did, so the store presently cannot process a refund.

We drove an hour away to go furniture shopping. Decided last minute to stop at Bob’s Discount Furniture since we didn’t find what we were looking for at the other stores. Man am I glad we did! Our salesman Phil was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and helpful with our 5 million questions. Allowed us to look at our own pace, without harassing us. I am super excited and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive. I would definitely recommend Bob’s as they have a variety to choose from and prices seem very reasonable.

Experience with Bobs was great.. Our sales person ( Cheryl K.) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had to change our order many times and still remained so helpful. Manager was also very helpful. Delivery was on time as expected and setup was great. I would recommend Bobs to everyone.. Thanks again for the great experience..

The showroom is huge and beautiful. Your staff, especially Deven and Ben Zak, are professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They let you know they're available for questions, but they leave you to browse on your own, which is refreshing. The quality and choices of furniture is top notch. My husband and I had been looking for a long time for a couch we'd both love and we finally found it at Bob's. And the price was awesome! Terrific store, great staff, quality products, and fantastic prices.

First time there! Just went there to look. Ending up buying 3 things to be deliver and 2 closed out end tables we took home with us. Great customer service and advice. The 2 people we dealt with Diane and Ivy were great!! They gave us all the time we needed to make sure we were satisfied on our selection. They answer all of our questions. Very happy will go back and recommend them.

Worst experience ever, no accountability. My mom purchased furniture for me in November as a Christmas gift and to celebrate my new home. It took months for two of the pieces to arrive, it was a delay. We were understandable, but the recliner chair was delayed multiple times then they told us after months of waiting that they stop making the chair. This should have been communicated months ago. I could have use this time to shop elsewhere. I choose the chair because it was the perfect color that goes with my furniture. I won’t spend another dime in that place, and the representatives for the most part was not empathetic although it was there fault. They blame everything on the pandemic. I also worked throughout the pandemic, if I blame my lack of knowledge, skills, empathy or efficacy on the pandemic I would not have a job. If my employer did the same, there wouldn’t be hospitals to serve their patients. Shame on Bob’s furniture, do better and take accountability for your actions.

This was my first time in a Bob's Discount Furniture store. I didn't have any expectations. I was overwhelmed and happy that I stopped in. I was looking for living room furniture and came across Ivey, a trusted Bob's employee and extremely patient and helpful. I found two living sets that I was interested in. After going back and forth and thinking about the best option, I went with the set that suited the house best. Ivey was amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, didn't get frustrated with me after several attempts to make a final decision. She was excellent! I also spoke to the store manager Ralph who was extremely nice and helpful as well. They extended the hand of courtesy and went way above and beyond any expectations I had before coming to the store. They even offer refreshments for free! I would definitely recommend Bob's Furniture and would return.

We needed to get an affordable mattress set with very short notice. The employees at Bob's were so kind & helpful. We were able to make our purchase from the outlet person and get everything done in one day. The mattress set is perfect, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed. They were amazingly quick, efficient, knowledge, and very understanding of what I needed. I would not hesitate to come back & buy from them again.

We have bought our couch, rug, and now a nursery chair from Bobs. The sales people are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and honestly make the process of buying something new very fast. John had us in and out of the door within 20 minutes this time! And the furniture is quality. We have two large dogs who go on the furniture and our couch still looks amazing after 2 years.

Positive experience. Was greeted right away. Needed rocker recliner and have been looking at a few other places and finally found one I like here. Zach was very helpful and patient. Delivery within the week. Very reasonable delivery and set up price. Looked around and also found a bed frame that I have been looking for. Went back next day and purchased that. Good prices from the things that I saw.

Had a great experience this weekend at Bob's. Was greeted when we walked in but didn't feel pressured to talk to someone right away. Right when we had a question someone was right there to answer it. We found some great options and we shown some other ones that we might like. The purchase and delivery was very simple to set up. We had never shopped here before and were questioning the quality of the items, right away we could tell that the furniture was nicely made and out of good materials. We will come again next time we need something.

I went here with getting a couch in mind. I just bought a new house and had literally nothing in it. I’m a very picky person and Cheryl helped my husband and I on a couch she suggested would work best for us. It actually was perfect. We received the couch exactly on time and I’m super happy with the couch and the delivery especially being 8 months pregnant so it’s nice to have received it on time!

Very clean and well laid out, price and quality a big plus, prompt delivery. Kimberly D was fantastic. She didn't pounce on me when I entered and didn't hover over me. She related and understood my situation. I have recommended her to my friend who is looking for new furniture.

This is the only location with the outlet. This location is worth the drive. I purchased so much through the outlet. Deborah was so nice. She usually doesn't work the outlet but she was so helpful and checked stock for me on the items we purchased. Everyone was so nice. Thank you everyone. Tomorrow the kids will pick up the big bed.

We’ve never been to Bobs Furniture before and decided to take a look around today. We were greeted by Phil when we arrived and he offered us complimentary beverages and ice cream to make the visit more comfortable. After searching through other stores and online, we decided to leave with an item that is very steady and perfect for what we needed. Phil was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We appreciated all of his kindness and time and will come here from here out out for our furniture purchases. Thank you, Phil!

Bob’s Discount Furniture is my go to for furnishings. We really like their clearance section, you can find some great deals on the furniture that is typically out on the floor just with a minor scratch or someone else just didn’t like it. The staff there has always been friendly and kind. I will for sure be back.

How did we not know of Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store!? We were shopping for a New Couch and heard in a Advertisement about Bob's in North Olmsted. Figured we check it out while we were out there for the other Furniture stores looking for a couch. The selection they have here is great! They do custom couches if what they have there is not exactly what you are looking for. Example there was a couch there we loved, however had to change the seating selection. We could of also changed the color if we needed. We also found a beautiful Coffee Table, End Tables, and a shelves to go with it. Pricing here was very good! The store overall is huge and very clean. Staff there was very nice and helpful! If you can ask for Debbie, she assist us with everything and was amazing. Recommend stopping in to see if they have anything you would like!!!

They are fantastic and professional. Quick and painless sofa (technically chofa) purchasing trip. I was fully expecting to go to many different stores, spend a few hours looking, be disappointed and go back and repeat a few times.. That was not the case. Walked into Bob's, got greeted left alone to gander, approached with suggestions and within I'd say 5 minutes we decided on the piece. Ten minutes later we were done. Great selection and great staff. Will definitely purchase from them in the future.

The store is bright and welcoming. It was very clean, and inviting. Phil, who greeted us was friendly and NOT pushy which was literally SO nice. He showed us where the cafe was for a drink and snack, and let me know how to read the signs on the furniture and lets us look ourselves without breathing down our necks which was EXTREMELY nice! This 100% made us want to stay and walk around. Letting us know to let him know if we had any questions. Ivy helped us out in the sale section. She was very friendly, funny and easy to talk to. Once again, the workers let us know they were there with any questions, but let us enjoy looking ourselves. THIS made me end up leaving with a couch, and a $5 HUGE mirror!! score!

ABSOLUTELY a WONDERFUL experience at Bob's in North Olmsted! Ashley was amazing. She greeted us right when we walked in but gave us space to walk around and look at all the different products. She was on top of everything. She somehow knew when we had a question because she would be right there to answer it...But again- giving us space to talk privately and continue to check out other furniture. Mark also introduced himself and told us about our options. He was very kind!! The employees were very welcoming. So much to choose from and such a wide variety. They have everything you could be looking for - rugs and accent pieces- beds and mattresses - shelves and stands - tables and couches! Would definitely recommend to a friend! Plus the free ice cream was nice when we were talking things over and making our final decisions! :)

Sales staff was friendly and not pushy. Which was a huge plus for us. We initially went in to look at a dining room table and chairs with no intention of purchasing that day. But we checked out the great items and prices in the back room (discontinued and scratch and dent area) and found a new discontinued table and chairs for a better price than the one we were looking at. Even the pricing in the front of the store was better than expected. Nakita was great with helping to check if they had enough chairs in the style we wanted, which they did and we ended up making a purchase that day! Thanks again to both her and the manager Mark. If you're in the market for new furniture Bob's is definitely a must stop on your list.

I recently moved into a new home and we have been shopping for furniture online and around Northeast Ohio for 2 weeks. We watched a commercial for Bob’s Discount Furniture and we decided to check into it. We found a store about 2 minutes from our house and we were pleasantly surprised during our visit. We bought a bed, mattress, and box spring for my daughter at an extreme discount. My wife and I noticed 3 different sets of furniture that we seen at previous stores for 60% of the price. They were straight with us set us up with what we needed and did not try to up sell us at all. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time shopping there. Everyone was super helpful and enthusiastic. I will be back there for our furniture needs from now on. Thanks Bob!

We came in to have an issue taken care of with an item we had purchased that needed to be repaired and because of the excellent support from staff and the help of the manager Frank and the sales associate Benjamin not only were they able to help us with that but they were able to help us find a new couch for our living room as well. They were very helpful and very generous and respectful. We will definitely continue business with them

It was a wonderful and fun experience. Diane met me at the door and helped all the way through. Even though they are all sales people and get paid commission, they didn't hover or stalk you around. They give you space to think and don't rush you. Their prices were ideal. Something for everyone's budget. Some other great things: The building was clean. They have a little cafe with free coffee, tea, ice cream, candy, and cookies. The kids loved that!!! I chose a set from the back (the land of Misfits😂😂😂- it's a joke but I love it). It is my favorite color. It's sturdy. Looking forward to movie night without my back hurting🥰🥰🥰🥰

Zack helped us with purchasing our new dining table and chairs and was also the first to greet us as we came in. Right away he asked if he could point us to anything specific. We were looking for dining tables which were directly to the right of the doors so we didn't need any help finding it. He wasn't pushy at all but instead gave us a quick explanation about some of the tables coming in dining and counter height. He then left us alone to look which was great! I don't like when sales people hang out in the section you're looking at. It feels pushy. I could tell he was keeping his eye on us incase we had a question but it was from afar so I didn't feel pressured. We ended up having a question and because he was keeping his eye on us we didn't have to search around for someone. He came right over! He then met us in the scratch and dent section where we ended up getting 2 extra chairs that matched the set we wanted! He was very professional and helpful in the purchase of the chairs as well as the table set. The prices are unbeatable as well! I especially like that they don't hike up prices so they can run sales. The price is the price. Done. Love it!

Purchased a sofa, love seat, and coffee table from Bobs today with Michael. Super easy and fast transaction. Michael was very knowledgeable on products and protection for purchase.
