We walked in with only 1 or 2 tables, we didn’t get our food until an hour or two later and other guests who came in after got theirs first. She upcharged up and didn’t mention price differences. Small portions and very expensive. Didn’t taste great either- I didn’t bother to take my leftovers. Super bland. When she brought the check she preselected 20% tip for us .. unprofessional especially with bad service. Wanted breakfast and ended up not eating until they closed. Wish I had read these other reviews first. Could have gone to a nice restaurant for how much we paid for a dish and a couple sides.. like $4 for a small orange juice, almost $16 for an omelet??

If I could give them no stars I would. Made an order at 10:15, It wasn’t ready until 12:30. When it finally came, the order was missing half of the items. They gave me pork sausage instead of turkey. But the kicker was the Apple Pancake(Dutch Baby). What a disappointment. Burnt to a crisp, and completely inedible. Shame on the “chef’s” & shame on management as well. Somebody should be looking at the food before it’s sent to every customer. DO BETTER!

This has become my favorite Pancake house. It is a gluten-free breakfast heaven. People, we have loads of options!! They make GF waffles, pancakes, crepes, pig in a blanket. And , oh, are they good.

First time eating here and we had an amazing experience! The staff was very organized and upbeat. Dona was our server and it was clear that she wasn't simply doing a job but really cared that we had a good experience. Her personality was great and her smile was infectious. The food was also amazing! Ready to come back and try more of their menu.

TRACY IS INCREDIBLE!! BEST SERVER ever!!! She seriously gave us an amazing experience and hooked us up. My boyfriend and I just moved here and this was an amazing welcoming. Nate killed the food and the best breakfast meal I've ever had and my boyfriend loved the home fries!!! You seriously need to come here!!!

We were immediately seated as the dining room wasn't busy at 11am. Service was terrific and breakfast was very good. The building was a bit dated, however the dining room was very clean, as were the restrooms. The menu selection was very good. Several specials and lots of options. Worth another visit.

The food wasn’t fully what I expected as far as taste, the server was very nice. But the pancakes where dry the french toast didn’t even have cinnamon and it tasted like straight eggs the syrup had like an after taste like it is an extremely cheap one, change your distributor on your syrup. The eggs where ok bacon was decent.

This was my first time here. The dining room was clean. There were only two waitresses for the whole dining room but they actually did a great job. They were working very hard. The decor could have been nicer. The floor and wood paneling were cute, it kind of reminded me of the pancake houses in the smokey mountains, but there wasn't any nice decor. The food was kinda split. My 7 year old got M and M nutella pancakes and an orange juice. Both were very good but it 18 dollars just for her pancakes and juice and it didn't even come with bacon or sausage. There was no kids menu for her to choose from. I got the biscuits and gravy and it was terrible. I don't think they put gravy on it. It looked like grit water. It was kinda clear with no sausage or seasonings. Like the consistency of watered down glue. They did not come with anything so I had ordered an egg and potatoes a la carte. The potatoes did not look good but they did taste good and the egg was nicely poached as requested. The total for breakfast before the tip was 40 dollars for me and a 7 year old for breakfast.

Ordered chocolate chip pancakes... had about 10 cups spread across 6 of the grossest pancakes I've ever had. Couldn't even eat half of one. Husband ordered his burger med came out well done. The sever tried her best, but the kitchen was so slow, we waited probably 45 min for food. Didn't feel like complaining because it took so long the first time. The kids even said the pancakes were gross (and that says alot because I am an awful cook) Don't even waste your time...

Still inside the restaurant. Ordered side of loaded potatoes: its greasy potato cubes, oily peppers and onions and a melted slice of american cheese on top. The egg omelette has zero flavor. The french toast tastes like cardboard. The glass of orange juice was filthy and we had to return it. The orange juice was the only good part of the meal.

The place is a bit run down. Service was ok. Our waitress was waiting too many tables. The food was not good. I ordered the Eggs Benedict which came without Hollandaise sauce, so asked for it. She brought me a yellow runny sauce that tasted like industrial vinegar, home fries were bland. We ordered the Dutch Baby. It was a tasteless bowl-shaped beaten egg dish with a little butter inside. You're supposed to squeeze lemon and sprinkle powder sugar on it. Food did not match prices. Disappointing.

I was referred to this place as a great breakfast restaurant, however my experience was awful!!! I ordered my food well done the meat had to be taken back Twice, In the mean time everyone else at my table were already eating and almost done, I had to ask for my pancakes 3times. Once I asked for the manager I advised that I didn’t want the food Melissa came over offered to have the food remade, after explaining the situation and getting my food they did nothing to accommodate the situation!! As I want my food well I did not ask for burnt, I guess the service means nothing to them because I paid full service charges which was not worth the price… $26.18 unbelievable I will never recommend them to anyone! I feel insulted.

Ordered 4 meals for the office for lunchtime. Left my office in time to be on time for the order. Instead, when I got here the lady at the front informed me that the order just went in while laughing. I proceeded to wait another 25 minutes. No apology, no sorry for your inconvenience, no it’ll be out in a second. Just attitude from the lady in the front like they didn’t waist my time and gave me cold food.

When we entered (party of 4), the front of house argued where to put us for a good 2 minutes, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Server was Tracy C and she was incredibly rude. Food took 45 minutes, which seems very very long for mediocre food. Tracy C would slam things on the table and had an attitude. When our food eventually came, my order was missing. She asked what I had ordered (not very attentive or professional) and went to get it (had crepes and loaded potatoes). She brought over the crepes and said "here is your food." I replied "I also have the loaded potatoes" She quickly snapped back "if you would have let me finish I would have said that they were coming out"... Definitely will never eat at this location or another. Get rid of Tracy C and get your staff organized. Started off my day completely wrong because of her. Good thing someone else paid for the party because if I had I would have given a 5% tip or less!
