My
mother
in
law
and
I
were
looking
for
someone
to
go
to
for
a
haircut,
and
I
happened
across
the
website.
The
website
is
super
cool,
allowing
you
to
input
your
state
and
town
and
you’ll
get
a
list
of
stylists
who
work
out
of
the
salon,
as
well
as
a
list
of
what
they
do.
I
initially
texted
a
few
people,
going
off
of
how
warm
and
inviting
their
photos
were.
Alicia
replied
to
me
and
was
so
incredibly
kind
from
the
first
response.
My
mother
in
law
and
I
both
were
extremely
nervous,
given
we
rarely
get
our
hair
cut
or
colored,
and
Alicia’s
kindness,
personality,
and
thorough
explanation
of
everything
(including
providing
multiple
social
media
links
to
view
her
work!)
convinced
us
to
book
appointments
with
her!
Upon
walking
in,
the
salon
was
immaculately
tidy
and
smelled
pretty.
Is
that
a
thing?
Smelling
pretty?
If
it
wasn’t
before
that
sentence,
it
is
now.
It
smelled
very
pretty.
The
bathrooms
were
well
stocked
with
wonderful
hand
soap
that
left
my
hands
feeling
super
moisturized
and
soft.
No
skimping
out
and
buying
the
cheap
stock
you
usually
find!
Upon
greeting
her,
Alicia
was
so
incredibly
sweet.
She
is
the
very
definition
of
hospitality.
Her
room
is
beautifully
decorated
with
calming
background
music
playing,
and
smells
DIVINE.
I
felt
at
ease
in
the
room.
We
had
a
quick
consultation
with
her
individually
(our
appointments
were
back
to
back
so
we
went
together)
decided
on
a
course
of
action,
and
Alicia
got
to
work.
From
the
consultation
to
the
shampooing
to
the
haircut
and
later
styling,
Alicia
thoroughly
explained
every
single
step,
making
sure
every
part
of
our
plan
was
specifically
tailored
to
our
hair
type
and
the
needs
of
our
scalp.
She
has
the
same
sort
of
manner
that
a
nurse
would
have,
or
a
doctor.
Calming
and
reassuring.
My
mother
in
law
feels
beautiful
and
so
do
I!
We
were
so
incredibly
thrilled
with
the
outcome
of
our
haircuts
and
went
to
the
grocery
store
to
shop
afterwards
feeling
like
a
million
bucks.
Alicia’s
pricing
is
great,
almost
too
great
for
the
level
of
quality
she
brings
to
the
table,
so
we
both
made
sure
to
tip
her
well
for
the
fantastic
experience
to
express
our
gratitude..
Her
vibe
and
personality
is
the
cherry
on
top.
As
someone
with
severe
anxiety
(that
my
mother
in
law
shares
as
well)
I’ve
never
had
an
experience
with
a
hair
dresser
where
I
was
able
to
fully
relax
and
trust
as
they
worked
their
magic
on
my
hair.
Alicia
is
top
tier,
and
if
you’re
on
the
fence
about
her,
give
her
a
shot.
We
are
SO
glad
we
did!
We
will
be
back
very
soon
for
color!!
