This Chipotle consistently forgets sides of gauc and chips that were paid for. Just disappointing that something so simple can never be done correctly.. Update: my bad for going back. Ordered a burrito online & THIS (photo) is what I pulled out of the bag, as is. Half wrapped with tin foil & busting opened. Like what? Tragic

REALLY DISAPPOINTED with Customer service and catering service!. They require 24 hrs to place a Catering order, I understand that!. There was 3 hrs difference from those 24hrs (21 hrs to prepare), and they were unable to work with me having FOUR stores around me. They were only “able” to call 1 store at the time. They were unable to even try the extra inch to get that order placed. Instead both representative were VERY RUDE and were trying to finish the call like I was not important for them and their business. In the past I have placed orders for catering with less than 24 hrs and they were always helpful and interested in helping me with my orders. Im not sure what is going on with Customer service, but NOT anymore. Plenty of options out there!

Went after 8pm food was old and cold. I started with a salad but quickly had them toss it due to the wilted lettuce. Went with a bowl X3 people. Just was gross, the restaurant was dirty and needed to be cleaned up bad. Will try again as I love Chipotle

I ordered through the app and the food was ready for pickup on the dot. That was very satisfying to experience. Store was clean and everything was fully stocked like the hot sauce, sauce cups, forks and such. The food is always good

Food just hasn't been the same. Area for drinks is always messy and wet towels everywhere. Rice is always hard. Tables are messy. Used to love Chipotle but now? I'm good.

Horrifically miserable crew working here this afternoon (except one young lean guy hustling the trash out). It's absolutely clear these people detest their job and the customers who make it possible. In a sane America, 3 out of the 4 would be terminated immediately. Usually, this place is pretty good this time of day... NOT TODAY ✋. Thursday, 3/16/23 @ 3PM
