I
visited
today
as
plan
B
because
this
is
closer
to
my
house,
however
I
regret
having
changed
the
place
I
usually
go.
It
is
worth
mentioning
that
the
person
in
charge
was
always
very
friendly,
unlike
the
person
who
did
the
manicure
(Lisa),
whose
attitude
I
felt
was
zero
helpful,
and
I
could
even
say
racist,
and
when
I
asked
her
to
elaborate
a
little
more,
she
She
got
upset
and
ended
up
telling
the
manager
in
her
language
that
she
was
NOT
going
to
give
me
a
pedicure.
She
told
me
that
she
only
did
manicures,
but
minutes
later
I
saw
her
doing
another
client's
feet.
Additionally,
the
person
in
charge
of
the
pedicure
(Helen)
greeted
me
with
a
big
smile
and
kindly
started
the
work,
but
when
I
also
asked
her
to
give
a
little
more
detail,
she
tried
but
I
began
to
feel
annoyance
on
her
part,
as
if
they
were
doing
a
job
on
me.
favor
and
not
that
I
was
paying
for
a
service.
To
top
it
all
off,
my
nail
was
damaged
due
to
the
excess
layers
and
the
perception
was
that
they
were
criticizing
assuming
it
was
my
fault.
In
short,
I
consider
that
there
is
a
lack
of
service
attitude
and
willingness
to
satisfy
the
customer.
Once
again,
shouldn't
I
have
the
right
to
express
and
ask
for
good
work
to
be
done,
even
more
so
when
it
has
a
cost
and
is
not
a
gift
or
charity?
