This place is a hit and miss. Isometimes you get freshly made burgers and sometimes you get sloppy threw together service. I recently went to get my usual double cheeseburger. I literally ordered it two minutes prior to coming when I picked up my burger, it was soggy with excess mayonnaise oil and not well done. I expressed my concerns to the manager on site and his response was if I order online I have to get it immediately or it becomes foggy. I expressed to him that burgers should not be soggy if they’re not made with excessive mayonnaise and not drain properly of oil prior to putting on the bun I’m leaving this review because I was unsatisfied with my food and his response.

I have been in there probably 6 times and I love the burgers. The man that works in there is a sweetheart and I pray every time I will have him at the counter. He always greets you… hi, how are you, how’s your day, what can I get you and ends with thank you. Have a great day. The young lady in there is the exact opposite. She never speaks when I walk in. Never greets you. Does not say one word. Absolutely blows my mind. I only go back because the food is so good and the man is so nice.

Good fast food place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Really good impossible burgers. Very filling.

Delicious burgers, excellent sweet potato fries, large choice of various soft drinks, friendly personnel. Pretty reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended!

Ate in right as they opened. Clean dining hall as they just opened and the bathroom was super clean. I was the first customer of the day so this review may not entail what might be seen later in the day or more busy times. Got the Santa Barbara Char and added bacon. I love this sandwhich/burger and this was no exception. It’s my goto for Habit. I also got onion rings because let’s be real - they are the best onion rings out of any fast food restaurant. This was also no exception. All of the food was great! The staff helping me were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this location without hesitation l.

I'm sharing my experience with the Palm Beach Gardens / Alton store from the perspective as a door dasher. First and foremost I am a neighborhood resident and homeowner and potential customer. I have picked up at this store as a doordasher before. My review is in reference to one of the workers who was extremely rude and inappropriate. When I transport food from the restaurant to the customer I am not legally contractually allowed to touch the food but I can and do go over the receipts to make sure everything has been properly added to the bags. This order was a large bag with food and five drinks which were set on the counter randomly. I asked her if she could give me a bag so that I could transport them more easily and together. She said no, no bag. I was taken aback and frankly a little shocked at her attitude so I thought maybe she misunderstood me and asked again if I could get a bag to make things easier and she said no and pointed to a shelf that was supposed to have those cardboard holders for drinks. In this case there happened to be one there and that was it. It's for 4 cups, I had 5. I placed them in the container and asked her to confirm that these were the right drinks since I am not allowed to open the lids and look inside. I am just trying to take care of the customers order properly. She told me I can read it myself. Wow! Simply unbelievable. I treat all workers at the restaurants and stores with respect and friendliness because I know they are working hard and this was completely unwarranted. I do not have her name but I do have a picture which I considered posting here but I will not. I myself have worked in the restaurant business and in fact on my owned my cafe. I just wanted to share my experience with this particular store to make corporate or the franchisee aware. I don't think this is what they want representing their business

Been wanting to try this place for a while. I’ve been transitioning to a more plant-based eating so I tried the veggie burger with avocado. Pricey for one burger and it wasn’t flavorful at all. Barely warm. I don’t know if I’d run to try them again. Maybe something different like the fries and lemonade. Def not that veggie burger. Restaurant was clean. Service for me was great but those who entered after me waited a long time for someone to come to the register to take their orders. One woman walked out upset. Not good.

I’m giving it a 3 stars because many times before I went, it went good eventho they give me such little portion size for the sauces…like who fills those??? And today my bf went to get food for us and when he came back, I saw the salad and I told him this is not the Santa Barbara Cobb salad..he said the guy was working there who I think is the manager every time we see him, and I’m like “babe I got it all the time, this is not it. It looks like they gave you an old order somebody had got cuz it was just lettuce, grilled chicken, and avocado and small dash of pico that was underneath” and the avocado looks old and the lettuce was a bit brown cuz it was darker and it’s not that far of a drive, the chicken will still be alil steaming. I was upset cuz like really? Food there ain’t cheap…here are the photos

Went during my lunch break, got a charburger with sweet potato fries. Despite the name, was still surprised by the crispiness of the patty. It was simple and effective, since everything else was your ordinary toppings and hamburger bun. It was a good portion since it was filling without it being too much. I'll take this over Five Guys or Burgerfi any day, honestly.

The food is always delish. I get the teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich and the tempura green beans. Staff is always friendly and food always good and hot. The prices are very reasonable for fresh, hot food.

Saw an ad for them on doordash and decided to give them a try. Got the fries green beans and the charburger with cheese. Green beans were really good, had a great crunch, and pairs nicely with the ranch. The charburger on the other was pretty mid. I got my order at a discount, so it wasn't so bad, but the reg price was closer to $15 altogether, and I wouldn't get it at that price tbh. The Pattie was small but decent. Alot more fluff than anything on the burger, especially when you compare to other places close by. Pretty janky as far as burgers go So, it was a good review over all cause of the price I got it at. Had it been regular, I'd have probably passed tbh

What an experience! The team at Habit Burger during my visit were amazing! I happened to be there for an extended time for a chess club that meet there. Here’s what I observed. Team work, cohesiveness and what appeared to be pride in their work. That’s right folks, it’s rare and often not seen in these parts, but it’s definitely there in the little Habit Burger off of Northlake Blvd., it’s that thing called pride and care. The establishment was maintained for cleanliness throughout the shift and routinely stocked. Honestly I really was so impressed by how well they all worked together and appeared to really care about what they were doing or rather maybe why. Either way, despite the fact that my wish would be to break down the language barrier that is there, it was still quite enjoyable to watch each of them do their thing. They all deserve and A++ in my book. Oh yes, and the food…the burger was cooked perfectly the bun had the perfect charbroiled taste. Fries were really very good. I did try the Parmesan fries. The sauce was on the side which was probably a good thing although the Parmesan could have been light tossed in the sauce to get the cheese to stick on the fries throughout the stack as it was kind of clumped on the top well cooked and I had to break it apart with my fork. Also had the Wild Berry Açaí Limeaid, was hoping for a bit more sweetness and tartness, however I still enjoyed it and would get it again. Definitely recommend Habit Burger off of Northlake Blvd. Clean, timely, pleasant experience, good food and quality for the price.

It's pretty good and the prices are reasonable. I prefer 5 Guys burgers, and BurgerFi has better fries, but both are more expensive than Habit. It's also nice that there is a cookie store next door with some super tasty treats. The employees are friendly and the service is fast. There's a huge parking lot, so it's never hard to find a spot.

It was a surprising good burger! I’ve had better sweet fries but not terrible. I enjoyed the fresh lemonade as well

Great place for a quick meal. Food is priced reasonably & service always good. We both got salads and burgers at this location before amd everything came out very tasty! Would reccomend for a quick meal.

OMG!!!! This was the best burger I have had maybe of all time! If you have ever had an experience that made you forget every other experience then, you may be able to at least imagine how good this was to me. I indulged in The Portobello it was perfect in itself and the Onion Rings added the perfect touch of awesome!!! To top it off, the staff members were superb!!! Thank you so much for the entire experience :-)

Burger was bone dry even though it had both bbq sauce and Mayo (bbq bacon char burger) plus bread was stale. Was expecting something similar to burgerfi ended up getting Wendy’ fast food quality burger.

Many good burger and sandwich choices to go along with the standards. Sometimes their sides are hit or miss, so I usually go with the sweet potato fries.

The burger was good but I can not stand restaurants that allow children to run around like a free for all.

They burnt my chicken sandwich to a crisp. It wasn't edible, BUT they did start the electronic full meal refund (which I got) and made me burger since I couldn't eat my sandwich. Not a big fan of the food, but the customer service was great!

The burgers were great! Due to health concerns I'm not able to eat beaf. Their impossible burgers are amazing. I would love to see a franchise open in my hometown.

Quality Cheap Eats! Waaayy better than any fast food burger - but very reasonable pricing - Friendly counter service. Made fresh so order can take 5-10 min. I like the standard double char w cheese. Also tried the unique and tasty teriyaki char. Fries are crispy and hot. I am looking fw to trying their shakes at some point. I will def be returnin' 5 stars.

Their char burgers are probably the best "Fast" burger you'll find. Great flavor, very juicy. I just tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and it is better than all the rest! Plus, One Blood is right next door so you can have a burger then give a pint :-)

I had the impossible burger, fries and drink combo. Had a tough time hearing the man at the register taking the orders. The impossible burger was good, not great, would have been better if I had a choice of toppings. I started to head back up to the counter until I saw the long line. Should let customer know what comes on the burger. The fries were awesome.

Our first time here. We decided to go for dessert since we had a big breakfast. We ordered a strawberry shake and coffee shake. We decided to buy 1 burger and split it at home. Because we were just too curious. We didn't like it. We will definitely be back for the shakes though. The place was dirty. Tables and the small counter areas where they have plants. The cashier a young man was very sweet. GREAT customer service. I wish I would have asked his name or looked at his name tag.
