I typically avoided public gyms in the past due to reluctance to work out around strangers. This gym however is a true diamond in the rough. I was surprised by some of the reviews, however after talking to the staff, I became aware of a change of ownership. The staff: the counter staff and floor staff are courteous, kind and helpful when needed. I now know 2 by name (Faris and Sidney) who are fantastically friendly and reliable The gym: Has everything I need in terms of equipment and is kept clean and tidy Benefits: the staff worked out a deal suitable for me, which i think differentiates them from other gyms 10/10 would recommend

What gym does not provide a water fountain! When i asked i was told to use the taps in the toilets next door. Absolutely horrified i quickly left.. safe to say i will not be returning to this gym.

People are crazy with these reviews. This is a great gym for the price. It's very inexpensive, so it won't have the big locker rooms or lots of floor space. But it packs a punch for being so small. There's heaps of free weights with plenty of room, 2 free barbell squat racks as well as a smith machine, a leg press, assisted pull-up machine as well as a cable machine with the option to do pull ups there + tons of machines if you're into using those instead of free weights. There's also a functional area with boxes, bands, yoga balls, mats, etc. Yeah, its not huge and you have to use the toilets that are communal with the rest of the building but if you want a big fancy gym then go there and pay a little extra for the small stuff. If not, this gym is great. Also the staff are really nice. Never gotten any personal training but they seem to know what they're doing and are overall friendly.

The venue is quite small and a little cramped but the atmosphere seemed good. Eliza was extremely friendly and amazing to deal with; she is definitely a credit to the company.

If you are not beautiful, male (cant protect yourself by saying objectifying you is sexist) - you will be bullied by staff and people who go there. Lets be honest - if you are ~168cm and 55kg and you are male - people dont consider you to be equal to them Women will insistently show disgust, men will try to scare you, and joke with you. If you just want to come to a place where you can quietly workout - go somewhere else. Here you will be stalked by staff, people will stare at you and even try to talk.

Always a mess...weights all over the shop, never cleaned (FILTHY drinking fountain!), fans not working...give it a miss.

When you cancel your membership and give 14 days notice, it's not 14 days from the day you cancel but 14 days from your next payment. So I'm now paying for an extra 2 weeks on top of what I have already paid. Also they ask for a star rating for certain things at the gym and the guy went on a rant about how top quality the equipment is and that smaller gyms are only cheaper because you cant go into any unless it's a chain. The new gym I joined is cheaper and the equipment is better quality plus the staff are super friendly.

Absolutely love the staff and trainers at Plus Fitness. This is my local gym and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to my family and friends. Great service all around and the gym has everything you need. Super clean and friendly. Thank you guys

Most amazing gym I have ever been a part of. Family-like vibe and it’s so nice to see familiar faces day in day out, and members who become close friends. Bec is the a life-changing trainer. She is holistic in looking at long term life changes to not only help you build a better life balance and prioritise in goal planning but also provides individual, varied and appropriate training exercises. She adapts to injuries and always has the ability to put a smile on your face, whilst making you completely knackered! At a time where covid19 and life had been really rough for the past two years, it is inspiring to see Bec keep such a strong following for all of her classes and remembering every member and local by name. I was at moderate health risk in certain areas and within 3 months Bec has me in the healthy range, but more importantly, mentally I am in such a good place, confidence is through the roof and I have so many new friends. I’m financially in a tough position but I will be staying with This gym long term and makes other lifestyle changes so I can continue to be part of this amazing environment and maintain my membership, with a trainer who will honestly, be the the best person and trainer you will meet. I go to the gym here now not only for myself but to be part of this family

For someone who’s always been too anxious to continue gym memberships for long, I’ve never felt more comfortable and happy at a gym before. Bek makes sure it’s a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone, and as a big bonus - it’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to!

One of the better gyms in the area! Perfect equipment, great staff, convenient location and impeccably clean. The personal trainers are good too and the fact that it’s 24/7 makes it so much easier for busy lifestyles ! The gym membership is total Value for money !

Friendly staff , great atmosphere and good updated equipments revo maybe cheaper but not as clean as northperth plus fitness and the equipments not as good as plus fitness

Misleading advertising claiming there's no "sign up fee" but you have to pay $30 for a 15c swipe card, which you WILL need since they almost never have staff there. Revo fitness is cheaper, doesn't require direct debit (so they can't steal your money """accidently""") and doesn't charge a key fee. Save your money and go somewhere competitively priced

Best advice and help from Mark at this centre. He really knows his stuff so I learnt how to exercise without injuring myself, Mark has great customer service skills. My favourite Fitness centre.

This is a great gym! It is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever attended. I have been attending for a while now but in the last year it has become a gym I feel I am getting value for money. The classes that come with the membership are perfect. Recently I have signed up for personal training classes and Bec has been just sensational. Bec knows everyone’s name and makes you feel welcome every day. She is always there to assist in correct methods of training whether you are in a class or not. The general feeling at the gym is welcoming and happy. I have met so many nice people there.

Plus Fitness staff are outstanding humans, they have only ever shown 100% care for everyone around them and give such a vibrant uplifting energy in the gym. I love that this place feels like a community rather than a place that feels intimidating or taken over by big green hulks.
