They take pride in providing generous portions on their servings but wait what happened to our barely there flat tacos!! We were given crispy taco shells with so little meat and lettuce and a poor amount of cheese..Disappointing for a first time visitor passing by interstate. Place was empty when we walked, not surprised if they cannot keep up with better standards!

Ordered a bean burrito and it was cold, not even a bit warm considering it's beans are supposed to be in a steam table. Had to have one of the staff heat it in the microwave. Also they changed the flavor of their mild sauce. It is not all right to change things after years of having a wonderful mild sauce. Please bring back the original mild sauce if not I will not be eating Taco John's anymore as that was one of my favorites to add to the good food Taco John's has, considering its not cold!

I went on wednesday morning for wake up wednesday. I had a bacon meat and potato breakfast burrito easy egg. Not sure who made it. But it was made with a whole lot of love. It was absolutely amazing. Thank you

Stopped here when we were passing through. We were a party of four. Two of us had cold food. The floors are very very dirty. The bathrooms are not functioning properly. I wouldn't stop here again.

On a road trip from Denver stopped and had lunch, friendly employees clean restaurant food 😋 was great as always again great staff definitely recommend this taco John's!

The Potato Olés are delicious and unusual. We don't have a Taco John's at home, so we hit as many as we can on road trips! It's a real treat!

Overpriced. Complicated menu. One good thing is the hot sauce tastes good and you have a nice view of the road and parking lot. Sometimes staff don't listen.

We had been looking forward to eating taco johns all evening! We Go to the drive thru and had to repeat the order to the stoner that was working multiple times. The food was so cold. The street tacos were removed from the fridge and thrown in our bag and passed it through the drive thru window, and the same for the soggy cold potato oles. My nacho cheese Dipping sauce was also cold and unfavorable. The good news is we won't be going back... the drugged guy working was in his own spirit world, not caring about nothing except calling my husband 'boss'

Normally myself and my family love Taco John's... But on this particularly day and October 2023 no. We got our normal we got four bean burritos with lettuce and sauce, ole, a drink and then we split a super ole. So they didn't charge us for all of the burritos... So I didn't want to say anything.... The ice machine was broke, the pop Dr Pepper it was flat, the food did not taste right especially the super ole....that evening my hub and myself felt awful... Our stomachs were upset along with other things not gonna post ... It was not what it was when been there previously.

Was here right before lunch (about 11:30) My two softshell tacos and meat and potato burrito we're cold, the olays were dried out and cold, nacho cheese was watery and cold, they forgot to put part of my order.

Not the best Taco John's, but that's probably due to the fact that it doesn't have the toppings bar I'm used to. The food was good but inconsistent in temperature (warm beans, cold rice). Olés are always delicious!

Due to covid it's been awhile since I've been to Taco. My truck didn't fit through the drive-thru.. yesterday was a dine-in experience and I was overly impressed by the young man at the register.. with good communication with the kitchen my order was ready before he could give me my change.. food was excellent will definitely be returning..

I ordered a burrito there and it had very little in it I had to ask the clerk to make me another one it was a bit better

The food is tasty, service is okay (need to wipe down the tables), every time I've been there it's been quiet. Never had to wait in line long and I've always gotten just what I ordered.

Stopped for lunch on 1/4, and they were great! I’m lactose intolerant, and they made me something delicious without any dairy. Very friendly, helpful, and kind.

The gentleman working at front was amazing. (4:30 p 4\29\22). Very friendly and he went out of his way to help an elderly women. You just don't see this anymore! The respect he showed her was above and beyond. Wonderful to see!!

Rude. Front desk attitude was off putting. Back staff was nicer. Attitude made me want to cancel online order. It's fast food so if you expect great food you won't like it.

Sat in drive through for 25 minutes just to reach the menu board for them to click their mics instead of taking my order, we waited an additional 7 minutes before driving off. At 2pm on a wednesday afternoon

They need to listen better, I ordered a LG potato olè and got a super and spent more money than i expected

Love myself some Taco John's, may it always exist. Only disappointment is the removal of pretty much all the traditional choices of Taco John's. However this location is always kept up nicely and the food is always what you're wanting when going to Taco John's.

The absolute worse customer service i have ever seen there was 7 people working there we paid and waited 20 minutes only to find out the people sitting next to us had already been there20 minutes prior we simply left it was like the blind leading the blind i will never go back

Food was not great. Edible but very little flavor. Tacos had little or no meat in them and less cheese. Really not even good burritos, again very little beans and cheese and no flavor. Overall I wouldnt bother to eat there again,

Only thing that is good here is the potatoes. Everything else has a weird after taste, nothing compared to the taco bell we used to have.

All I can say is that the food wasn't inedible. The tried a bite as was got back on the road traveling home. After was tasted it we stopped at a gas station to throw the entire order away. Not worth traveling back to complain and definitely not worth going back to eat.

Sarah is the greatest supervisor her crew messed up, I was a little upset and accused them of being illiterate. And she fixed it with a smile. Customer service at its greatest!
