Been going here a year. I love the iced coffees and food. Very awesome customer service there. They are always friendly to me. I will never stop going here. Thank you for being such hard workers.

The woman manager there is a joke. She refused to have an adult conversation with me. I asked her to not speak to me like she was and she slapped my receipt into my hand and threw my change at me. She than proceeded to slam the window shut and walk away. What ever happened to good customer service. This young woman had the maturity of a child. And BTW my 2 year old son got to witness this in the backseat.

Coming all the way from Chicago , we came across this Dunkin and the young lady that took our order sounded annoyed then once we went to the window to pay horrible customer service and almost forgot to give us our full order. You need to hire better employees having experience for over 10 years of management that’s so unprofessional.

The building is joined with half of it being remodeled, decided to go in to see the selection of donuts .I was very disappointed with the selection for being a Donut shop. I simply was looking for a Jelly Bismarck and didn't even have that. I will never stop again.

WAS a frequent visitor but in the last few months everything has changed. All my favorite doughnuts and munchkins are gone and the doughnut frosting has been increased to taste like a unappetizing flavored sugar cube. My drinks have been a guessing game of flavors. The very friendly morning staff is gone and much less friendly. Where did Dunkin go, I doubt I'll be back to find out!

Customer service was good, coffee was average. Donuts great.

This is our favorite stop after leaving Colorado on our road trip east. The folk working that day we're super happy friendly. Like that!!

Rarely do I purchase food and put it in the trash, but on a Sunday morning when we visited, our donuts were so hard and stale, that's what we did...not only that, a sack was set upon a chocolate bismark so alot of the frosting was pulled off. I Won't be going back!

The donuts and management is a problem. I went inside and talked this this guy who’s clearly from over the blue. I seriously couldn’t understand what he was saying so I asked for a manager so they could take my order. The manager came over and started accusing me of being a racist! I decided to be the bigger person and after telling the manager she was clearly not fit to be a manager I walked out. Also have this photo from an insider than their donuts are frozen. Yikes Dunkin!

Got my daughter to sleep on the floor last night to save an epic tantrum if I'd get her dunking in the morning. I was planning on going to dunkin anyway.

Inside seem clean, staff pleasant and accommodating. Appreciate for the lady coming the food to double check I had everything for my order

The gal at the window this morning was super . I asked her what was her favorite ice coffee she told me and I now have a favorite too. She was very nice. Thanks for great service.

Nice the lady was very nice, the donuts was great. Been awhile since me or my wife has had donuts because of medical issues. It was nice to visit

It's a Great Stop Off I80 for coffee and donuts and back on the road again A tricky intersection there at Applebee's But keep going straight You have the right of way....Enjoy Safe Journeys

We stopped here for a quick breakfast and tried an Iced coffee, green tea (both sweetened and unsweetened) along with three breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were okay, enough to get us by. Both green teas were good, the sweetened one had liquid cane sugar, recommended by the person helping me. That was a good call. And the Iced coffee had oat milk as we tried regular milk and the oat milk tasted much better. Atmosphere was nice, they were pretty busy and the employees were nice and helpful.

So even though their butternut donuts/munchkins are by far the most popular, today was my 7th trip in a row that they were out at 10:30 in the morning, (OR 3:30pm)!!! One cashier said yeah we're out by 8am. I asked why they don't make more? No answer and the Friday morning manager just rolled her eyes. She's not a friendly person as I've seen her many times. I ended up going to Starbucks. Just pretty disappointed at being disappointed. They do sometimes make a really good avocado, bacon and tomato sandwich but they vary greatly from visit to visit.

Nothing against the crew. Corporate American eateries are just that. The bagel was terrible, had a texture like foam. The doughnut was stale, how is that possible!?

Odors we're horrific!! Was expecting a great smell and was greeted with the smell of burnt something along with other things. I almost left, decided to give it a shot never been. pumpkin late' ick never again.btook it home dumped it.

I went through the drive through with a friend of mine. Both or our coffees were well made. Very delicious. We love using the app.

Stopped in for coffee and donuts while on a road trip. Clean, quick, friendly service. Would recommend.

Iced coffee was good way more affordable than bux. Donut was tasty, not too super sweet.

What can I say? Dunkin Doughnuts has great quick hot breakfasts. And Doughnuts! Their coffee is one of my favorites.

Love my dunkin being I moved to wv where there none but great distance compared where I did live in west palm beach fla where they are on every corner just about when I can get the time to make the doughnuts store I get it great coffee great food.. for anyone wanting to try an amazing ice coffee coconut Carmel 6 liquid sugars and cream if you like the soma girl scout cookie you'll love it
