I love when you find coffee gems along your journey. I’m always intentional when it comes to finding that perfect roast on the road. The Espresso Shop is a bit different than most coffee shops, ad they have a huge gathering room. It was pretty full of locals the morning we were there. Oh and they were all very friendly as I was standing in front of their dark roast refill station. 😆I ordered a chai latte and a carmel latte for my wife and daughter. I ordered a Chemex for which I held my breath for a moment. Usually the order taker will roll their eyes and tell you it will take 10 minutes (this I already know since I do it at home every morning). Not here, they seemed excited that I was doing something a bit different. Then the owner jumped in to help and started crafting my morning hero. I asked some questions about his flavor profiles and he mentioned they roast on site. I choose the Kenya which was a real treat. It was a true pleasure to sip. I could have spent hours taking coffee with him. He was obviously very knowledgeable and enjoyed his craft. Thank you for being that coffee oasis I really needed. Oh and they have some awesome looking pastries and food. We will have to savor those on our next journey! Mahalo!

Driving cross country and decided to stop here for lunch. We both got the Greek wrap- delicious and fresh. Bought some bags of coffee, a pour over coffee & latte. Not only were the drinks fantastic but the people who helped us were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in brewing. Lastly, the space itself is awesome! Clean and open with wonderful plants and art. Highly recommend making this a stop!

If you find yourself passing through North Platte, NE you must stop by Caravan. Great coffee lovingly roasted in house, kind staff and both sweets or savory for breakfast. Try a pour over or the house-made pistachio cream over a cappuccino! I’m so glad I found this spot while on rotation here. Great place to study and start your day with tons of natural sunlight shinning in.

Just go here! If you are a local you probably already do, if you are passing through and wondering if you should take a few extra minutes, DO IT! Bypass the chain coffee shops with dirt water coffee and support this local gem instead, Brandon roasts his beans fresh, the food and daily baked goods are delicious and the coffee is the best in town! We are customers for life!

We stopped for an overnight in North Platte on a long trip and my husband found this place to stop for drinks and breakfast on our way out. What a gem! Beautiful space, amazing food and drinks and service was great too. The oatmeal bowls were big (smaller appetites could definitely share) and so tasty and nutritious. We were road-weary after a week away from home and this all tasted fresh and nutritious, which sometimes can be hard to come by when traveling. Well done! We were also accommodating a family member who is avoiding dairy in his diet and we were able to find options for him as well (including the oatmeal bowl).

Stopped in to this shop for a coffee and to work. The baristas made wonderful recommendations and were extremely friendly. Service was quick and the owner was even in checking to make sure customers were enjoying their coffee!

Such a quaint lively spot. I love all the plants. I also really appreciate how they kept the integrity of the history of the building. The cuban coffee was delightful. It has everything you want in a coffee shop.

I just wanted to get up, go to Starbucks and get back on the road towards the east coast on a recent road trip where we still had days of traveling ahead. But my traveling companion found this place online - so much good coffee in this town! - and suggested we make a trip there instead. I resisted, but gave in. I'm so glad we got there. The coffee was fantastic, the service was impeccable, there was a really cool vibe and I loved the loaded oatmeal. Just what we needed. It's totally worth the trip!

Brandon the owner and his staff are phenomenal. I have stopped through multiple times to get coffee for my prosumer espresso machine and I’ve always gotten great results. He takes the time to chat with you find out what you need and then sends you off with some great coffee. The ambience inside is pretty cool too if you have a chance to sit down. Definitely the friendliest staff in the Midwest that I’ve experienced so far! I will definitely be back in it’s certainly worth your time.

Exceptional! My iced latte, Noel’s Toast, friendly service, fast, clean, welcoming to all — just great! I skipped free hotel breakfast for this while passing through and am so glad I did!

Legit! Coffee lovers look no further! Great coffee shop in North Platte. I just had an americano with cream. It was very smooth and flavorful. Also enjoyed a white chocolate raspberry scone. The menu looks amazing! Great breakfast and lunch options!

Very Nice atmosphere. Great service. Coffee okay. Creamer (or coffee) had a banana taste. Egg sandwich and breakfast burrito were super salty.

I was really excited to try this place cause the food looked delicious and people said the coffee was really good. It might be on a normal day but this time they only had me workers and they don't know how to make most of the items yet. I understand them not knowing how to make some items yet but you should never have only new workers working somewhere without them knowing how to make some of the stuff. Besides that, the workers were at least friendly and apologized for not being able to offer all of the menu items. The food was pretty good, we got the chicken salad sandwich [picture below], a kale smoothie (which was actually a spinach smoothie because they ran out of kale), a medium pour over coffee, a medium chai latte, and a cinnamon roll [picture below]. These five items together were almost thirty dollars so it was pretty expensive for the amount of food/coffee we got. The kale smoothie alone was seven dollars. Quality wise, the pour over was pretty sour and that's coming from someone who drinks black coffee, the cinnamon roll was great in my opinion but my mom thought it was just kinda average and the chicken salad sandwich just hit the spot. My mom thought that the smoothie was about average and the Chai latte was good. I would love to visit again and I will probably improve my rating when I do but as of now I am leaving a 3 star review. I do still suggest this to anyone passing through because I think I just went on a bad day.

Passing through North Platte on a recent road trip and I was surprised and beyond happy to run into this gem! Nothing sets the day better than quality coffee and pastry! I would recommend planning a stop in North Platte just to go to this place.

Ohhhhhh buddy! Thank goodness for Google reviews because this shop was highly rated and definitely didn’t disappoint! Wish we could give it 10 stars!! We always support local on our road trips so we were happy to show support for this one! Mochas are some of the best we’ve ever had! Breakfast sandwiches are on point! Highly recommend Espresso Shop Caravan!

Absolutely LOVE, love, love this spot!! If you are in North Platte or even close, you need to stop by. The atmosphere is chill, the staff is too notch, and the food and drinks are outstanding. I especially love Jaden and Jack at the counter!! They are nothing but friendly and always have a smile! You can’t looses with anyone of them though. They are all very knowledgeable when it comes to all things espresso and more!! I suggest dining in and having the full experience! Owners Brandon and Christine have done an amazing job of making this place a great spot to hang!!!

It’s always a pleasure coming here. I’ve enjoyed every coffee I’ve ever ordered and the Bruce sandwich I had today was tasty. Employees are helpful and kind. Great atmosphere inside too. Highly recommend all around.

Love this sunny spot in NP!! Great coffee, cool artwork, friendly folks. I wish I hadn’t just eaten, or I would’ve grabbed one of their big-as-your-face cinnamon rolls. 11/10 recommend.

The food, coffee and atmosphere of the Espresso Shop are top notch! But what's even more impressive is the people that work here. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and they make other people feel at home. Brandon and his team always make time to talk with you and provide exceptional service. If you're looking for a place to get coffee, meet with friends, do extra work or just hang out, look no further than here!

The Espresso Shop has been a fixture in downtown North Platte for years, the food is always fresh and the coffee delicious. They roast their own coffee beans, have open mic nights every other Friday, and their service is always impeccable. If you're looking for a worthwhile stop to have a quick bite while travelling on I80, or you live near or visit North Platte, you should definitely check out The Espresso Shop. They will do their best to take care of you!

Stopped in North Platte for lunch during a road trip. After lunch I was needing an espresso. Found this place. What an unexpected delightful discovery! They roast (properly) their own coffee beans and pulled the perfect shot of espresso! These guys are the real deal!

Easily my favorite coffee shop. The atmosphere and quality of food and coffee are unmatched. The Espresso Shop’s variety and attention to detail is so appreciated. I also love how passionate the staff are and am always met with a smile! I can’t recommend the Espresso Shop in North Platte enough!

This place is as good as it gets. So happy we got away from the highway and stumbled upon it. Coffee and kale-strawberry salad were excellent. They take a lot of pride in what they do. Great value too :)

Wow! Awesome coffee cafe in the downtown of North Platte. We stopped in while passing through the town, and I'm so glad we did. Coffee is great, and the food is excellent. I got the yogurt parfait with fruit, and they made it gf for me (still amazing without the granola). I highly recommend.

Cute atmosphere and has a lot of potential. We felt the prices were high and the quality lacking, however. Smoothies are made from purée instead of fresh ingredients, which could be tasted (very sweet and separated immediately). The parfait was a bit bland and generic as well. Staff seemed a bit disorganized and unsure of what was in the menu items when asked, but were friendly and attentive. There was lots of seating though-both inside and out-and it had a relaxing atmosphere, which we appreciated
