I've only had a couple of issues with orders being incorrect but was quickly resolved by employees. Quick, friendly, problem solving employees are always available and ready to feel the hungry tummies. Even with shortage of staff - they are on top of providing awesome customer service!

I just got food here and it was the most disgusting food I've ever gotten from Taco John's. I ordered 2 six packs and a pound and all the tacos were cold and I also ordered 3 of the crispy tacos with no lettuce and it was like I just ordered soft shells because they were so soggy and the oles were like ice cubes they were so cold. So I basically just threw 35 dollars in the trash can because nobody wanted to eat it. I would never recommend anyone to eat at the 4th Street location

This location is going downhill in quality and I hate to say that. From getting drinks dumped into my car, refusing to honor what the app says and very sloppy made food.

First time ever having Taco John's and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and fast service. Very convenient just down the road from our hotel.

If I am ever back in this area, I would most certainly be visiting this restaurant. The employees were polite and prompt. The food was on point.

Good food and service! Don't mind the Karens and their complaining, the food is actually really good. When someone is impatient and takes off after ordering food in the drive thru, the workers can't always see it happened. It throws the entire line off. Unfortunate that some Karens can't seem to realize it. Well, they ARE pretty low-IQ... Any time there has been any kind of error, it has been promptly fixed. Great place to eat!

Ordered breakfast through doordash. One of the burritos was wrong and JD made and personally brought me a new one with some extra olés and cheese. What a guy

Ordered 50 tacos for taco Tuesday and the manager was really on top of all the orders that they were dealing with. They seemed to have a good group of workers.

Taco johns in Western NE are all jokes. Have not had a good experience in 3 years. This one was just the latest to disappoint. Completely screwed up the order, line was a mile long so said screw it, wasn't waiting. I will never stop at a TJ again!

Location is the poorer one in town. Lady took order wrong, threw hot sauce out the window at me and forgot ole’s. Had to go inside and she accused me of lying so I brought the bag in and demanded a refund or I would call her manager.

The food was pretty good BUT the service was lacking. It took forever to get our order because the cook messed up the previous persons order and then I didn't get the sour cream and quacamole that I ordered and was charged for. All in all, I'd try it again if I had 1 of these back home but I don't so...

We really enjoyed our experience eating here. Our food was hot and ready to go. The only thing I could complain about were the kid's meals chicken tenders. They looked like they had been cooked and sitting in the pan for a while.

I usually go out of my way to go to this location over the other one in town and every time I have a good experience but I went through the drive through today and it was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. For one I barely got out the first part of my order and the lady was already telling me my total and to go forward. Didn’t ask if that was all just assumed I was done. Then got Rude and rolled her eyes when one of my drinks was wrong (and it says it correctly on the receipt). I was polite and kept my cool but I was super disappointed

The people were amazing!!! I ordered a Super Nacho without beans and the lady asked me if I wanted extra beef. When I pulled up to the window, she was very very nice. I was there about 6:45 pm this evening and she gave me a discount? I saw it was a Senior Discount, which I am new to this, just turned 65. Food is typical fast food, but it is good. Keep up the great work!!!

was cold ,everything on it after told plain ,burrito not folded right, sour cream everywhere

Always good, although I don't do the tater-tots, wish there was another option for a side.

Can't get order right, asked for 2 bean burritos extra onions and cheese, got something with beef lettuce tomatoes and sour cream. Really? How blasted difficult is a bean burrito? But they managed to screw it up. Now that I'm home and called them, o just come back we'll get it right, my foot. I'm home already!

Not Taco Bell, but good. Also the "Hot" sauce isn't hot. It's a little spicy, but not hot.

I love Taco John's and have to stop every time I'm in Nebraska. You can't beat the taco Bravo. Sure wish we had them on the east coast!!

The food was decent. First time trying it, can't say I loved it. A Tex Mex taco bell. Tried several different things. Beef is different. Chicken is pretty good. Potatoes weren't bad. Slow service but they were nice. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

Have not had very good experiences at the south location but the location in town is much better

Food was prepared by someone who was in a bad mood, the food sucked potatoes were refried, and the ranch was raunchy more like coleslaw dressing dark and discussing.

Great six pack and a pound soft shell cheese dip on the side yum yum fast service too. I love Taco John's.

Haven't been there years, was quite pleased with my meal...will visit again...no wait inside, drive through was packed..friendly staff .no real complaints..

I’ve worked in the Food industry for many years an I’m an not sure where the Customer Orientation/ Service training went but I hope it is reimplemented soon… •Service: is mainly Drive Thru - so I could review the Dine in but the service is just status quo tailored to the Covid-19. •Locations: there it’s two locations in North Platte and are located on the North and South areas of town.
