I ordered a steak from door dash. First I was given the wrong order after waiting about 30 min. Called back and requested to have my actual order sent. Another 30 min later I get a piece of steak that is ROCK SOILD. What worker put this burnt steak in a to go box? Who thought this was acceptable? The steak is burnt all around. Even the inside was black. Waste of money. I called the store and the worker said “we can’t refund you bc it was though door dash”. Okay, door dash didn’t give a customer burnt steak. Chilis did. Chillis will not do anything to fix this. I deserve a refund. This steak looks like a freaking brownie DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Unacceptable.

They were short staffed for lunch, but the server did a great job considering she didn't have any help. This was my second time stopping in for lunch. They have plenty of lunch specials that are $9, lunch fajitas are $9.95 and 3 for $10.99 where you get a drink appetizer and entree. The Fajitas were good. I had the Chicken Enchilada soup and the Southwest Chicken soup on different visits. They both were good, but I prefer the Chicken Enchilada

Great experience for my first time ever dining at Chili's. Gavin, our waiter was super wonderful. He made us feel very welcomed and checked on use a few times. It was my grandson birthday dinner, and Gavin made sure he received a bowl of free ice cream. It was just an awesome experience with Gavin as our server. I live west, but I definitely will drive all the way to Dundalk Chili's location. Excellent, Wonderful, Fantastic job GAVIN!!!!❤️😉

The customer service was excellent from the hostess to the waitress. The new menu selections are good. I thoroughly enjoyed my crispy tenders with the variety of dipping sauces offered. The chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta was good too! Even had a delicious root beer float (not on the menu) 😉 Looking for a quick bite to eat on a cost effective budget definitely, choose Chili's (Dundalk).

The food is awesome. I've been going to Chili's sense a kid but it's been like 20yrs sense I've been so one. I wasn't disappointed. My waitress was great, they made good alcohol drinks. I definitely recommend it if you was something delicious. I always order the fajitas.

Avoid at all cost if you have any hint of color, or you are affiliated with a minority. Unprofessional and racist staff. I guess I had the invisible cloak. Totally bypassed and ignored while sitting at the bar. Oh well. Reminds me why some people never get ahead in life. I faithfully tip 50% or higher depending on the service. No tip for you bartender Jess.

The food was cold and all over the container. The salad dressing was all over the bottom of the bag. Food was not prepared correctly and I was not able to place the order online because the toppings are not available as choices. When i called to place the order i was on hold for over 10 minutes but once the lady came back to the phine she was very pleasant.

We have not been to Chilli’s in forever and was pleasantly surprised! Our waitress Grace was awesome and our lunch (appetizers nachos, quesadillas chicken explosion salad, Santa Fe chicken salad, Cajun chicken pasta, and chicken crisp lunch) was delicious. The whole staff truly was friendly and the atmosphere relaxing! Definitely will be back for more family meals!

i have been going to chilis for a while because i love getting their lava cakes and i have had no issues up until this last week. service has been terrible. i went to dinner on the 3rd around 6pm and we were there for over and hour and a half. our server left because of a headache had left after taking our order because she had a headache. at first i wasn’t too upset because i work in a restaurant myself and i understand. but it took us 30- 45 minutes to even get a server’s attention to order deserts after we had finished our food. once we got our deserts mine had a hair in it, and my boyfriends plate was dirty. then got 1 replacement, not 2. waited another 30 minutes for a server to see me standing up trying to get their attention while trying to get the bill, which ruined our anniversary dinner. Then tonight they have a sign on their to-go door saying they close at 8pm it was 7:45pm when i walked in cause i just wanted to get some lava cakes. i asked to place a to-go order and the lady was so rude when saying they were closed but it was not 8pm yet and i didn’t even want food to be cooked, just a simple frozen desert. recently the customer service has been terrible and they need to check the attitude of their employees.
