    Best Chick Fil A branch I’ve been to so far. Everyone was soooo welcoming and kind. The food was fresh and delicious as usual! I just had to post this 5-star review because of the amazing service I got. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal, with a frosted lemonade smoothie, and it was very filling. I recommend getting the smoothie after the meal, because it’s very heavy drinking with the burger. All in all, I had a great experience in this branch for my first meal ever in Baltimore. ♥️

    I go to this location because it’s the only one near my home. I have complained to staff and management on several occasions about the amount of waffle fries I receive when going through the drive through. This is an ongoing issue. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of taking my toddler out of his car seat so I go through the drive-through.. It’s extremely frustrating that with all of my walk-in complaints, today I STILL continue to receive half empty containers.

    The Good: We went through the drive-thru, and the employees were pleasant and efficient. We had gotten our food within five minutes. I had two spicy chicken deluxes and an order of fries. The spicy chicken sandwiches were delicious, especially with the chick-fil-a sauce. The Bad: The fries were decent. They were not the best. To make this a perfect, meal the fries need to be adjusted. They tasty sort of oily. Judgment: Ultimately, my experience here and the food was great! I recommend!

    Reliably great chick fil a location. The food is always fresh and delivered quickly both inside & in the drive through. Staff are thorough and friendly. They always confirm your order in the drive through which is great. The only negative thing I have to say is they do short you on the sauces from time to time so make sure you tell them how many of each sauce you want.

    Chic fil A is the NASCAR of fast food! Even when the line is from here to the moon, service is still fast, you’re greeted with a smile and you good is still hot an delicious! One of my favorites!

    One of the best CFA in Baltimore to go to. The one by Eastpoint service is slower and feels humid often. While the one in the inner harbor is always packed(understandably) but still fast service. I remember ordering through the mobile app at the inner harbor CFA sitting down and having a security guard pester us about our non CFA drinks my sister and I had while we waited on our food to arrive with no apology afterwards a while back. ANYWAY at this CFA I have no complaints. It's always clean, the employees are always polite and fast, I have never waited over 4 minutes for my food. It's always hot and consistent in taste. Really if anyone has a problem with customer service here I think it's on the customer 😅

    Never thought I'd see the day when I had to give Chickfila a one star review. As a frequent customer, I'm typically satisfied with the food and service I recieve at Chickfila. Infact, the service is one of the main reasons I prefer them over other fast food restaurants. My most recent visit to the Canton location had to be one of the worst experiences I've encountered. The cashier had the nastiest attitude when I ordered my food. I've seen him in the drive thru a number of times and he always seem to have that same unpleasant look on his face. This time I had the misfortune of having him wait on me. In addition to my food, I requested a cup of ice. He slammed the cup on the counter and shoved it in front of me. Then, when my food was ready, he held out the bag to me without saying a word. I requested to speak to a manager. I explained what occurred to the manager and got the proverbial "sorry to hear that". Looks like Chickfila is becoming just like the rest of the fast food restaurants. Guess it's time for me to stop patronizing them too.

    I swear these kids are brainwashed that work here. The customer service is excellent. Chicken is always fire....the fries?...mmmm...they need to have a well done option let's just say that...they are never....ever crispy. 🫢

    Morning crew needs to work on their accuracy.. been going about 2 weeks now and every morning it’s literally a 50/50 shot they get my order right … just fyi I order the same thing everyday.. example, today no sauce given but it’s on my receipt. Yesterday no cheese on my sandwich which I paid extra for . The few days before that , I asked for 2 sandwiches and only got one … I’d like a manager to advise the situation..

    Ordered a grilled chicken club on a gluten free bun. Was told the bun would come separate, with everything else in a tray. The “everything else” did not include the chicken, only lettuce, cheese, tomato, and bacon.

    I love this location, but I do not love the new mobile order entrance they have. It’s always a state of confusion among the workers when I utilize it because majority of the time there isn’t a “cashier” person outside to verify my order. I personally just prefer to pick up my order either inside or curbside if available

    We need to start a go fund me to get hearing aids for these deaf cfa workers. I swear 90% of them can't hear anything you say, and I have dozens of people who agree with me! I can literally yell in their ear, and they will still get the order wrong.
