The Good: When my family and I arrived, we were immediately seated. The host was very polite and hospitable. The waitress was at our table within a minute taking our order for drinks. Overall, our waitress was extremely pleasant and efficient. We actually got the feeling that she cared to deliver a pleasant experience. I ordered the Jalapeño Kick, which was a good sandwhich. My son ate the strawberry cheesecake taco pancake, which he absolutely devoured. My wife, too, enjoyed her food. We paid, I gave a 30% tip for the excellent service, and we were out of there after having enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was relaxing. The Bad: I honestly do not have one bad thing to say. Judgemnt: 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flawless service! I highly recommend!

Went on Christmas day. Place was packed, but the service was still very good. The food was really good too. They were out of BBQ sauce, but still amazing experience

We had the best experience ever at this IHOP!! Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and thanked my father for his service. Our waitress Gigi was so kind and thoughtful, my daughters loved her. The food was good, and delivered hot. We were checked on, and treated more like family than customers. All the customers around us received exemplary attention, actually. A woman spilled her drink, and they didn't try to clean around her - they moved her to another table and assured her it happens all the time, brought her napkins and a fresh drink promptly. Well done, IHOP ownership! We'll definitely be back.

I've been to a few Ihop's. This one is far and away the best one I've been to. The food hit all the best spots and was very surprised to see a New York Cheesecake Pancake. Delicious. Great location to not be super busy, but also be very busy depending on the time. Our waitress was amazing too! She was as nice as could be and always kept our drinks topped up. Would go again.

This is my last time visiting this location. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Unfortunately the service was not good. My waitresses was having a bad day and shared the details with me. She completely got my order wrong and proceeded to get into a shouting match with someone in the kitchen. I wil not be returning to this location.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this IHOP! From the time we walked until we left it was a fun time. My son who turned 16 said he wanted to go to IHOP. Candice (Candy) was our waitress and was so mature, friendly, personable. She’s an asset to your establishment! She went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday a memorable one! She made a little ice cream dish for my son and the staff sang Happy Birthday. Thank you Candice for a great day at IHOP. You Rock!

I asked General Manager for egg white omelet and then asked if it came with peppers and if he could remove them. He got so distracted by that question that he forgot to put my omelet in as eggwhite. When I received my food I told him it was wrong and he said there was nothing he could do. Wait... you're the GM? and can't remake my omelet? I threw the omelet away, so I wasted my money. Won't be back.

Food was good and tasty. It did start getting pact when my girlfriend and I were eating but pretty nice

Went to this establishment thrilled that they actually had gluten free pancakes. Ordered and asked for turkey sausage being as though I haven’t eaten sausage in a year when I got my order I was a bit skeptical that it was turkey… but I ate one anyway. Finally got the waiter and he confirmed it was pork. And he insisted that I just asked for sausage. Unknowingly I was on the phone the entire encounter and the person also confirmed I asked for turkey. Normally not an huge issue but I’m allergic to pork sausage and now my small intestine are going to become inflamed. Partially my fault for not verifying with the waiter before eating the sausage. The insulting part was him telling me I revived a 15% discount for his mistake. You sat and lied in my face telling me I order just sausage then giving me a small discount that will cost me to cancel all of my evening plans dealing with the pain im about to endure. Lesson always double check when skeptical because the staff will stand just lie and say you ordered wrong.

My fajita omelet was tasty. I personally think it should have a cheese sauce over it. I got the 3 strawberry cheesecake tacos. There was hardly any cheesecake in them. But otherwise good.

I bought a take out breakfast meal. I had purchased a Belgian waffle with strawberry topping. I think they sliced 1 strawberry into slivers. I had abt 4 slivers in a little plastic container. No plastic eating utensils in the bag. Glad I checked before I left the premises. The coffee was good; though.

Me and my team at ihop on Friday morning we had a wonderful waitress she took care of all 12 of us if she happens to read this we appreciate u so so much u handled all of the different checks so well and u were so kind and so polite u even took our pictures for us thank u so much ihop of dundalk for hosting "the league for people with disabilities" we had such a wonderful day and we really enjoyed our breakfast also please thank the cook our food was very very delicious

We had the combo breakfast and we were very pleased with our entire meal. We got the blueberry pancakes and they were made just right. Our waitress Lola was terrific as well. Clean, good coffee and food, a great way to start the morning.

We visited this IHOP today and was extremely pleased! It seems very rare nowadays to receive exceptional customer service as well as great food! Our waitress Carmen was outstanding!! She was very attentive and personable. Our food was hot and tasted great! KUDOS to this IHOP for being top notch!

I want to give a shout out to Gigi for being our server tonite. She went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Very friendly and Personal. I love that about a server. I wish there were more people in the world like Gigi. God bless you all and Happy New year

I came in late Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised at how busy this location was. Not sure who’s doing the cooking but let me tell you they are on point. Food came out fast and hot. The complete stuff was very friendly. I know when I’m wanting a early lunch/ late breakfast I’ll be coming back. My experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Great job to all at this location.

I come to eat here often and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I always receive my food in a timely manner, even when they are very busy. I also see the GM, Mohammed, out helping the staff frequently. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The first thing I noticed about IHOP in Dundalk, MD was the cleanliness (thank you Gabe) and friendly staff. I was greeted by a very friendly host (Mr.A) and immediately after being seated I met a wonderful and cheerful waitress (Endia). I began to tell her that this was my 1st time at IHOP and I am sorry it took me this long to get fresh, hot, delicious food. I came back 11 days later and was greeted by Aryn. Super waitress! She delivered delicious food in a timely manner and provided plenty of napkins. She even bought me hot sauce for my omelette. She was definitely reading my mine. Mr. Muhammad and Cricket are the BEST! Last but not least was Anthony, he greeted us with a smile and we all had a great conversation. Hope to see you all very soon!!!

This particular IHOP the food is always good and the service is always good. Today there was young man and the manager at the front of the store. The young man was very much not seemingly to wanting to be bothered. He was not real attentive. The manager was great.

I did a to go order from here. Everything was packed very neatly with plenty of butter and syrup. I really like how iHop keeps things separate instead of just throwing it all in a box. On another note, I went in on Memorial Day. At the front there was an empty chair at a table prepared with a plate fork and spoon reminding us about Memorial Day and what it means. It was a nice gesture and thoughtful acknowledgment. This is the kind of establishment I will continue to go to.

This restaurant was my favorite and I used to have my breakfast and lunch. Today I felt embarrassed because the way the staff looked at me when I entered the restaurant, also they sent to me a guy to tell me in Spanish language that the system is down and debit card cannot be used to make payment and I need to bring cash . unfortunately I don't speak Spanish and English is in my second language... I was the only one asked to go outside and bring cash in order to get my breakfast.. I didn't feel well at all. This message is directed to the manager who pretended to be nice to me in a way I felt it was not. I watched everyone coming to the restaurant and realized that nobody was asked if they would carry cash or not.. they were perfectly served..please don't judge a book by its cover. That was not nice at all.. special thanks to the woman who served me ..she was so friendly and perfect ..

They are all family and have the best service toward my own family. Love that kids eat free , a plus . Prices for meals are actually very great even in all this inflation. Me and my family enjoy eating here every time. Thank you for another great dinner experience 🥰🥰🥰

I’m impressed with the quality of service and food here! I haven’t been to IHOP in a really long time, but really enjoyed our time here. Our server Aryn was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her at this location to anyone looking for a good breakfast. We will definitely be back!

The man who manages during the week is a little cold and in approachable but the servers here are very friendly and inviting. Food was standard for this chain

Went on a Wednesday evening doing the whole breakfast for dinner thing. It was ok. the highlight was the super friendly manager and attentive waiter. both did their jobs well and made the visit a pleasant experience. the food was ok, nothing to write home about but nothing wrong at all either. but the staff was friendly and facility clean. would repeat if in the area.

I just got brunch with my mother. It was delicious. She got pancakes and I got the monster burger for 10.99. Clean restaurant and bathroom. As a matter of fact, the table was clean as soon as we walked in. Yummy different syrups: blueberry, butter pecan, strawberry, and old fashion.

IHOP is one of my favorite chain breakfast places to go and this one doesn't disappoint. Our server Donna was great, today was extremely busy yet she remained cheerful and attentive. She was helped by another woman who's name I was unable to get but she was nice as well. I always get either the Tres Leches or the CinnaStack pancake combo, today was CinnaStack and it was great as always. Our food also came out incredibly fast.

First off the restaurant is under new management again! (Second time in less than a year)Our food was cold, pancakes were dry, hash browns were burnt, not offered any refills, they don’t serve grits Mon-Fri, and I had something floating in my cup. Offered no type of discount for all of the issues, spoke to the manager to no avail. We have been coming to this location specifically for over 12 years, unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Although the restaurant was very busy, the workers were all very friendly and navigated the bustle well. Our food came out very quickly and everything was tasty and fresh. We enjoyed our visit.

Will never go back... the lady Seat me and my mother then straight forgot about us and asking our order then when she did I waiting 40 minutes and still has to ask what was wrong. Food came out and it's was over cooked. Got a refund from the manager who understood just fine

I had the spinach and mushroom omelet with egg whites only, topped with hollandaise sauce, with two pancakes, of course. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive, without hovering. One minor issue was that they originally seated my wife and me at a booth with a substantially damaged seat. To avoid further back problems, I asked for us to be seated elsewhere, and IHOP accommodated withouthesitationor attitude. Problems may occur, but fixing them - as they did - kept this experience top-notch.

Overall the food was good, it was pretty hot, well warm enough, I got.the breakfast combo with regular pancakes, which I didn't care to much for. Wish I would of gotten the cinnamon toast crunch pancakes that sister had gotten lol. They were soo much better.and last but not least, the Service was good, we had a nice and helpful waitress . I had a really great experience. The Manager GiGi was very nice and sat as soon as we walked in the door. Our waiter Anthony was amazing. He tended to us whenever we needed him to he treated as like actual people. Recommended me and my Brother dishes and helped us with our IHOP app and the coins. I understand why you guys call him Mr.IHOP he is truly an asset to your business. I recommend the steak tips and the cheesecake pancakes. 10/10 experience, will dine in again soon.
