Their service in the deli has declined rapidly. Service is beyond slow and attitude is not so nice. Subs take an average of 30 min longer than predicted pick up times. Just go to another Publix. Coco plum is not it!

Everyone loves a good pub sub but if you’re on your lunch break and you want a sub, don’t come to this Publix. It will eat up your entire lunch break while waiting for the ladies inefficient production assembly. 2 ladies to make one sub. Not worth the wait.

Thank you Publix on Tamiami trl North Port for making delious cakes and cupcakes with that butter cream frosting! My staff really enjoyed it! Having to pick them up early in the morning already made was great without having to order them. We will use you again in the future !!

Fine in the store, walked out and slipped on the pavement...broke my shoes, cut my knees up. Broke 2 toes and possibly a few little bones on the outside of my other foot. Still can't walk, super embarrassing. Be careful it's slippery!

Very spacious Publix with a very wide selection of products! It was crowded, but it's spacious store & set up design for the store make it seem like it wasn't that crowded at all! Barely any wait at the deli for subs or hot food! And no wait at all at the checkout! And of course everyone in the staff were very kind, just like you expect from the employees at Publix! Very nice & relaxing shopping experience! ✌️💗☯️🙋

This location is our favorite super market for 5 month every year. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff are among the most helpful and courteous we've ever encountered. It's so nice to be recognized and welcomed as regular customers. Please tell me why customers with Canadian cell phones cannot download the new app. We're a significant part of your customer base in the winter and likely very important to your bottom line. My wife and I have the self-scanning and payment app for Sam's club. So there's no good reason that I can see why the Publix app is not available. Please reconsider. D⚓K UPDATE: All it took was a single email message to Publix Customer Service and they fixed up the issue regarding access to the app. One of their I.T. reached out to us and they opened it to all of their customers. Wow! What service. Upgraded to 5 Stars. Thank you Publix.

This Publix is very well-kept and employees are friendly (as always). I think things are easy to find and the produce always looks decent. However, I will say that I am not impressed that Publix has installed self checkout. This is one of the best things about Publix--having a short conversation with the very friendly cashiers and baggers. While it may be convenient, I fear that their employees may be replaced by self checkout.

This particular location is clean, with friendly workers, and stocked shelves. I usually go for the BOGO deals and the delicious subs. The prices of the items not on sale are a little high but that's to be expected. You pay a little bit higher price for a cleaner store with higher-quality people. I was shopping at Walmart a few days ago. Grabbed some juice from the cooler and overheard a manager talking to one of her subordinates, "I've been asking for a day and it hasn't been done do I need to use different words so that you will understand me? Is there something else that I need to say so that you will do what you're told!" Completely ridiculous. I'll be shopping at Publix from now on.

The Gardens of Northport bring us to Publix every other week. We always manage to find everything on our list and more, especially with the help of the employees there. The food is always fresh not outdated and displayed where it is very easy to reach.

It's clean and employees are friendly. Sometimes the meat dept doesn't have the shelves stocked (11am) there is one worker in that dept that will make up excuses and not grab anything for you. It's not easy to get back. Other stores will get it for you. Other than that I recommend this Publix.

Always friendly. Amazing breads. Best fried chicken and chicken tenders ANYWHERE. Potato wedges are out of this world. They have a lot of ready to eat foods. I just haven't tried them yet.

I love the $5.00 sushi deals on Wednesdays. The deli always has a large variety of fresh salads, and the bakery department can't be beat. Best butttercream frosting anywhere!

Excellent customer service! Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with one of the managers, he was super knowledgeable about the questions I asked him. Publix has its own internal IT department and they are doing a fantastic job at that! My hats off to all the men and women working at Publix! Keep up the good work and stay knowledgeable!

Very clean in all areas of the the store. The employees are well trained & are very helpful when needed & very pleasant when you speak to them!

Clean store, great subs, pleasant staff. I like this store except for the prices.. I shop sale items as mu h as possible. I am happy so far about the store brand items when I can.

Came in for a lunch break after not eating anything all day. Grabbed a fruit bowl and baked chicken tenders. Biggest mistake ever! By 8pm that night I had food poisoning!! One of the worst I've ever experienced. I will NEVER purchase a single from this location again.

I'd never order from Instacart from this Publix again. I called and they told me there was no such order. Ordered my list at 1:45pm, got my groceries at 7:00pm and half missing. Still charged me though. Thanks for the shopping being a pleasure Publix and Instacart.

Great prices, kind staff. Would be five stars if they offered self checkout. Some times the lines can get long, so not necessarily convenient if you're in a rush.

My neighborhood local Publix... Probably the best publix employees outside of Lakeland. They've never complained when I walk in 5 minutes of 10pm to grab a quick item or something (dinner, snack, drink, friendly smile, etc...). Sometimes I'll even professionally shop the store for gig work and they are super accommodating, even when the app screws up and doesn't send them sandwich orders. Left there at 1030pm the other evening cause of an instacart error. They made the sandwichs for the customer & were very patient. If there was to be a Publix on the west coast of Florida open until 11pm/midnight, this would be my first choice! Never an issue locating items, one of the best Delis and Bakeries outside a local family owned and run shop, super helpful employees even when you know where something is and are heading that way you'll be asked if you need assistance finding anything. One night, jokingly, they tried to lock me in and have me help with restocking, they did let me out to go eat though. :) Publix, where shopping is ALWAYS a pleasure. :)

Look this is about the deli. Are the workers nice yes. Are they pleasant most of the time. But what they are a significant amount of time is they are SLOW. Maybe I shouldn’t complain but they take forever and a lot of them hang out in the back. Come on be truthful. They are nice people but slow. FULL DISCLOSURE I’m Bridget’s husband and I wrote this while waiting for service.

I can't say enough about puppies they have the best produce that any store I ever been in very very nice I just enjoyed my visiting there

Publix is a great supermarket. Friendly staff. Besides the obvious grocery selections being good, we enjoy getting flowers from here frequently.

Customer service is excellent! Potato wedges and Chicken tender sandwiches are superb! And they have $5.00 Sushi on Wednesdays, it's delicious!

This store is always busy because it is a well kept place with a friendly atmosphere and staff. A neighborhood favorite with great choices you won't see in other stores.

Aidean helped us tonight with our subs and she was extremely patient and kind, also, our cashier Brad had out standing customers service skills. Well done team.

There is a wide variety of groceries to fit our particular household needs. As someone who follows a pescatarian diet I love and appreciate the fresh seafood and the meat alternative options available at this Publix. It awesome to be able to go into your local grocery store and buy Florida gown fruits and vegetables as well! There are a lot of local Florida food items available at this store. If you haven't tried the $2.99 chocolate mousse single serve dessert in the bakery department, you definitely should. This store has been super clean every time I visit and all of the staff I have interacted with, both in person and on the phone, have been super helpful and very pleasant. We will definitely frequent this Publix more often now that I have experienced all it has to offer. My one and only complaint, wich really isn't even that much to complain about, is that the parking lot is always very busy and kind of congested.

Consistent in not having pick up ready, even with " special".sub(not complicated)...sad crew working tomight, people ..this pick up lady yawning behind counter, wow Sorry was hangry..but, dont try and put it om.me, slackers

The subs made to go are the best ever ,,the portions are so huge one lg sub last me two meals and the crew that makes them ,,super sweet..one tall girl ...blonde ,deeper voice is the BEST .super clean store and nice people all around
