They literally have one job and they can’t even do that right. By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. I paid $4.65 for a pumpkin spice signature late. How have you not learned to fill a ice coffee. The worst part is I get afraid to say anything because I’m afraid they will do something to my coffee. They should fire all these people and rehire because this is not okay. One star is being generous. They don’t even deserve that. After looking at all these reviews and my experience today I will never go to this location again. 👎🏻👎🏻

This place has gone down hill recently. A few friendly people left but not there as much. I waited 15 min for my food that I went through the drive through for. They asked if I could pull up and theyvwould bring it to me. 20 freaking minutes!!! Then they came out and asked me what food i was waiting on. Very VERY poor quality service!!!! They apparently need new management or new staff. It used to be the location everyone went to despite it's small parking lot because of he friendly staff and super fast service. Not anymore. Bye Dunkins.

They didn't let us in Dunkin, they only let cars in and if you don't have a car you can't get dunkin. Just lost a customer

Amazing! I came to this specific Dunkin' to have a coffée corrected by another Dunkin' down the road...apologizes for THEIR mistake and upgraded my size cup which I did not expect. KUDOS! THANK YOU. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS.

Dunkin Donuts is a very good place to get coffee and something to eat, BUT what's with the tiny donuts? When I was a kid the donuts were a good size, but this donut is the size of a pizza bagel! C'mon D&D, you guys should take a hint at donuts from Sip and Dip or Ma's- those donuts are adult sized .

Sometimes my coffee tasted like chemicals especially when the guy with braids made it he always has a bad attitude and snatches cards and money from me wouldn't be surprised if he's or somebody putting something in the coffee wish management would do something about it

3 stars means it's okay. Just so-so. Hit or miss whether they have what you want or if the machine is working. Easy access from Mineral Spring or Smithfield Ave. The ordering speaker in the drive-thru is currently knocked over, so you have to order at the window. Don't expect a "thank you" when you leave, either.

I understand that there's staffing issues everywhere but good grief. The staff seems all new the past few months. They're nice enough but you got a kid running around the back of the counters in the morning. They are miserable slow. And have no idea how to process mobile orders. I show up 5 minutes after placing an order and they haven't even picked up the order, let alone started it yet. This is the most convenient one for me to go to, but I'm just going to start going out of my way to avoid this one.

There don’t have the right uniforms it’s not professional at all whatsoever. Have a backpack on during work?? No name tags no working shirt??? Manager have to do something

Slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too! They have 5 people working in there and only 2 getting orders and drinks ready! They need to learn how to maintain their business more efficient and faster.
