    I went to this location on my way home tonight for a quick dinner. Disappointed isn’t even the word. I waited for my order after they didn’t have any chicken on hand. Then when someone brought me the wrong order I went inside to return it and get what I ordered. The whole staff including the shift manager were rude, ignorant, and had horrible attitudes. The shift manager was so upset ( because they could no longer give that food out) that she felt the need to curse about it dropping the f bomb (in front of me)multiple times while talking about it over the headset to the employee who delivered the wrong order to the wrong car. I won’t be spending another dime of my money at this location. Mediocre chicken and sides served by ill mannered staff 🤮

    I am a Door Dasher. I got an order for this store on Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence. I went to pick up the order. I stood there at the counter there was 2 other customers there waiting. She just kept looking at me and never once said May I help you? or Are you here for a pick up an order? Nothing, she didn’t even acknowledge me which has never happened to me anywhere and I have a very good door dashing report with every place I pick up. Finally I held my hand up because this order was going to be very late getting to the customer. I said nicely how much longer do you think it will be. I asked her that so that I could text the customer and let them know it was taking a long time. When I asked her she said don’t you effing rush me, nobody effing rushes me eff that s%#t. I said don’t talk to me like that what the he’ll is your problem. So I stood there another 5 minutes and she purposely was not getting the order ready. I said ok bye. I called Door Dash and they said it would not go against me. The other customers were floored also as they were talking to me in the parking lot. This store and it’s managers need to be shut down. I’ve been calling today so can speak to the manager and they would just hang up after I would ask for the manager. I will never even pick up a door dash from this location ever again

    This is the worst run fast food franchise the planet. Stay away at all costs. They had me wait 30 minutes for my son's drumsticks only to give him three chicken wings instead. After we went inside to explain they gave us the wrong food, they had the nerve to tell him he had to wait another 10 minutes. This is my third terrible experience at this location. I'm done. Who the hell wants to spend $30 on two meals, wait a half an hour only to be given the wrong cold food and told to wait another 10 minutes.

    Where do I start... I understand that this is a New Location, but I was hoping that the crew was better than it was.. I ordered 2 4 piece combos, mixed (original & spicy/crispy). I ordered for me and my wife.. our wings were obviously old because, it was like we were chewing on rocks.. My wife had her combo with, red beans and rice.. That was COLD in the middle. I had Mac N cheese, which was super dry... I also had a side of Mashed potatoes And Cajun Gravy, which they did GREAT with that. We had 2 large cups of soda. My Strawberry Fanta.. OMG.. it was just tonic water with the red coloring.. I think the whole staff, needs to be retrained.... Because I've eaten at Popeye's all around the country and that's not up to Popeye's standards

    If I could leave a -5 star review of this location I would. First off the food itself looks and tastes underprepared. Second there service is awful as they will be incredibly rude and also miss parts of your order or lazily miss something as simple as fries. Heck they didnt even put ice in the soda. If you really want Popeyes and the next closest on is 20 minutes away. I suggest making the drive so you can enjoy your food.

    100% cold food, 4 missing items--that were paid for, btw. No one answers the phone and no effort to make it right. I don't care how good the chicken is supposed to be, the lousy service and horrendous preparation aren't worth it. It wasn't disappointing, it was disgusting.

    Every time I come here there is an issue. First of all a drive thru is suppose to be the quicker and more convenient option and I understand that isn’t always the case when it’s busy but there could be like 3 or less cars in that drive thru and it takes like 30 minutes to order and get food. You would think a mobile order would be easier since it’s already ordered and u just go to the speaker and go pick it up but nope not here. They will always forget something or give you the wrong order. Pay extra for sauce and they always forget it. (Btw one little sauce isn’t gonna cover 4 tenders and fries but maybe I’m just picky). The drinks at the window never have ice and they charged extra for a drink and didn’t wanna fix it and just gave attitude the whole time. I’m sorry but the foods not that cheap and I better get what I pay for. They act like they have no idea what they’re doing and just slam the window on ya before u can ask for something. Last time they kept saying I didn’t pay for my meal even tho it was prepaid online. Inside is even worse, sit there for 30+ minutes and they mess up the order and take forever to fix it. Idk what’s going on in there but it’s so ridiculous to always be messing something up when it’s not even that busy in there. They just simply don’t care. Not saying it’s an easy job but cmon it’s not the hardest thing in the world maybe you belong somewhere else if u can’t be nice to customers or do your job right.

    Order the five piece tender meal with two sides ( mashed potatoes and coleslaw) two biscuits and a large Coke. Came to about $16. What I got was four tenders, a warm, flat large Coke with no ice and hot coleslaw... yes... Hot Coleslaw! They also forgot the two biscuits... the chicken tenders I did get were okay and the mashed potatoes were all right. But seriously I just paid 16 bucks for about $4 worth of food! Couldn't drink the piss warm Coca-Cola and throughout the Biohazard coleslaw. They did however remember my dipping sauce which is a huge accomplishment for these morons. Looks like it's back to Kentucky Fried Chicken for me.
