I came in to do a fill and a lip wax. She answered not one but 2 phone calls while doing my nails. I'm telling you right now none of my nails are the same shape. And she burnt my lip so bad to the point where I was bleeding and now I have a big red scar before the holidays. I can't put anything on my face because it burns. I am not allergic to wax I get my wax done regularly at another establishment. I will never return to this place and I will tell everybody not to come here. Terrible.

The customer series is not that great. They double book your appointment… The nail tech criticizes you’re nails… You pay for good service but get treated horribly.. I would not recommend this nail location to anyone unless you want to feel like ur less than..

I asked for a full set acrylics. They kept pushing dip. I didn't want that and made it clear. The woman was very slow, didn't listen to what I wanted. I went there yesterday 11/22 and broke 3 nails before today 11/23. She filed them so thin they break instantly. I'm not happy.

Not sure if she’s the owner or not.but the lady that I go rushed through my manicure. My nails looked HORRIBLE. She cut my nails on the side making them Uneven and literally missed the whole side of my nails when painting them. The top of my nails didn’t even lined up with my nail bed. It looked like a child painted them. Worst gel manicure ever! They also weren’t wearing mask and the lady had a runny nose. Do not recommend this place!

My new favorite nail spot in town! Wonderful atmosphere, the place has been recently renovated, so it is elegant and spotless; prices are reasonable, the sign-in system is very convenient and nail techs have great attention to detail! Will be coming back for sure!

Made an appointment for a fill and a separate appointment for pedicure for my spouse they told me to be there by 11 when I arrive at 11 they tell me they can do the pedicure but would be an hour before I would receive a nail fill because she had one in the chair and another waiting??? Why make appointments for set times to tell me I still have to sit there and wait an hr!! I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes after the time but a hr? then try to yell over me as I try to explain the fact of the situation I use to come here frequently for 4 years and never had issues I won’t be returning my advice if you book an appointment and they give you a set time call before you head out so you aren’t told you be waiting a whole extra hour!

My first time. My mom and I went and will be back. We both got powder gel with gel polish and they are perfect. Amy did them I believe.She worked on us til after closing and did not fuss or complain like many other nail techs have before. 10/10 recommend. I love my nails!!
