Check your order before leaving, almost every time I asked for an order with no cheese it comes out with cheese, plus the screen looks correct but is very hard for them to get it right.

Food is sometimes very sloppy dripping onto the bag...I've received tacos where all the ingredients were squished on bottom of bag and shells were soggy and empty...3 of them! And sometimes the ingredients are only partially there..like they ran out or something. Still when they get it right the food is good

Ordered doordash through this tacobell location. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, only recieved 1. My bean and cheese burrito did not come with seasoned rice. And the doritios locos taco Supreme was missing every ingredient except beef and sour cream. Very disappointing, will not be ordering here again. Waste of money

I clearly stated I wanted two beefy melt burritos and I got two cheesy roll ups with 3 pieces of chicken in each one. Ridiculous

Was extremely rude at this location. Yet again our order was very incomplete. We were not greeted when we came in and was given an attitude and we asked for Trey for our cups and where the straws were located. This was the forth time our order was incomplete and wasn't aware until we got home when we went to eat out meal. I highly suggest avoiding this location entirely and it's evening staff.

Horrible place to buy food. They don't care to make sure what you ordered is in the bag. When you go back to get it corrected, they give you a hard time about it. Iriana V is the worst cashier. The manager doesn't care about the customers. I would boycott this place if i were reading this. We don't need this treatment in North Providence

The young lady who waited on me was extremely nice and helpful , the food was good too but that young lady's willingness to help, smile and demeanor made this a pleasant experience. I was about to order thru the kiosk when she asked me if I would like my order taken...yes I would!

Cash change back was $1.05, received $1.00 and cashier walked away. When given food, asked for the nickel, cashier looked at me like I owed her something. Got home and couldn’t wait to enjoy my bean burrito, add potato. No potato. Was charged $.50 for non existent potatoes. Called, got fax. Good job cashier Amanda and line cooks who can’t read add potato.

Staff is always super rude and I always feel rushed when trying to place my order I have left several times because before I can finish my order they are yelling my total at and when I do happen to get food it’s always just thrown together and half of the toppings are out side of the wrapper

I tried to avoid the location for a while because the previous crew were terrible. Just gave this location another try after months. I have to say, best experience I've ever had here. I manage a food chain, and I know customer service, banter and attitude are most important for a staff to have, everything else can be taught. Greeted with smiles, had a laugh with them and received everything I ordered and more, in a timely manner. Great crew guys, keep it up!

I’ve went to this place multiple times and they have messed up my soda 2 times. As a diabetic this is unacceptable to me and if I didn’t test the soda and drank it without thinking I would have probably been throwing up and have been in the hospital. This is just unacceptable

One of the better locations as far as quality of the food. Although I recommend double checking your order. They forgot two items and they didnt make the doritos loco tacos "supreme" and forgot sour cream in each item ordered that comes with it (for example the crunch wrap supreme had no sour cream). I always double check the order so I was able to get the missed items. Didn't notice the tacos weren't supreme and the items had no sour cream until arriving home and everyone began eating.

No matter where you go Taco Bell sucks and I feel bad for the employees because they are understaffed but I asked for 10 packets of Diablo sauce and I only got nothing That's all not Big deal love Sosa

My last experience here none of what I ordered matched. And what they did give me I was unable to eat. I asked for nothing spicy and ended up getting a bag full of jalapeno wraps needless to say I'm not going to this Taco Bell again

This Taco Bell location has never let me down, it's close to where I live and I always go here when I'm craving a good quick meal. Great employees and quick and efficient service with a kind and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location over possible others as I have had a bad experience at a different location. However this location never dissapoints.

Ordered 4 taco supremes, they were fast , fully packed and delicious. Some places skimp on the fillings , they definitely did not. While Taco Bell isnt my go to I would certainly visit this one again because of the service and product I received.

It was a drive-thru order, I never really order from taco bell, so I had got a number 7 bu did not know what drink to get. And they were so helpful on leading me down to a nice bottle of water. Which was what I actually wanted in the first place.
