Dropped in to thei Mineral Spring Ave location to buy two foot long subs, one steak and cheese and the other Italian. I was greeted by two very friendly smiling employees, given subs made of wonderfully fresh ingredients, generous portions on both and toasted to perfection. Topped it all off with their 3 raspberry cheesecake cookiesfor dessert. Definitely going back. Every customer needs a great place to eat...this is the place for you.

Go up the street to the Pawtucket one.. came here and the employees couldn’t put their phones down for 1 second. Even as they toasted my sandwich the girl goes and starts texting.. with her gloves ON! Then went back trying to make my sandwich. I left and went down the street.. the two subways are like night and day.

I went here once a will never go back. Kids to busy on there cell phone of to busy into there conversation to listen to what you asking for your order ( i was asked if i wanted the sub toasted 3 different times). Then more issues at the register. Smh. Now after eating my rubric cube food order. I go really sick. Not worth the headaches trying to order or the stomach pains after the meal.

I came here around 7:16 to pick up an order for door-dash and the doors were locked, lingered until about 7:44 because it was a high paying order and I figured the guy was only in the bathroom. Or whoever was working. Nobody. If you’re closed, that’s fine. But it says on Google you’re open until 9? And all the lights were on? No clue who was on but get it together. This was ridiculous.

I'll admit to only having gone here a handful of times in the last few years. That being said, this is a very convenient location with excellent service. I last went in on a Wednesday evening about 6:45 pm and there was no line. The girl at the counter made my two sandwiches the right way (though I *wish* they would out more guacamole on when you order it!!) and they were delicious. No regrets.

Absolutely one was wearing a hair net or had their hair covered with anything. Other than that the staff is nice and the place is clean.

Did a mobile order, buy 1 footlong get 1 footlong for free.. my second sandwich was the 6inch….

Admittedly, I've only been here twice, but I found the store neat and clean with a friendly staff. Our sandwiches were made in a timely fashion with fresh ingredients. FYI: I was there at lunchtime when it's busy. Everything was very good, so we'll be back.

Best subway ever! I never even liked subway before until I met the most lovely young lady! Short girl with glasses makes the best sandwiches ever! Always remembers my double meat AND olives! She makes sure I get every penny back too! Such an honest and wonderful girl. The BEST subway girl.

Ordered a steak an cheese with just mayo…they put cucumber lettuce and mustard on it. Read the orders while you’re making the sandwich

Incredibly friendly owners. Made a great sandwich, were very polite and patient with my absurd request and lack of knowing what I wanted upon arrival. A clean and professional establishment. This subway is unfortunately a smaller one meaning fewer selections and toppings, but over a great place.

I ordered two veggie patties sandwich yesterday and I got one beef sandwich and only one vaggie patty. called subway location this morning and they did not even pick up the call.

Professional and polite people. Locals are employed and thus city folk youngins. Otherwise a clean store.

The online orders are hit or miss here. They will give your order to someone else who orders the same if you're a few minutes late for a pickup. Hitting the 'I'm here' button doesn't help either - I had to call after waiting pointlessly for my order for them to start making it again.

I like subway workers are very nice it's clean

Good sub shop admittedly in a pretty small building so I wouldn't plan on eating inside besides that the food is great and service is fast
