ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I am a believer in Chick Fil A and have been going there since I was a small boy. I thought this issue was only at the Burleson location, but it seems to be spreading. Where is the quality control in these places?? Owner/Managers of this location - you have to think about the consumer and the fact that they are choosing your location for a number of reasons and one of those reasons is value. You CANNOT deem this to be acceptable for value! Sorry, but it is a joke that this would even leave your front line and make it into a carry-out bag. These large order of fries that I purchased are not what they should be. If this is the quantity to choose to provide, get smaller containers so that it won’t appear that you are ripping off the consumer. The consumer shouldn’t have to do the QC for you. After driving back to tue office today (16 minutes away), what a surprise it was for me to present this to 2 of our employees as an appreciation for their work today. Very embarrassing for me, and it should be even more for you!! I’m actually in the “fence” about going back again. I apologize for the rant, but it is more than warranted.

So rufe snows Chick-fil-A has always been my go to for the Cobb salad. I was so disappointed I paid almost $11 for the salad and the lettuce was so yellow and brown and had such a bitter taste. Salad and go is half the price with way more toppings. Granted, I do like Chick-fil-A’s chicken better I was really disappointed with the salad today as I took it back to work during my lunch break and was hoping to sit down and have a great lunch at 65% of a salad away 😢

The ShrinkFlation is getting out of control. Fry portions are absurd. For the record my kid ate one waffle fry before this pic.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I work in fast food and they don’t give good customer service. The girl couldn’t even get my name right after I repeated my name multiple times. My bag had no napkins or sauce that I had ordered My sandwich was raw, so I wanted a refund for my whole meal and they only refunded the sandwich. I had to go threw the drive thru 2 separate times and walk into the store two separate times to get anything right.

I love this Chick-fil-A but honestly unacceptable service tonight. Got a strip meal and a shake. The shake was delivered out the window by a very nice young man who seemed uncomfortable with how it was presented. The shake was dripping in whipcream completely over filled! Emily I believe was the young lady who made it, delivered it and seemed to think this was rather funny. I didn't really appreciate being served something under quality and standard. Nice staff but the evening crew needs to do better.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Everytime I order food it's the complete opposite. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, I got a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese. I ordered honey roasted barbecue sauce...got Chick-fil-A sauce. Wouldn't recommend eating at this location it always sucks.

Chick fil a should be ashamed of itself and the way they treat employees. I was in the drive thru and a nice employee was taking my order. It took awhile because my toddlers kept interrupting him and our dog kept trying to get out the window. When the employee was reading back our order somebody who didn't know what was going on got on her walkie talkie and yelled at the employee for taking too long. The employee was embarrassed. I won't be coming back to this location anymore. Shameful.

I'll keep it short a simple. This place is horrible, the people here are horrible and your food will be wrong and horrible. I truly pray that none of you employees here ever get important jobs because yall will fail horribly just by what I know and what I see from yall doing simple tasks at this place now. Thank you for ruining what I payed yall for. Yall are garbage

First visit to this Texas Chick-fil-A. Great counter service. Delicious chicken sandwiches. Very clean inside this restaurant.

Prompt service. Aracely the server was very professional and helpful. She's the best! The food was very good and the area, including restroom, was very clean. Thank you!

This facility blows my mind. While always busy, the service is fast and the food is always hot, fresh and good. They take good care of veterans, military, firemen and police officers who frequent this establishment. I do recommend this Chick-fil-A to all. This is a friendly place to eat.

This is the first time I've eaten inside in a long time. I forgot how GREAT the customer service is! Except for placing your order at the counter, you would not know this is a "fast food" restaurant. They bring your food to your table and someone came around several times to see if we needed refills on our drinks and also to take our empty trays and trash for us. Chick-fil-A is THE BEST!!!

Ordered a large fry but only got half the fries. The amount was so small they were able to fit my 2 Polynesian sauces in the fry container! And why put my condiment packages on top of my food.. Crazy... Restaurants don't care anymore 😴

The three girls at the window today were too worried about whatever conversation they were having about who said what and who’s sleeping with who, to even acknowledge us, other than repeatedly saying “Erin” which isn’t even the right name we told them. Just handed us our food and didn’t say a word to us, sat there for a second wondering if we were waiting for more.

The service was very fast. We didn’t wait five minutes before we got our food.

Food was good. We arrived after the breakfast rush. However the wait i didn't understand. The staff taking orders outside was fast then the pick up window was slow. There seemed to be enough staff inside even a staff outside the window Looking tired enough to lay her head on the counter as she waited for orders to come. Then she asked us to drive up and wait a moment (?). Order was right and good. Service every where has declined so much

Chick-fil-A has the very best food. This place provides outstanding service and staff is incredible! I love the original sandwich, the fries, the mac & cheese, and the chicken biscuits! The food is perfectly consistent every single time! Thanks Chick-fil-A!

It was perfect, perfect, down to the detail. We went for the Pumpkin Decorating event and it was fun. The food was amazing and it was priced fairly for today's standards. I'd go there again so many more times then I usually do, once or twice a month, if I could.

Worst Ever The line took forever to get through. While ordering at the microphone after she asked for a name she kept saying ma'am. Then Microphone cuts off while ordering.We had to order Three times before they could get the order. Pull up to window to see the employees goofing around and whispering in each other's ear then laughing while trying to take someone else's order. Get food They do not include The sauce or silverware had to go in to get it. Overall won't return to this location

Friendly and very helpful staff. The Cobb salad was quite delicious and healthy. The Delux version of the Original Chicken sandwich is always on point. Absolutely a perfect choice for lunch any day of the week.

Stopped by this location with my son after his dentist appointment. Ms. Mary was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She is such a sweet lady and provided the BEST customer service.

The food is always great here. I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now I live close by but the last couple of months the customer service has went down hill I’ve gotten messed up orders this time this morning I had to meals for me and my girlfriend they messed up my order I went back and still didn’t receive my drinks.

I go to this chick fil a often and is almost always a great service. Linda is amazing , kind and very helpful. Now the hispanic ladies working there are always gossiping and looking at us, there's one specific lady (chuncky) there that always looks to be in a bad mood, she's rude. If it wasn't because of Linda I wouldn't go to this chick fil a anymore.
