I
reach
out,
still
nothing.
I
don’t
know
why
I
was
asked
to
reach
out
in
the
first
place
if
I
was
going
to
get
the
same
service
as
my
initial
complaint.
My
fiancé
and
I
were
SO
excited
to
try
Red
Robin
after
all
of
the
amazing
things
we’ve
heard.
We
let
them
know
we
were
first
time
diners
and
I
truly
shudder
to
think
what
it’s
like
for
people
who
aren’t.
A
manager
dropped
by
immediately
to
make
a
whole
ordeal
of
wanting
us
to
come
back,
offered
bottomless
sides
and
fries
which
is
their
“thing”.
Included
a
coupon
to
use
on
our
next
visit.
Would
have
been
lovely,
however
after
placing
our
order,
we
didn’t
see
our
server
again
until
it
was
time
for
the
check.
I
got
a
raspberry
cream
soda;
they
brought
what
I’m
assuming
was
an
orange
cream
soda
but
was
so
repulsive,
I
couldn’t
take
another
sip
to
confirm.
Couldn’t
discuss
this
with
anyone
because
nobody
came
by
again
for
the
entire
night.
Not
the
manager.
Not
the
server.
Not
the
confused
looking
girl
who
brought
out
our
food,
who
we
had
to
ask
to
also
bring
our
drinks
30
minutes
into
the
meal
because
again,
our
server
took
our
order
and
then
fell
of
the
face
of
the
earth.
We
left
the
coupon
because
we
won’t
be
back.
I’m
giving
a
pity
star
to
bring
it
to
a
total
of
2.
