The wait wasn't too long. We were sat almost immediately. I got the pretzel bites for an appetizer. They were darker than I had hoped. I didn't care for the beer cheese dip though it tasted weird to me but I also don't drink beer so it might have just been an acquired taste thing. I got the Arctic Cod Fried fish which came with the bottomless fries. I really wanted to like this dish because I love fish but honestly it just didn't taste seasoned it was just so bland I ended up not finishing it. For dessert I got the freckled lemonade cake. It was pretty decent. I didn't finish it but it tasted nice. The drink in the picture is the Sunset Lemonade I didn't order that the person I was with did. I just thought it was pretty. Also there was a Lego like burger on display behind where we sat and thought it looked cool. Overall the servers were very nice and helpful. I'd rate it 6/10 not sure if I would go again.

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in years. Glad I stopped and got dinner here. Service was great. Burgers were delicious. Definitely won’t leave this place hungry.

The quality has gone down extremely. Went here for my 8 year anniversary tonight and was pretty disappointed. I’ve been here about 2 years ago and it was great then. They skimped us on the fries, the garlic that was supposed to be on the fires, and the ice cream for the root beer floats. The bacon on my burger was completely burnt. To top it off, they don’t even offer discounts for first responders. I’m only giving 2 stars because I really do like the vibe they are going for, but that’s about it. The cocktail was okay, just didn’t look like advertised. Ohh and you guys should really inspect the glasses before serving them. Mine was chipped. Very dangerous.

If I could leave zero stars I would! But I’m being generous. We went out for a girl’s night and my girl friend found PAPER in her burger! A whole piece of parchment paper covering her whole patty. Slow service, definitely an impressionable way to start a night…smh disappointed. We just showed one piece.

The food and drinks were delish. We took advantage of their Happy Hour and ordered a couple of shakes. Great service and atmosphere. Our server was very attentive. 👍👍

Sean was our waiter and he was exceptional. We had a party of 8 about an hour and a half before close and he was so happy and accommodating. He was fast and helpful and even took extra steps to make sure we had plenty of drinks and refilled our bottomless sides before we even asked. We sat on the patio and the experience was outstanding.

Great burgers, good service, and nice atmosphere. My family went on a Sunday night, it wasn't very busy we were greeted and seated instantly. Our waitress was very nice, knew the menu and was quick to take our order and deliver drinks. Everyone enjoyed their meal , we all ate hamburgers ( there are many different kinds to choose from ) and the bottomless steak fries! They also have a good children's menu!

Wish we had a Red Robin in Weatherford! Had a great experience here, ordered the fish and chips and a lettuce wrapped bacon cheese burger and onion rings. Food was delicious!! I enjoyed their silver patron margarita and the server/bartender did a fantastic job making my drinks. She was very friendly and her customer service was phenomenal, I loved how upbeat and positive she was. She made the visit amazing! Thank you for such an awesome stop for food last night!

My go to Red Robin! Go at least once a week. They always are nice here! Food is usually always on point. Enjoy eating my veggie burger and ice tea with raspberry after long days at work.

Charlaya is an amazing server. One of the best I've had up here. If you come here make sure you get her as a server. The food is amazing as well as service. Love it

What a great experience! It was so much fun to do for my kids and myself! I especially enjoy the atmosphere around! The only reason for the 4 stars was that staff seemed to be a little bit confused, but it could have been their first day! I highly recommend it here!

Update: per the reply by the company requesting I reach out, still nothing. I don’t know why I was asked to reach out in the first place if I was going to get the same service as my initial complaint. My fiancé and I were SO excited to try Red Robin after all of the amazing things we’ve heard. We let them know we were first time diners and I truly shudder to think what it’s like for people who aren’t. A manager dropped by immediately to make a whole ordeal of wanting us to come back, offered bottomless sides and fries which is their “thing”. Included a coupon to use on our next visit. Would have been lovely, however after placing our order, we didn’t see our server again until it was time for the check. I got a raspberry cream soda; they brought what I’m assuming was an orange cream soda but was so repulsive, I couldn’t take another sip to confirm. Couldn’t discuss this with anyone because nobody came by again for the entire night. Not the manager. Not the server. Not the confused looking girl who brought out our food, who we had to ask to also bring our drinks 30 minutes into the meal because again, our server took our order and then fell of the face of the earth. We left the coupon because we won’t be back. I’m giving a pity star to bring it to a total of 2. Get it together.
